Came into this Jiffy Lube for a Brake Fluid Flush. I normally like to do my own vehicle maintenance but for about 90$, they can do a full replacement of the brake fluids. For the convenience and savings on your time, I'd say this is a decent price. There is a lobby you can wait in while your car is being worked on and my visit here took only about an hour half. I spent that time sitting outside enjoying the sun. Alternatively, you could drop your vehicle off and come back at another time, but I called ahead to see what the line was like and jumped at the chance to get my service done. My only advice would be to know what you need and only pay for what you need done to your vehicle. I was told my brake rotors were worn (as in they would need replacing). Normally I would be fine being told this but I just changed all four rotors and brake pad sets for each last week and barely put any miles on them. When I related this information to the tech, he merely said that sometimes rotors wear down faster than brake pads. I have less than 100 miles on the new sets and being told this was a little concerning. I'm sure the techs are just doing their best to inform you on the status of your vehicle, but again, just something to watch out for as this really comes across as a little scammy to those who just don't know. Overall, pretty good work done by the guys there and as long as you're careful, would recommend them for the convenience of getting some routine service done. read more

My experience with jiffy lube was absolutely awful. They overfilled the oil and they use the cheapest oil filter you could possibly get which caused my engine light to come on a few miles into driving it. Once the light came on, they were already closed on a Saturday and had to wait until the next Monday to fix it. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When we called, the manager, Brian was absolutely awful. He told us that he looked up our car and it's normal for the oil pressure sensor to go out and that he really couldn't do anything to fix it (This wasn't the problem BTW) I said "so you're really not going to take accountability?" He then screamed "LEAVE ME ALONE" and hung up the phone.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]We then escalated it with corporate and received a call from the regional manager the next day. We missed the call and had to call back every day 4x and then had to escalate again before he bothered to call us back.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] He finally agreed to refund the oil change but that's all he would do. After talking with him for a while, he said he would take care of any damages if we could get a mechanic to tell him it was his fault. We never received a refund for the oil. We did however fix it and the issue was indeed that they used a cheap oil filter and overfilled the oil. Manger is a crook!! Took my car to get the battery replaced and the check engine light came on. Took it back right after so they can turn that off which they did. Came back to get an emissions test which it passed and the check engine light came on when we left. Took it back and was told it will be $1500 to fix it. Was told to take it to ford and turns out they didn't plug something back in and that was the issue. My wife just took her car to a different oil change place, other then the Jiffy Lube she took her car to for her last oil change in Eagle Mountain and I am glad she did! When the other place popped the hood, they asked my wife if she wanted to see what was wrong with her 2020 KIA Niro, they pointed out that not only was the coolant cap not replaced, but the air filter they used to replaced the old filter was wrong and they didn't even close the air filter enclosure right because the air filter was not the correct one. I will not, nor will my wife, go to another Jiffy lube, if I could give less then a 1 star rating, I would. Would not recommend any Jiffy Lube, especially the one in Eagle Mountain on Pony express. read more

The manager yelled at me when I was at the door asking what oil they were using. Told.me OSHA stuff. I will never return I felt taken for a ride. Brought my vehicle in for brake service at 3:34pm on a Thursday. They had me wait 35 mon before telling me I would have to come back later as they close at 6! They knew the minute I pulled up that it was brake service but suggested that it wasn't enough time after making me wait 30 min. My truck was in the bay for 30 min!!! These guys were just not wanting to do the work and blew me off as if my time meant nothing to them. Their communication is garbage. read more

