I have been going to this Jiffy Lube location for years to get my oil change and I have never had a bad experience with them. Everyone there are very professional and friendly. Getting an oil change isn't something I look forward too so knowing I have place that I trust and takes care of my car is great. There can be wait because its first come first serve so if there is a line of cars coming out of their drive way, just expect to wait a little bit. This was the worst experience I've ever had at any oil change facility. We got our oil change done and on the way home we heard metal scraping against the freeway and were really concerned. We never heard that before and so we figured it had to have been something that Jiffy Lube had done. Looking into it more we realized that Jiffy Lube half ass'd the reinstallation of the splash guard after the oil change. So the splash guard was loose and hanging after the oil change. We brought the vehicle back to Jiffy lube when we could and we had to wait over an hour for a mistake that they had caused. It was a mistake that could have been easily fixed if they could prioritize. They made us wait until they were done giving oil changes to everyone else in the shop in order to reattach the splash guard that they failed to properly reinstall the first time. I will NEVER be back here. read more

I originally had my oil changed about a month ago and they never reset the indicator so I came back to get it reset and I wait an hour for them to tell me they did it and they refilled my tires because they were low and if it was just that one mistake I wouldn't be mad, BUT I start to drive home and the cap from one of my tires was apparently not put back on and now I have a flat on the side of the road waiting for a tow truck. I know they have a lot of customers and it's stressful but please slow down and do your work correctly. It's expensive to call a tow truck, not to mention it's a giant waste of my time when all you had to do was screw on a tiny cap. 1 little mistake fixed 1 big unnecessary one made. Otherwise the workers are nice just more than likely overworked. Don't go here. *Edit: It was actually the entire stem from the tire that had popped out and I have never had this issue before taking my car here. read more

For my experience, I arrived when one car was in the bay, and three cars ahead of me. 90 minutes later I pulled into the bay. Be wary that the service while friendly is a real time killer. I was the first one there at 7 am and got out by 7:30 with my oil changed, air filter replaced, and coolant refilled. Sierra was very informative and explained everything to me in full. Glen and Devin who worked on my car were very kind and answered all of my questions. I'm not sure how it is in the middle of the day when it is super busy, but highly recommend going as early as you can. Their drive thru service is amazing and nothing like I've seen before! IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME, GO ELSEWHERE I made an appointment to have a state safety check performed for 11am. It's a 15-20 minute check. After waiting 1.5 hours, I asked the clerk how much longer it would take and was told that since my appointment wasn't logged, I was taken as a walk-in. I made the appointment earlier this week. When I showed up to the appointment, they were expecting me. When/if they realized there was an issue with my appointment, no one informed me and assumed I didn't mi d waiting over an hour. At the time of asking the clerk about my appointment (by then it was 12:30), my car still wasn't being worked or even started to. Meanwhile, there were plenty of employees hanging out in the back, out of sight of waiting customers. Probably the biggest waste of time I've had to deal with in anything automotive related. I've had issues with them before over time management but figured the location was convenient so I overlooked it. I've waited for 1 hour oil changes, but today was ridiculous UPDATE: "Owner" contacted me - translation: social media rep comments to contact the main website to vent. Emailed them, received an email saying they informed the location that someone had an issue, and poof! Nothing happens. At this point, the waste of time was my fault - to actually think anything would come of it. Done with Jiffy Lube. read more

