When the battery failed after only three months, it should have been replaced for free under warranty. However, because Scotty purchased it under his account, Advance Auto wouldn't replace it for me. Even though I had already removed the bad battery myself, he still tried to charge me $122 just to install the replacement. From centering to exiting, Matt explains each step of the process; the computer monitor clearly lists the services you are charged for; it also swings around, allowing you to view in real time, who is under your vehicle and what is being done; they are in constant communication with each other, via verbal calls and echo verification.