No complaints! I arrived about 8:15am on a Tuesday and the wait was about an hour and a half. I was planning on dropping off my car and picking it up once it was done so I wasn't just waiting around for my car. If that's possible for you, maybe do that because it makes the hassle of oil changes way better! The usual stuff happened; they call and let you know they are working on the car and offer suggestions/up-sales for your vehicle. I called in about emissions time frame. They said 10 minutes. I arrived 8 minutes later; the wait time had been over an hour for a while. The employee over the phone gave me the wrong wait time. I was then backing out to leave and the supervisor I assume? In a red shirt - he said they could get me in within 10 minutes. I was there over an hour.. and the red shirt supervisor manager was yelling at the lobby saying something about their store reviews... not sure what that was about. Overall very unprofessional. $800 and I can't get a manager or a tech to talk to me for 5 minutes. Now I have to go to another shop to ensure they did what they were supposed to do. The person at check-in didn't even know the name of the services offered. When they called, the tech told me my brakes were wearing unevenly - full pad on one side, worn on the other. Anyone who's done brakes knows this means a stuck caliper. When I walked in for pickup, I asked to talk to the tech. The clerk came back and said the tech is gone, but there's nothing wrong with the brakes. I ask about the stuck caliper and got "let me ask my manager", which came back as "there's nothing wrong with the brakes but come back in a couple of days and we'll look again." Confronted the manager and asked for a phone number for a higher up and he said " I am corporate" then proceeded to disrespect me and say he was gonna call my work cause I was wearing my work clothes. In my almost 20 years of driving I still have never had a good experience at Jiffy Lube. I had such a bad experience the first few times at a different location 15 years ago I vowed I'd never return. Unfortunately I didn't learn then and wanted to give them another chance. They figure out how to rip you off and sneak in extra costs. For example, I just went to get my oil changed in my van and asked how much that would cost. I was told it starts at $43.99. While that was happening I had to change my babies diaper which was another let down. No changing table in the restroom. Luckily I had a changing pad with me so after changing my baby on the ground of the restroom, I came out and sat down for another few minutes. The man that had told me the original price said my car was done so I followed him to see what the damage was. He proceeds to tell me that because they couldn't find me, they had put in the "cheapest" synthetic oil that is allowed in my van without ruining the engine. The total came to $75.79!!! FOR JUST AN OIL CHANGE! I'm still baffled at this and can't believe they are STILL getting away with crap like this. If you are a woman, I would highly recommend to NEVER go to any Jiffy Lube location...because you WILL get ripped off. Oh and don't worry, he was nice and asked if I had any coupons.....so after trying to find one on my phone (and being successful) he just said, "I'll give you this one".....gee, thanks. I did in fact get a signature oil change that came with a signature oil leak. Long story short, our 2014 Chrysler Towne & Country oil filter assembly was leaking oil post oil change in September. I had 3 different return trips to Jiffy Lube. They shrugged their shoulders and told me it was a faulty part. At no point in talking to the Eagle Mountain/Saratoga stores and Jiffy Lube corporate did they offer any support or even an apology. I never asked for $.01 to pay for the $921.91 repair plus the oil I have had to keep adding. At the end of the day, my van was not leaking oil prior to my visit. Call it a faulty part or a mistake on Jiffy Lubes part. But it was me that was stuck with the repair bill. They could give zero stars about your experience. They come across defensive and ready to pass blame. They are quick to give service bulletins and not take any ownership that they could make a mistake. In this whole process not one person apologized or showed any empathy until I finally complained about how defensive they have been. I know they will read this so Dear Jiffy Lube: It is okay to acknowledge a problem and show empathy without having to pay a dime towards the repair. That is what is called great customer service. I am also excited to hear your rebuttal about this and post the service bulletin...again. How about go a step further and acknowledge that this van was not leaking before the oil change? Went here for an oil change on a friends car, took off as I we other things to do but left name and number so they could call with any problems and for when it was done. 2 hours or so goes by (1 hour 11 minutes in their system because they were slow to put it in after I left) and we decide "there were only a couple cars in front of us" and head back in. They tell us they changed the oil but not the filter because it was stuck, if we would've known that we wouldn't have changed the fucking oil. Let alone them trying to charge full price. Then the manager (or whom I assume to be) comes from the floor and is being very hostile and aggressive. We are disputing the charge but I would stay away from this location. I ran a jiffy for years and if my crew ever tried something like that they'd be in so deep shit as that's deceitful and predatory. read more

Called them in the morning to ask if they could change my serpentine belt and they said that they could do that no problem. For $125. And went there and waited 2 hrs before they pulled my vehicle in and than pulled it right back out. And said "We can change the serpentine belt for $400 but you'll have to wait 6 hours for what should be a 15 min job. Talked to the manger and he was very unprofessional. And just sitting in their and hearing them take advantage of girls and older people telling them they need all theses services done when they don't just so they can make more money read more

