This shop is probably THEEE BEST Mavis shop i've been to recently. Jonathan, Nick and their team have always exceeded my expectation whenever I take my car in for service. They go above and beyond and treat your vehicle with care. Short story - Nick accidentally damaged one of my undercarriage splash guard and brought it to my attention right away. I had the replacement part ordered and him/his team took care of it by installing the new part and reimbursed me for the purchased price. with that said, they just solidified me as a MAVIS customer for life! HUGE plus to me is the transparency, honesty, fair pricing and professionalism that you receive from them. After getting stuck in the snow in Vermont, I desperately needed new tires. Called up Mavis and they had the exact tires I wanted shipped and an appointment ready the next say. They even added a coupon to save me $100. Service was excellent and timely - I went to the gym while they put the tires on. When I said I didn't have time for alignment they told me, no problem. Perhaps the most important thing about the entire experience - an older woman fresh off her knee replacement came in to get a warning light checked. Instead of trying to upsell her or give her the run around, they assured her that only a she only needed a sensor changed. These wiill be my tire people for as long as I here. I had my tires replaced here. They were on them and finished the work within half an hour. Same price as I quoted online. Though I did notice that the tire rotation was marked as life time free while in the store, the associate told me it's only for the period while they are running the promotion. A little inconsistency on the info but overall good service provided ( thus a four star). read more

Josh and the Mavis team in Natick are stars! I've always hated buying tires because it's typically a big sort of unplanned purchase and then it's worse than picking a mattress trying to compare. Always feel like I'm being upsold to a higher end tire. Josh is great. He's honest about when you're old tires are fine, honest about what is the right tire for the car and use, and never upsells. My car broke down early Sunday morning and was stranded on the highway. The tow service left the vehicle in front of Mavis Tires and Brakes at around 3am. By noon the same day, the issue was diagnosed and repaired. Sarah was attending at the office and could not have been more responsive, courteous and helpful. This is my second time choosing Mavis Tires & Brakes and I will definitely consider them first for all my future vehicle needs. read more

Had a great experience there today. As opposed to other tire places, they were quick (in/out in 45 min), super nice and seemed to know what they're doing. I did only have to buy 1 tire but they had enough staff that seemed to know what they're doing and they offer a lot of other services. I'll be going back when I need something again. read more

Bought tires here a few months ago. Today we had a screw in the side wall so the tired had to be replaced. I needed the car right away due to a crazy day. Manager was super helpful. They had a replacement in stock and he rushed the car right in away for me. Couldn't ask for better service. read more

Terrible operation. Completely dishonest and incapable of even doing their job. Wasted half a day witg these clowns and in the end they copped out and couldn't get the job done blaming their lift not being able to support the weight of of truck. Took it to Firestone in Rt.9 and had it done in two hours and for much less. The big difference was they actually knew their business and took pride in what they did. But they were not the tires I had ordered. The guys at Mavis do not give a shit and seem like they just got out of rehab. read more

I had a slow leak in a tire that a regular gas station could not identify. The team at Mavis took the car in and quickly identified the damage. Unfortunately it was in the tire sidewall and could not be fixed. Fortunately, they didn't charge me anything because they said they didn't fix anything. They did spend 30 minutes or so jacking up the car, removing the wheel, finding the leak and reinstalling the wheel, so good for them for not charging for the time. I got a flat tire, after a month or so of getting used to the tire pressure warning. After driving on it with practically no air in the tire I thought the tire was gone for sure. So I was able to get to Mavis and had a great time speaking with Tobin and Gosh. Tobin told me an incredible life story how he was went from setting up staging for Gillete stadium to becoming the manager there. So while they were going to put the new tire on they recomended the Mexican restaurant in the same plaza. It was the first time I had mole sause and it was divine. When I got back they handed me a bill for 15 dollars and told me the car was all set. I don't have many days like that. read more

Came in with a flat tire and the manager was transparent about the fact that I would need at least 2 tires, and maybe 4 given my car was AWD. When only 1 of the size tires needed was in stock, he suggested I call the dealer who ended up putting the new tires on. The manager easily could have sold me just 1 tire but instead did the right thing and directed me elsewhere. He also had his team put on the spare at no charge so that I could get to the dealer. Bought some really expensive winter tires and noticed that I came in with 4 caps for the air stems but only left with 2 and the air pressure was not the same in all tires. 2 of the tires had different air pressures. I found this very odd for a tire place. Try somewhere else. Go to auto zone or pep boys to get some caps for those stems since you don't want water getting into those expensive tires and freezing. Thought they would have this down for being a tire place. read more

Honestly had suspicious experience. Called and there was an opening. Got there, tire replacement was jacked and wrench was stolen from car. When person was test driving wheels, went 60 mph in parking lot ..... doing circles in a parking lot. Had to get my tires reconnected somewhere else - and buy a new wrench. read more

Girlfriend got a quote over the phone. She asked several times if this price was for everything included to get her out the door and on the road, they confirmed that this price was for everything needed. They then send her a "quote" via email, or at least that's what they called it, there was no price listed in this supposed quote. When she showed this to me the day before i knew it had scam and bs all over it. Sure enough, the price they hit her with was just over $100 more than what they told her it was going to be. Of course the only way to get your keys back from these guys is to pay them, so, had to do it. The guys there just shrugged their shoulders at me and said stuff like "look we get it, the price quote people mess this up alllll the time." So because your companies price people "mess up" Ian going to be the one that pays the price?? Holy smokes, just so fraudulent over there. read more
