We have always come to this Jiffy Lube because of excellent customer service, recently they must be very short staffed because wait times have been outrageous. Wait time just to be CHECKED IN are over 1.5 hours (why not check us in sooner, take our keys so we can leave?). The line for each port is 4 cars long blocking the right lane of beretenia. I'm a business owner and understand how difficult it is to hire...but expecting people to wait over two hours in the car when the store advertises "No appointments necessary, and Fast oil change " is very disappointing. read more

This location is terrible. Dropped my car off, with the usual 2 cars in the bay. Cordial check in, went on my way to get a drink to distract myself of the wait. Half an hour later, I casually call to ask about how much longer (not in a rushing tone, I had all afternoon). I was told 45 minutes. No problem. 45 minutes later, I went back. My car is NOT even worked on, moved up about 6' where I left it. I asked for my keys back. No thank you. $100+ service and 2.5+ hours (already waited 20+ minutes before checked in) was not what I had in mine. 4 lanes are useless if not staffed for it. Close 2 lanes, and you will get much better customer satisfaction. Jiffy my okole. I saved my money today. I will go to a place with appointment and be out in an hour. Value your customers time. Lita was just the sweetest! I went to this location to do an oil change as a walk in & she kindly greeted me! She did give me a heads up that due to some other vehicles needing greater service that my car would need about an hour for the service (mind you usually it's about 20-30min). I appreciated her honesty & went off to get some food in the meantime~ When I came back the car was finished (under an hour) & she had Aloha Spirit till I walked out with my car It's very refreshing to see such kindness & I highly recommend you talk to her when you visit! :) read more

I came here for an oil change on Sunday, and they were extremely busy. I gave them four stars because, regardless of the wait, they provide exceptional service. My car only takes synthetic oil, and sometimes Oil Changers is out of it. Lana and everyone else working were really kind and helpful. They also had a New Year's promotion going, so I was able to get two additional services that were originally $70-80 each for $20. I also got $40 off my total, which is great because synthetic oil is really expensive. I appreciate that they have four lanes with four people working. Sometimes, you wait in a long line, but there's only one person working and it moves slow. If you're planning on going here, I recommend you going 30 minutes before opening. I've taken my truck here for oil changes twice during COVID, and I have been happy with the service on both occasions. Both times, the wait has been minimal, as I've been lucky to come when no one was in line. I was greeted promptly by the friendly employee, and within minutes I was inching my way into the service bay, at the direction of the employee. B/c of COVID, they do not allow you to get out of the car, so you have to drive your own car into the service bay. The employee came by with the usual presentation of my air filter and recommended that it be changed, and also recommended a few other services, all of which I politely declined.
