This business opens at 9 a.m. on Saturdays, so I arrived at 9:02 a.m. However, I was turned away by someone who frankly lacks customer service skills. As soon as I walked in, I was not greeted, and the employee was looking down at his phone. After a few seconds, I said, "Hi." He responded with, "What do you need?" I asked if I could have my car looked at because my engine light was on, and he bluntly said, "No, we're busy today. Come back Monday." I was already feeling frustrated, but I agreed to return. When Monday rolled around, I showed up again, and guess what? I was turned away once more! I had decided to try this place based on a recommendation from a friend, wanting to support a local business. I can't understand how they stay in business when they don't accept appointments and turn customers away when they walk in. I will be going back to the big chain mechanics instead.
