I bring my Honda there for everything from oil and filter changes, new tires, and any mechanical work my car needs. Every experience has been wonderful. Their prices are always fair, and they have never once tried to take advantage of me or upsell unnecessary work. As a woman, that level of honesty and respect means a lot. Last week, I went in for a routine oil and filter change. I usually wait there because they have a comfortable waiting area with coffee and TV. I had been extremely busy with work and running on very little sleep. After I left, I must have accidentally dropped my credit card outside their building. Not long after I left, they called me to let me know they had found my credit card outside and safely held onto it until I could come back and pick it up. That kind of honesty and kindness is rare these days. Thank you so much to everyone at Ron's Tire & Service Shop for always taking such great care of both me and my car. I didn't choose the other store because they weren't able to change my tire until the following day. Also, I was not notified that they were not able to service my car until after 3pm that day... I had to call off work to get this done and still had to Uber to/from work the next day... The person at the front desk did not seem to care at all and said to call the manager.
