Make sure you ask them to check your transmission fluid while getting an oil changed. they never checked mine, spent 4300$ on a new one. I called around to other places after this happened and it is standard to check the transmission fluid. Lazy employees. read more

I have two repairs completed by William's Service and I have been happy with both of them.

If I could, I'd give 10 stars to William's Service Center!! They have restored my trust in mechanics (and that's saying something)! Toyota (Bob Rohrman) told me I needed new brakes, rotors, and a major repair on a leak in my engine that had oil "running all over the side of the engine", and would cost me $4400! The brakes and rotors would be $600 front and rear each. Williams charges $350-400 for brakes and rotors. I took it to WILLIAM's SERVICE CENTER for a second opinion on the leak, Matt calls me to tell me *THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH MY VEHICLE!! *There is NO leak! AND the brakes and rotors are FINE!! *They didn't charge me a penny!!* Let me tell you, as someone who doesn't speak "car", this kind of honesty is absolutely priceless!! But their prices are the lowest around to boot (I called 3 other places to get brake quotes)!! read more

Took my grandson's pickup in for A/C repair and received a diagnosis and estimate for repair. Later another call to advise that after installing the compressor that they had now found the root cause of the problem, the A/C fan motor needed to be replaced. Essentially, they changed parts until the A/C was repaired. The A/C worked when we brought it in, but it was intermittent, and we thought it needed freon. Very likely all it needed was a new fan, but since they didn't identify that until late in the process, a $250 repair tuned into almost $1600. A better diagnostic procedure would have solved the problems and saved us a lot of money! read more

Nice facility located North decent to deal with Rates are a little high nearing dealership costs. Takes too long to get car in as most people can't wait a week or two to be seen. If they could get to a place where they lean out their service rates some and parts costs more in line aftermarket and get your car in within a day they would get a five star from me read more

Excellent Service I have been using William's to service my families cars (4). Joe and his staff have been incredibly knowledgable and friendly. What I appreciate more is their willingness to stand behind their work. One time they repaired my daughters car and there was a problem. They took the vehicle back and fixed at no extra charge. I highly reccomend. I had some weird stuff going on with my car, that all my man friends said were huge issues. Being the procrastinator I am- I let it get so bad it wasn't safe to drive any longer so I called them and they were able to work with my schedule -which is pretty crazy. Their hours are nice -being open till 6 instead of 5 is super convenient. I told them I had no idea what was wrong and that I thought I needed some things completely replaced. The man was super reassuring and told me that they would call me and let me know and they did exactly that. Something that I thought was going to be extremely expensive was a very simple affordable fix. This was a relief as I was prepared to eat ramen noodles for the next decade to cover the expenses. They explained in detail what was wrong and broke down the price for me which I really appreciate. I got really amazing customer service and my car seems to be running better than it had been since the last time I had work done to it in 2017. Also- the drop box was super secure which I also appreciated. I will now be a loyal customer, which is lucky for them because I hit a lot of curbs and pot holes and really am a horrible driver. Maybe now I'll get my oil changed at the recommended mileage! read more

I had problems with my car not wanting to start. I took it into them and helped them steer them into the area that I thought the problem was. It took a few days for them to locate the specific area, but the labor and fees were a lot cheaper than a few other places I called. Can't thank the team here enough. My truck went down on me and they were quick to figure out my issue. Turns out it was a major fix. They were great at letting me know what my possible options were if the repairs didn't solve the issue. They worked hard and fixed the problem to exactly what they thought was the issue. I had brought in lower control arms and new factory bushings to be pressed in. Date of service was 4-22-17 at 8 AM. I had instructed a member of the service crew that I needed the new bushings pressed in the same way they came out. 30 minutes went by and I had to leave for an errand and upon returning 10 minutes later they were finished and on the receptionist counter. After paying $60 for a labor charge, I noticed on one of the lower control arms the bushing was installed 90 degrees off. I was told by the owner, who performed the install, that this did not matter due to his experience and that this was just a centering bushing. I stated that the factory service manual stated they needed to be installed at a certain degree. I was instructed that I shouldn't believe everything I read. The owner did offer to "fix" the issue but then retracted his statement and said he could not promise that the new bushing would get destroyed in the process. I will not be returning to this place of business. read more