Took my car in for routine oil change. Didn't get the ladies name that took care of the check-in/check-out but by the reviews her name was definitely Lana. Lana along with all the braddahs over at jiffy lube were very helpful, informative and work with plenty aloha. They don't try to sell anything but give you their recommendations along with reasons why the recs are important and how it could affect your vehicle. They let you decide how important the fixes are to you. Overall awesome team over at the beretania jiffy lube. Will always bring my vehicles there for my oil change needs. I went to this Jiffy Lube to get an oil change on Saturday (2/13/2022). When they checked my other fluids, they said that my transmission fluid needed to be changed and so I had that changed, as well. I drove my car home after visiting jiffy lube and didn't use my car for the rest of the day. The next morning, there's a huge puddle of fluid leaking from under my car in my garage port (see attached photos). I called Jiffy Lube to let them know about the leak and puddle of fluid under my car so they told me to bring it back to them. I take my car back to them and they said that my fluid levels are fine, but my oil valve cover gasket and spark plugs needed to be changed, which would cost another $385.58 for cost and labor on top of what I already paid to have my oil and transmission fluid changed the day before, and that was the reason for the leak and puddle under my car. Prior to having my fluids changed, there was no leakage issue with my car or puddle present in the garage port. I spoke to their manager Joseph M to discuss this issue and they would not take responsibility for what happened. Joseph claimed that he can't take any responsibility for the problem because he was not there to oversee my car's fluid changed on that Saturday. However, the work order and invoice they gave to me after my oil change states that he was the team leader and inspected my car when they finished working on it (see attached photos). I was hoping that they would make the situation right, but Joseph said that I had to pay for the cost of having the valve cover gasket and spark plugs replaced. I couldn't leave with my car still leaking and the risk of further damage or danger to myself driving the car occurring so I had no choice, but to pay for the cost of having those parts removed and replaced by them. I do not recommend going to them for any car services as long as Joseph is there and managing this establishment. read more

I tried calling to make an appointment and after two days of multiple calls no one ever answered the phone. Then I went to the Beretania Street location and pulled up in front of one of the bays. As I waited for someone to help me, two other cars pulled up beside me and were waiting also. After twenty minutes of watching at least 4 staff members walking around the cars in the bays. I decided to leave. Not one person acknowledged my presence or the other two cars that came up and even if they were busy and we had to wait I would've appreciated being told so. I left and found somewhere else to do my oil change. read more

This location is SUPER busy, and like most businesses short staffed. However, manager Lana and inspector Ryan are knowledgeable and friendly, with great customer service. Worth the wait, or try going right at opening or about 1-1/2 hours before closing. read more

We have been a customer of Jiffy Lube S. Beratania St. for years. Most recently the battery of one of cars was dead and I took it to their shop for a check-up. The mechanic examined it and said it was okay and I should look at the starter, which we did and ended up to change the starter. Although we didn't repair our car there, but I was treated politely and friendly by the mechanic and the manager, Lana. I have been grateful to them, and soon took the car back for a tune-up. The job was done quickly and thoroughly and again, Lana was both friendly and professional. Thank you Lana and your professional team. We are very happy you serve me and the community so well. Another great experience with Jiffy Lube! I dropped in today for an OIL CHANGE ($46.99) and an unscheduled safety check (mines expires at the end of the month). SAFETY CHECKS ($19, regardless of pass or fail) requires an appointment but they will usually do it for you at the same time if you're already there for an oil change. - Safety check inspections are avail only from 8am-3pm. It took a little longer today because there were already 6 cars ahead of me but TITUS got me in/out within the promised 1 hour time frame. Titus was professional and friendly as can be. He was the one to check me in, cashed me out and walked me to my car. Everyone there was cordial. At one point I got up to ask a question about my coolant, the friendly Japanese gal with short buzzed hair was nice and approachable. I didn't catch her name but even though I interrupted her while she was busy refilling the coffee pot to ask questions, she was cool enough to help without any complaints or attitude. Thanks for getting my flask filthy and and making a huge dent in it for me to only find out after getting home!!!! :( I'm so upset no one cared to even apologize for this and tell me it had happened! Not going back to this location again, even if it's the closest one to me. I know it's a holiday but did you have to some how manage to drop my flask and dent it so bad and then not say a thing?! My car was practically empty when I took it to jiffy because I was going to a car wash after that, so how they managed to drop it is crazy. I'm super careful with it.... So so disappointed in that location. The service wasn't great either.... I called multiple times this morning to ensure they were open until I tried calling another location and they picked up to confirm all locations were open until 3p today.
