Great service, fast and affordable! I went to this location for the first time today as a walk-in, and Devin, the manager, was the one who helped me. I explained that I needed to replace my two front tires and that I had already gotten an online quote for a specific set. Unfortunately, those tires were initially out of stock, but Devin offered to order them for me. I then asked if there was anything comparable that they had in stock, and he was able to find me a great option that was actually cheaper than the tires I had found online! Devin was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. He let me know they could have my car finished within an hour, but they actually finished even faster than that, which was awesome! He also recommended a place just a few buildings down called Great People for my safety check. I went there right after getting my tires done and had my safety check completed in less than 10 minutes! Talk about convenient! Overall, I'm so happy with the service I received. My tire pressure light went off after I filled air into my tires 2 weeks ago, so I knew I had a slow leak in one of my tires. I was looking for a place in town, and saw Discount Wheel and Tire does free flat repairs. I first called their phone number, which seemed like goes to a central office for Discount Wheel and Tire, and every person I spoke to was extremely kind. I called the first time to inquire, and then called the second time to just say how awesome the experience was. If you plan to do walk-ins, the shop does say it closes at 5:00pm, please know that their walk-ins are from 8:00am until 4:00pm! When I got to the Kakoi location, I went in saying "I think I have a slow leak", and they got me in right away! There is a customer waiting area with AC, and I was in and out within 20 minutes. The service was free of charge! The guys at the front were very hospitable and the overall customer service was outstanding, and I would gladly come back again for any of my tire needs. The first time I went to replace my tpms I wanted to change 3 as they started failing around the 7 year mark. The manager Devin recommended just to change two of them as he said his scan showed the last one had an okay battery. However, after I left, the last one failed It was pretty annoying as I had asked for it to be change originally. Third set of tires I have purchased from the company. First time no issues. Second time they put 1 tire on that I ordered and 3 different tires on. I brought it in and they replaced the 3 incorrect tires. Today I go in and they are quick which is great. I asked for a tire to be put in my trunk from front passenger side for a future spare. I get home and the tire is in my trunk along with a second tire that is a 15" tire, my car has 17s. I had to go back down there and return it. Got no apologies. Also an item on my dash was slung across the dash and my seat was left all the way up. Seems they went out of their way to be unprofessional to me today. We were looking for two back tires for our car. We found this place on Yelp and they gave a good deal. They sell tires as well as patch tires up. I went to their website and reserved the tires that I wanted and an appointment for the next day. I found tires for the sedan that were about $70 each. They came out to $103 each with installation, tire recycle fee and tax. We came for the scheduled time and waited an hour and a half for them to change out the two tires. They had about six people ahead of us. Luckily, they had an air conditioned room in the shop that customers can wait in. read more

So I asked for quotes on my handy-dandy yelp app for new tires. DWT replied and directed me to their website, where I could see prices and schedule an appointment. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day and arrived on time. Their office is in the back of the shop, look for the arrows and lines on the floor. Checked in and one of their guys picked up my keys and went to work. I was changing all 4 tires, and at 20 minutes after dropping my keys off, the tech told me it was done. I was surprised, 20 minutes?! Then the tech said, oh wait, they forgot to do the alignment. No problem, I was prepared to wait at least an hour so I put my airpods back in and continued with a Netflix show. They were done a few minutes shy of an hour! They changed all 4 tires, and did my alignment and I was on my way. I was told to come back every 5-6k miles for free tire rotation that is for the life of the tires. The fact that I work from home means it might take a while before my next 5-6k miles, but I am now a fan! read more
