Frustrating, Incompetent, and Costly I've had an extremely disappointing experience with this shop. After paying $1,200 for repairs, I was given the runaround for weeks. First, they diagnosed a transfer case issue, so I sourced the part myself to save money. Then, they claimed it was the drive shafts--I ordered those too, only for them to tell me they were the wrong ones after days of delays. When I finally went to pick up my Jeep, they told me it wouldn't reverse and suggested it might be the transmission. After weeks of wasted time and Uber expenses, the assistant manager later claimed their mechanic "didn't know how to drive a manual." Seriously? Randall Cleveland, who I spoke to, seemed distracted and unaware of my payments or the actual issues. The lack of communication, constant misdiagnoses, and unprofessionalism make it impossible to trust their work. After all this, I have to take my car elsewhere just to verify their repairs. Save yourself the headache--find a more competent shop. They are ok for oil changes, anything else go to a real mechanic shop. read more

In a hurry Jiffy Lube got me in and out in a half hour. Mr. Mays, the Assistant Manager, was excellent. He explained the process from the time I drove up until the oil change was completed. Jiffy Lube - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Ft. Wayne, Indiana

Went to Jiffy Lube to get my oil changed and tire filled up. The workers decided to tell me I need to get all my filters replaced and one of my tires had a nail in the side of it that needed to get replaced. I tell them no about both and they continue to nag me about the filter and tire. Workers told me I MUST GET IT REPLACED, I say alright I'll go to a place closer to my house and they upcharge me $160 for it when the check comes. I tell them no again and then they tell me I cannot get my discount on the oil change that was advertised after it had already happened. I then pay for the oil change and go to a different tire place and tell me there isn't anything wrong with my tire at all. I do not recommend to this place and will only try to charge you more. read more

At minimum this location is an embarrassment to the Jiffy Lube name. At worst, might be one of the worst Jiffy Lubes on the planet. We frequently go to Jiffy Lube in Utah and have never had issues. We took our mothers car in as a Christmas gift/gesture. We specifically requested to top off coolant and preform an oil change. We had to come in for some paperwork (a bit tedious considering our home JL locations make the drop off process smooth and paperwork is done at the end when you go to pay). The employees were fighting over the only pen that worked in the building. Awkward. When we returned (which was weird because while they did call us to offer some additional work, no one told us the car was ready. They actually hung up after we declined an extra service. Weird). As we went to pay and gave another reminder/request to top off coolant, the employee kept telling me it was extra. We said "no problem". Then the one guy asked US "how do you check to see if the coolant is topped off". Ummmmmm... isn't that what you guys do? Not to mention... you want to charge us for something that you are now asking us how to do. At this point we just paid and left. Never got coolant topped off. So about a year ago now I went to jiffy lube for an oil change and got my tires rotated at the same time. All was good no issues until about 5 months later when my tires were low and I needed to fill them up. Well, no. I quickly found that I could not get to the tire valve stem on 2 of my tires because whoever worked on my car put my hubcaps on so that the valve was covered up. Not a huge deal I can just take them off right? Nope. They were on so tight. So I knew someone with a power wrench to get them off. Worked on all but one. This one broke deep down and whole mount had to be replaced. Like $250 later of trying to put air in my my tires, my car was fixed. Now my fiancé emailed the jiffy lube explaining the situation. Yes, the emailed back and wanted receipts and we sent them the one of when I got my "service" from jiffy lube and all the parts and brake fluid I had to buy from O'Reilly. Whoever emailed my fiancé back saying that THIS HAS HAPPENED BEFORE. (So why don't you fix that) We asked if we can be compensated and they said that they would see what they could do. Never emailed back. We brought it up again and was just ignored that time. I forgot to write this review at the time but better late than never I guess. I go to Jiffy Lube to get my fluids filled and checked! I also always get my oil changed here. They are quick and always kind! I always have a good experience and have been going here for awhile now. They are also very good at communicating what they are doing, why they are doing it and how much it will cost. I never feel like I am unsure of what's going on! read more

These turkeys tried lubing me up in a real deep kind of way. No free donuts at this location, no coffee, just an expensive oiling bout it and a few lies. Said I needed an engine flush. Do what? On a 2016 with under 15,000 miles. They tried scamming me real good, didn't happen, they also said one of my piston heads be a chattering and they wanna get in their all deep like and put an engine treatment in it so the chatter gets knocked the F out. He said engine flush $89 and the oil treatment $59.-I said look Man I'm not having my ride get all them extra lubings and such, it don't need it for one and gimmicks never do anything but smash my billfold stash. These turkeys said my engine has a chatter and they need to look into it and put this duralube type gunk in it. Me say no. Me haves no chatter, not in this motor. So look elsewhere sweetheart.... Real real deep like in here. Very serious. Be trying to overcharge me all deep like in a deep kind of way. You keep your Gosh Damn oil treatment Mary. I gave two stars cause a hot chick came in to get her car lubed as I was leaving and me love to get sum of dat lube on my dipstick. Ya know what me sayin? Real real deep like.... I came there looking to get my brakes and rotors changed and ended up needing a new caliper too. I almost couldn't afford it but Koa and the rest of the staff were very polite and helpful. Koa went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable and helped me understand what was going on which was nice because as a neurodivergent adult it can be hard to grasp certain things. i couldn't afford to get both calipers replaced so Koa tried to save the better of the two and ended up helping me save money on my overall visit. all in all I saw a lot of negative reviews and some good ones, however when my fiancé brought it up that those reviews existed they printed out a paper for the policies and everything and did everything they could to reassure me and my better half that we were in good hands. I can't vouch for everybody but for those whom I interacted with I am thankful for your kindness and generosity. when it comes to this location be sure to give it a chance, because things aren't always as they seem. read more

I've been going to Jiffy Lube on the corner of Coldwater and Coliseum for about two years now. While some oil changes take longer than others, today was a five-star for the JL team! I arrived onsite at about 4:30 PM on a Tuesday, and I bet that I got out in under 15 minuets. No joke! I thought it'd be longer since the waiting room contained three other customers when I walked through the door. Nope; in and out, no problem. Even on the days the oil change takes a bit longer, the Coldwater Jiffy Lube team always welcomes me at my car with a kind word and offers advice whenever I need it. About a year ago, I moved to the south side of downtown, and still I find myself going back up to the same old JL location. They've never given me reason to look for another place. I called ahead for time estimated to be in and out. Instead spent a whole hour waiting while 3 people went past me. All I had was a single oil change and nothing extra. I asked what is the hold up, and there was no answer and just a shoulder shrug. The workers were in and out of the bays, made me late for work. This time around wasn't very pleasant....the 15-20min wait ended up being about 45min before my truck was even pulled in the bay! Then came the oil change...biggest disappointment was when I got home and notice a big oil spot on the driveway! Crawling underneath the truck I noticed that the service tech hadn't even cleaned up the oil all over the undercarriage. Had to spend 15min wiping up the oil....and now I have to power wash the driveway! Not worth the $$$$ or the hassle if they are not willing to do a good job! What has happened to Customer Service?
