Dealer takes an hour for an oil change (like watching ice melt); and the quick lubes in OMB & DB are, to put it politely, slow; and the personnel, well, let's just say: "uptight." I'd worked long ago at the Jiffy Lube on University in Jax, so I knew if I could find one down here in east Volusia, I'd be golden. I did, and I received the kind of diamond quality product & service for which this company is known throughout the industry. Justin was a pro: welcoming, cordial, accomodating...and his staff, lightning quick and THOROUGH. 15-minutes after arriving, I was back on the road, readout in hand, confident my car had been in the hands of experts. Failed to ask my wife what type of oil change she would like. Instead went with a full synthetic because the sticker indicated the last oil change was a full synthetic which also was not asked for in the prior oil change. Go somewhere else that is upfront and doesn't assume. read more

This was my first visit ever to a Jiffy Lube so I had no idea what to expect. When I arrived there were no other customers. I was promptly greeted at my car. I inquired about the process and I assume it was a service manager or someone who was in charge told me to go into the air conditioned office and he followed me in (even opened the door like a gentlemen). He discussed the various options and once I made a decision he went out to the service Bay Area. The waiting room was very clean, offered filtered water, tv & comfortable seating. Wasn't long and he was back with 2 filters in his hand. One which was fairly white and one that was black and disgusting, he discussed each of them and although we had recently purchased this vehicle I had no idea that this filter even existed in vehicles ! It was clear it needed to be replaced. Not long after he came in gave me my keys and said the vehicle was done. It was a very pleasant experience and I even saved a few bucks as I had a coupon when I did the google search! All in all a very good experience and I would recommend this location. read more

Only complaint is tire pressure way off on each tire they didn't put two valve stem caps back on girl taking money was pleasant and they do hustle people that work at that place do work hard read more

As an update, they have new guys, and the quality and service are fantastic! They got us in right away (Toyota Tundra) fixed the flat, replaced the rotors and new breaks. What they did in 3 hours, would have taken Daytona Toyota all day to do, in 3 months from now... read more

Went in for a full synthetic oil change! The staff was courteous and attentive. They explained in detail the things done and suggestions for future repairs. Just had my oil changed again, cuz I have a coupon and they're close to home. Took 30 minutes, I was only one there. No more fender protectors?? No face masks?? I had to request they change my oil indicator. Was at 40% when I went in, was still 40% when I went to leave. They're supposed to leave vehicle running outside of door. Wasn't. Once again outstanding service from this location in Edgewater! Our grand-daughter bought a mechanically challenged car. Slowly one thing after another things are breaking so started off trying jiffy lube for at least diagnosis . Very satisfied with their diagnosis, we have been having work done there. They help with getting coupons for discounts, so her cost is less. They work as a team, which is great bcs they all have their own expertise and look at car at same time. Realizing my grand-daughter is young, not much money , they have even repaired loose wires, soldered wires, etc.,all for free. Definately give Edgewater jiffy lube a try!! read more

Best oil change I have ever had. Clean facility. Could watch them work on my car through a big picture window in a comfortable waiting room. Coffee available while I waited. Easy to get in. A bit high on oil change. Quoted me one price of $89 when I pulled in to include synthetic oil and filter, check all fluids etc. after they got started a customer service person came in to get all my information on me and then claimed total was $103. They added a charge for the air filter and a disposal fee on top of that. One would think the price quoted of $89 includes disposal fee. Then I questioned why a charge extra for air filter and he claimed it was because it was not the standard filter. WARNING to those coming here, the price quote may not be what the final cost is out the door. I will NOT be back. I told the agent they are high for oil changes. read more
