I have been going to Boulevard tire for years and was always happy with the service, until today. I was charged $35.15 to plug my tire that had a screw in it. I was told they don't plug tires, they do an internal patch. Whatever, it took all of 10 minutes. I wasn't even told beforehand how much it would be in case I wanted to go elsewhere. I bought these tires from them, as well as the tires on my previous car. I've had oil changes and other work done there as well. I didn't expect it to be free, but damn, don't screw me either. I feel very taken advantage of and will not be returning!! read more

If I were able to assign a lower rating I would. The guys up front are nice enough (until they get busy, then you are relagated to the back of the line) but the manager there, Randy, is a used car salesman who uses your need for safety as justification to charge you anything and everything under the sun. I wouldn't let my worse enemy go to this facility, don't waste your time and money, the guys at Firestone Port Orange are better, in every way. read more

Had two fantastic experiences with this shop and its staff in the same week. My brand-new teenage driver had a flat tire on his car and we brought it to Boulevard after roadside assistance put the spare on to get us there. We had used them earlier to change wheels, but we had not bought tires there. Even so, instead of pushing a new tire, they fixed the puncture for free. A few days later, I just so happened to take my vehicle to the dealer for an oil change. They told me that I was "in the yellow" on my brake pads and was in the red on my rear tires. They weren't super pushy, but did say they could get it done the same day and did offer a loaner car if I would just leave it with them right then. I decided to take it to Boulevard for a second opinion. I was amazed at the difference in the information that Boulevard provided. They explained to me, using a visual aid, that I was barely in the yellow on the wear in my brake pads and then explained that being in the red on tires is at 2/32 of tread and I was still at 4/32. They suggested that I wait for another 4,000 miles before I even considered changing anything. He suggested to use the next oil change as the time to re-check everything and offered to do another free brake and tire inspection at that time. And again, I walked out without having to pay anything. I so appreciate the honesty, integrity, and willingness to explain. In addition, the shop is clean, the people are friendly, they got me out of there in less time than they estimated, and I could overhear how they were talking about other customers with respect even after they left. I will most certainly be moving my business from the dealer to this shop from now on for tires, brakes, oil changes, and any other services they provide...and hope that you are as blessed as I have been by this business! read more

One of my tires would not keep air in at, it was the day before a holiday and I needed my vehicle desperately. Mike answered the phone and reassured me from the beginning, John was the mechanic that worked on the car and explained what he was going to do to diagnose and fix the issue, and Randy explained way more than he needed to about what was going on and what to do going forward. Being on vacation and 900 miles from home we definitely could have been taken advantage of, but we were treated like their only customer (when I could tell they were fairly busy). This used to be my go to place for my $4000 RV tires. New owners. They left the rear wheel simulators loose. One rear valve stem leaked. Lucky I caught it. Wouldn't/couldn't install dually fillers. Balance job not great. Will have to get them rebalanced. Guess where I won't be going. read more

I came in hoping to get a used tire but was told they didn't sell used. He gave me a great deal on a new one and I had my two young boys with me. He told me it'd be an hour, they were done in 20 minutes and they even had a bucket of toys for kids. The manager behind the counter, brett, was welcoming and very nice. His whole staff had smiles on their faces and a welcoming attitude. I will most definitely be back when my car needs tires. (I got them for my husband's car). Awesome job guys! read more
