Third set of tires I have purchased from the company. First time no issues. Second time they put 1 tire on that I ordered and 3 different tires on. I brought it in and they replaced the 3 incorrect tires. Today I go in and they are quick which is great. I asked for a tire to be put in my trunk from front passenger side for a future spare. I get home and the tire is in my trunk along with a second tire that is a 15" tire, my car has 17s. I had to go back down there and return it. Got no apologies. Also an item on my dash was slung across the dash and my seat was left all the way up. Seems they went out of their way to be unprofessional to me today. I called around and they had the best prices on tires aside from one other company. They had great customer service; followed up by phone from an email inquiry my dad made on the same day. They are moving locations so they didn't have the tires I needed but they still would have been able to install my cars the same day I called. Craig at the Queen Street location really helped me out. I had a screw in my tire and Craig was graciously able to help with a quick patch and got me back on the road to my son's doctors appointment. We were looking for two back tires for our car. We found this place on Yelp and they gave a good deal. They sell tires as well as patch tires up. I went to their website and reserved the tires that I wanted and an appointment for the next day. I found tires for the sedan that were about $70 each. They came out to $103 each with installation, tire recycle fee and tax. We came for the scheduled time and waited an hour and a half for them to change out the two tires. They had about six people ahead of us. Luckily, they had an air conditioned room in the shop that customers can wait in. read more

I was driving to work and my car warned me about a leak in a tire. I went directly to Discount Wheel and Tire on Ualena St. I left my car there, went to work nearby, and got a call an hour later saying they found the leak, patched it, and told me I could pick up the car anytime before they close at 5 pm. So I asked for quotes on my handy-dandy yelp app for new tires. DWT replied and directed me to their website, where I could see prices and schedule an appointment. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day and arrived on time. Their office is in the back of the shop, look for the arrows and lines on the floor. Checked in and one of their guys picked up my keys and went to work. I was changing all 4 tires, and at 20 minutes after dropping my keys off, the tech told me it was done. I was surprised, 20 minutes?! Then the tech said, oh wait, they forgot to do the alignment. No problem, I was prepared to wait at least an hour so I put my airpods back in and continued with a Netflix show. They were done a few minutes shy of an hour! They changed all 4 tires, and did my alignment and I was on my way. I was told to come back every 5-6k miles for free tire rotation that is for the life of the tires. The fact that I work from home means it might take a while before my next 5-6k miles, but I am now a fan! read more

These guys worked fast, didn't have my tires in stock and got them in within less then 24 hours, when discussing my worries over if my wheel was broke, they referred a different shop that does wheel and rim repair. They are cheaper than Goodyear, have a larger inventory, and are so much nicer to work with. I will be going out of my way to recommend this shop. read more