I'm not sure what the other low ratings are complaining about. Oil changes don't take 15 minutes to do. Most shops are 30 minutes to do an oil change. When it's first come first serve the wait time will depend a lot on who is in front of you. If you're coming for an emissions at the end of the month, there will probably be a good wait. With that being said, I went here to do emissions on a car I am selling. Yes the employees aren't the fastest people out there and it did take 45 minutes, but they had a television, coloring books for the kids to use (major plus) and popcorn. The waiting room was pretty clean as well. You can google coupons for whatever you are coming in for, making it pretty cheap. Of the jiffy lubes I have dealt with, I am giving this five stars. Maybe I'm used to Valvoline in California, where you sit in your car and in 10 mins you drive away. But to wait over an hour for an oil change is ridiculous. It should take 15 mins, kind of like they said it would take when i pulled in. I would've come back when i had more time had they been honest about the time frame. Very negative experience at this location. I asked for my brake fluid and wiper fluid to be replaced. They didn't even do the wiper fluid...I drove off and it was still not working on one side which was my original problem. They could have at least checked that first before giving my car back. Unprofessional treatment as well. I left my wallet in my car and they asked me to pay before the car was done. I explained I couldn't because my wallet was in my car. The employee said "I'll go get it." I was shocked that he thought it would be okay to get in my car to find my wallet. It also took 30 minutes longer than they said it would and asked me to not leave even though I live about a mile from this location, which I explained. I took my car here for out of state inspection. It was fast and easy. So, I took my car for an oil change when time. No issues. I had a front end issue, took it back. They told me to come back at 2pm same day. I didn't think they took appointments, so I called and spoke to the Manager who verified it was fine at 2. I took it back at 150pm and they told me it was first come, first serve and I would have to wait. My husband came and we decided to take it elsewhere as the guy checking in wasn't sure of the services they offered or if they could fix the issue. I'm writing this review because I'm on my map to find a place that will do emissions for my truck and this location is unfortunately the closest. I will drive out of the way for someone else because last time I went to get emissions and safety done they told me it was paid for and complete after I fix a safety issue and to come back and get my sticker. No problem. Came back that afternoon and was charged for a sticker. When I confronted them about it being paid already, the manager told me "if I don't like it, I can go to the DMV." At that point I was irate. I told them I wanted my money back or my sticker. They told me I'm no longer welcome there...now I steer away from this place. read more

Would not recommend this place! I was taking my husbands truck to get the oil changed. When I pulled up I clearly told them his drivers side window was broken. I had to open up my door to give them my info. I figured that was enough to let them know the window wasn't working. For some reason during my oil change they rolled down the window, and it does not roll back up once it's rolled down. (Which is why I opened the door to talk & didn't use the window) Anyway, they tried to blame me. Telling me I didn't make it "clear enough" and I should have put a sticky note on the window that said "do not roll down window" They pulled the door apart to try to get the window up.. and I came back to a taped up window, his tint scratched off, the lock & unlock button no longer working, the door lock pops off when you touch it, if the other windows are rolled down I can't roll them up from the controls on the drives side, and they didn't put the door on correctly, it's barely hanging on. They also decided to put a sticky note on there for me to make it very clear to not roll down the window?? Which I obviously knew. They were very hard to work with and still refuse to make the situation right. I paid almost $100 for an oil change & ended up with a broken door & window. Went there early on Veteran's Day for the free oil change they offer to veterans. Cars were going in and out pretty quickly that morning. When we pulled in, less than five minutes later, the staff informed us we had a hole in the oil pan and they couldn't drain the oil or give us an oil change because it would make the hole bigger. We didn't get the oil change that day. We got the oil pan looked at by someone else and they told us there was no leak. Our oil pan was fine. Jiffy Lube just didn't want to do a free oil change for Veteran's day. read more

Not very lucky for Eagle Mountain and Saratoga Springs that we have two of the worst Jiffy Lubes I have seen. No desire to please the customer and very slow. Went to the new Jiffy Lube in Eagle Mountain for the first time today praying it was a big improvement over the Saratoga Springs location. Unfortunately, it is just more of the same. On this fine day we did not even get our car serviced. We pulled up to an open bay and were greeted with the following (me) "hi how are you today" (him) no response. Thinking he didn't hear me, I said again "how are you" and he responded with "what can I do for you". I told him I would like an oil change to which he responded "there are four cars in front of you, it will be an hour and fifteen minutes". Let's do the math, one open bay and four cars waiting. Assuming the other two cars had just been pulled in, the math comes to over 30 minutes quoted per car. Hmmm.... Another location that seems to lack urgency and customer service. Makes me think they are both owned by the same person. read more

