All you need to do is call them and they will send one to your phone number immediately. They do check your fluids and top them off. With all that said, I have had a couple of issues here. One time they broke a piece that goes into my oil filter. They could not get the part to fix it that evening, however, they got me at least able to use my truck. They got the part the next day and I had to come in and they installed it. They also gave me a free oil change to make up for it. The other issue I had was that they put water in my windshield washer reservoir in late winter and it froze up and wouldn't spray. That stinks when there's salt on the roads. I have learned to ask what they're using each time when I go. If it's late winter or early spring I bring my own for them to put in.

Rick , the owner his wife and all of the employees have been extremely polite to us, upfront, and very honest. They tell you what you need and you can make your own decision as to what you want done. They also provide a wonderful sitting area that is like sitting in your own home watching TV with comfortable furniture, coffee, and whatever else you care to drink I suggest that you try them for yourself and make your own decision. I have been in the auto body business growing up, and I do know good quality workmanship, and this is what they provide.

And he charges six times more than the other mechanics in town. I needed a Throttle Position Sensor replaced. I knew this because Auto Zone had run a scan (free). I left the car with him and a few hours later he called and said I needed a Throttle Body. But I had told him that two Throttle Bodies had been tried and did not fix the problem. He talked me into doing it anyway, because afterall he had better sources. He said if this did not fix the problem, I would have to pay the $425 labor charge. Overnight I realized he did not say anything about the sensor. I called him. He said that it did not show up on the scan. I asked if couldn't install it anyway making less labor than having to take the Trottle Body out later to do it. First he said no, and then said he would if it looked like it was needed. I had second thoughts about all of this. I went back to this shop the next day and said I wanted to pick up my car. He was furious. Said I would have to pay for the Throttle Body, even though he had not receive it yet. I reminded him that he had said he could return it. His response was he could only return it if it was defected. That is not what he had said. He had said he could return if it did not fix the problem. He kept arguing about this. So I said I would this police, punched in 91 and said 'okay, you do not have to pay for the part.' He printed out what labor had been done. And there on his printout was 'Throttle Position Sensor defective.' Do you see? He was going to install the Throttle Body and say he did not work but I had to pay $425 for the labor. By the way, the first two times this had been done the labor charge was $75. So I ended up paying $88 for the same scan Auto Zone had done for free. And yes, there is proof that a simple scan was run, not a Diagnostic Test. I went immediately to Auto Zone, they ran another scan and Rick's scan was recorded. Rick also charged me $20 for a relay that retails for $5-$10. And he charged $60 labor to replace it. The labor time to do this is at maximum 2 minutes. That includes: unlock car door, flip hood release, lift hood, open top of box that is sitting at hood level, pull out relay and plug in new relay. So do not go there, do not ever trust this guy. (By the way, I am a 78 year old, female with gray hair.) Nice guy, right?

Turns out, it's front-wheel drive. Progressive valued the work at $1,600--excluding the strut and battery the service advisor assured me would be covered. At 3:30 Friday, they refused to release my car unless I paid $2,000. They claimed 'premium parts' but replaced my Firestones with Advantas and installed a $331 no-name battery. $1,400 in struts and they didn't even fix the damaged rims. The original advisor walked off my call. His replacement blamed me for not knowing insurance hadn't seen the car--information they withheld when calling to upsell more work. They even offered to uninstall parts to match Progressive's estimate. That says everything.

They found fixed the problem and had us back on the road in a few hours. We even got a call the next morning to check if we were having any more issues and that made it to our destination safely.
