I needed an oil change and took my car into Jiffy Lube. They told me that I needed several fluids changed (including the oil) and a tire rotation. I agreed and the whole visit cost me $343.49. They used my oil and filter (and claimed it would give me a discount... it was a whole $10 off, which we all know it cost more than that). Well I recently took my car to the dealership for work and it turns out Jiffy Lube didn't do most of what they charged me for. For one thing, the tires weren't rotated (though I paid for it). They left the old oil filter gasket in place, which caused the car to leak oil. They never changed the transmission fluid. Basically I paid for a bunch of stuff that wasn't ever done- and now because of their incompetence, I get to shell out even more money to fix the problems they caused. DO NOT GO TO JIFFY LUBE... unless you like flushing money down the drain! read more

Warrenton Jiffy Lube So i usually change my own oil but sometime within the last 6 months i took my wife's car and had them do my car too, at different times. DO NOT go here this very unacceptable, Regarding my wifes car, had them change oil, drove for about 6,000 miles and i had time to change the oil my self. When i get to oil plug i notice oil leaking from the plug, check it with my fingers and its loose not tight at all. I could unscrew the plug with my fingers. Could been very bad if the plug worked it self out any more. Also looks like they didn't replace the crush washer , since it already looked crushed. It definitely didn't get crushed with how loose the plug was. My guess is they screwed it in and forgot to to tighten and driving it probably started to vibrate it self loose. The problem doesn't end, regarding my car, they had the oil plug so tight it started to strip with the right size socket. Oil filter on my car was also way over tightened. Terrible. Ill just change the oil at night if I have to from now on. read more

Went to Jiffy Lube with my Lexus SUV to save a few bucks compared to the dealer's price. On arrival a friendly manager greeted me and asked what service I wanted. Oil change and tire rotation I said. He said my vehicle used 100% synthetic oil and the cost would be $101.00. I said okay. A short while later when the work was completed the bill presented was for $144.00. I asked why. Your SUV needed one more quart of oil he told me. Now I believe the manager should have known how many quarts of oil my Lexus needed when he quoted the original price. Further he should have honored the price he quoted. I paid up but its the last time I will go to Jiffy Lube in Warrenton. read more

Today, July 20, 2020 - Needed an oil change so I stopped by the Jiffy Lube #1927 on Broadview in Warrenton. The nice young man checked my car in, I handed him my keys and he walked me to the waiting room. Jiffy Lube #1927 As SOON as I stepped into the very small room, I noticed a "man" and a boy without a mask! I asked the man why he wasn't wearing a mask? He acted as though he couldn't hear me and he kept his focus on the television. I repeatedly asked him to put on a mask or go outside and wait at the outdoor area available for customers. This idiot told me to go sit down or go outside and get out of his face. Nope, I did NOT. I got closer to his face making certain that I didn't touch the idiot! I next requested a manager take this idiot outside. Assistant Manager for Jiffy Lube #1927, Matt Hotaling came into the room and said he would NOT ask the idiot to wait outside but I was welcome to go outside and wait for my car!!! REALLY??? Yes, I got closer than I probably should've but I couldn't believe that this was the example he was displaying to his young son. The idiot looked at me asked if I was going to hit him. He next asked if I was going to call the Police. His young son appears to be 10-12 but he's clearly embarrassed by his Dad. This young man was decades more mature than his Dad could ever hope to be. He said that his Mom always supplies him with a mask but his Dad NEVER has a mask on and doesn't know why his Dad doesn't supply one to keep him safe!! This young man wasn't afraid to speak up. I have been at jiffy lube for an hour! All I wanted was an oil change and there was one car in front of me. Well they moved my car to a different lane and 3 people who came after got their car done and left before my car was even touched! I waited longer than anyone in this place because they're cars THAT CAME AFTER ME in front of my car. That to me is terrible service. I've been here a few times an always had a great experience. The staff is diligent and professional and they don't try to crowbar you into a bunch of stuff you don't need. I brought in my truck to switch out the fuel filter and they let me go to Autozone to buy the part and save 30$ and come back. When I was there they gave me good advice and the manager Tommy fixed metal part of the exhaust that had gotten bent by snow that took some serious elbow grease for no charge. I have been very pleased with my experience an would recommend these guys. read more

Guy said my oil level wasn't even on the stick and it was burning a lot of oil. I had checked it before I came and it was full; the car burns no oil at all between changes but tried to sell me some sort of cleansing which I had bought a year ago ( I probably didn't need ). Then said my battery was basicly dead, same thing he said 6 mo. pryor yet it starts many times a day. I understand suggestive selling but there seems to be some scaling going on here! read more

They do not rotate tires as the vehicle manufacturer requires. They just rotate back to front and front to back on the same side. You have to specifically ask that the tire rotation be done correctly. I went there 1/13/2019 and paid to have a tire rotation done, thinking it would be done correctly, it was not. I went back and brought it to a Techs attention and he goes and gets the Manager and I explain it to him and he said all they do is back to front and if you want a different tire rotation you have to ask. I did not know I had to ask for a service to be done properly. He said I could wait (the bays were full and there was a line) or I could bring it back. I could not wait and I will not make a trip back for a proper tire rotation. I stopped using Jiffy Lube once before when they were trying to sell me things i did not need and left my window down in the rain and the inside of my vehicle and papers got wet. I believe I should not have to ask for a proper service. I ask the manager if they look up info on the vehicles they service to know how to do the required service, he said no. He can't deny this I have it on camera. read more

I went to this Jiffy Lube with a Groupon, told the guy I had one, and when I went to check out the guy smiled and said we don't accept Groupons! They charged me double the Groupon rate, didn't put a sticker on the windshield telling me when the next oil change might be, didn't look at the air filter, Didn't clean any of the glass, messy and got very aggressive when I told him I had the Groupon. Really terrible service, and right next to other oil change places which are much better. Stay away from this one! read more

Had I allowed them to sell me their filters, their windshield wipers, their special of restoring my headlights (at a mere $69.99) I could understand this expense, but REALLY???? Here's the thing. My car requires synthetic oil and Jiffy Lube's $39.99 is for regular oil. My oil change was $87.99 ($90.32 total)! I went here because it was closer than the Pohanka Dealership I normally get it done at (oil change there for the synthetic oil is $62.35)...i WILL be going back to Pohanka! That's crazy! Here's the other thing. I arrived at 7:50 am (they open at 8 am). EVERY employee (waiting out back where all the customers wait) was smoking and yelling to one another. The atmosphere was very unprofessional and nasty. So when I had to talk to the salesperson/technician all i could smell was cigarette smoke. I will NOT be returning. Jiffy Lube....clean up your employee policy regarding cigarette smoking and language. read more

My wife went to this outlet for an oil change, should have gone myself. The signature oil change service was $41.99 (all fluid levels checked and topped up I hope for that price), I checked the fluid levels afterwards and the engine coolant reservoir was still way below the low mark, the brake fluid way below max. They charged $29 for a tire rotation (a lot of places will do this free to get business). $50 for a cabin air filter (about $15), $29 for the air filter (maybe about $12). All in all a bill of $167 for some quick and shoddy maintenance. Won't be using this place again. read more