I have a 1999 Suburban which I bought new in Portland, Oregon area. Since it was new we always went to Jiffy Lube. When we moved to Eagle Mountain, UT I went to this Jiffy Lube. During check out, after saying no to all upsells, I noticed that they did not check and top off the rear differential, which is included in their "Signature Service". I asked why they failed to check and top it off as it is one of the items I was paying for in their Signature Service. I had noticed an oil leak weeks earlier that I believed was coming from the rear differential and I wanted it topped off so it would not run low. The check out person inquired as to why and came back and told me that the plug/bolt to access the rear differential was stripped so they could not check/fill the oil in the differential. I told them that the only people to ever remove/replace that bolt was Jiffy Lube and so it only makes sense that one of their prior techs had stripped it. I asked them to resolve it. Having worked on cars a great deal I knew there is a number of ways to do so. I needed the oil in the differential checked and filled. The guy just said they can't. He then wanted to check me out and pay for the full service. I told him I now will have to take my time to go else where and pay someone more skilled $75/hr to correct a problem that Jiffy Lube created. They ultimately only gave me $10 off. I had to make an appointment at an automotive repair shop and pay $89 to extract the "stripped plug/bolt" so that I could once again check/fill the rear differential. I asked the mechanic who did the work how long it took him to remove the plug/bolt that was stripped. It took less than 5 minutes. The new plug/bolt cost $5.00 but they had a minimum of 1 hour labor. I figure it took three more hours of my time on top of the $89. I will never take any of my three cars to Jiffy Lube. The level of expertise is the lowest. I fear for the people that get anything other than an oil change done there (brakes, tires and repairs of any kind). If they cannot remove a stripped bolt that they stripped, they certainly should not be touching brake systems. The sad thing is, the same owners of this franchise are the same owners of the ones we took all our cars and even a fleet of 12 company cars to in Oregon. We spend many thousands over the years with Jiffy Lube and to get treated so poorly...they won't get another dollar. read more

Absolutely horrid service. I took my car in for an oil change, which with Jiffy Lube usually takes some time. My car was finished and parked outside for over 15 minutes, as I was sitting waiting inside. It took me over 15 minutes just to get a workers attention and ask them why I was still waiting all that time if my car was done. All they had to say was "Sorry for the wait." That is unacceptable. They had me sitting, waiting to pay, for 15+ minutes that I didn't need to be waiting and they had no explanation. They didn't even offer a proper apology, discount, or anything of the sort for their negligence. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else! read more

Which I figured it would take a while.. but when the guy called us up he completely forgot to do emissions.. so I am sitting thinking what were you guys doing the whole time for just an oil change? First time at Jiffy Lube, I've always gone to Grease Monkey. (I had no idea the all mighty Jiffy Lube is a Penzoil only shop) Asked specifically if they had the oil my car has used for over 90k miles. Greeter said "Yea, yea, they'll go over all that when they get your info inside." Long story short, they didn't have what I asked for, (you don't use one oil then suddenly change it after so long) drained my car before I was told, got an attitude with ME, kid stormed off sighing, saying "WHATEVER! I really don't appreciate the attitude." My husband had to go to an auto parts store to get the correct oil. Manager was so damn loud, while saying "What I don't like is when people get aggressive. We're all adults here!" when he was 10X louder than we ever got. Even told me he worked for Grease Monkey for over 30 years and did I want to know the results of oil studies?!?! No dude, not the point... we asked for something specific. Instead of telling us NO and us going elsewhere, they drained the oil and tried to sell me something I absolutely did not want. I watched them in the bay (manager included) looking my way, chuckling, and the manager looking real close under my car. Turns out they didn't replace the skid plate and still charged me $50. Do yourself a favor, drive the extra miles to Grease Monkey. Always super friendly, super quick and a lot cheaper. Bonus, they frequently put a flower on your dashboard. If know nothing about cars and want rude, loud, incompetent & expensive, by all means, pick Jiffy Lube. read more
