I read about drive thru oil changes at Jiffy Lube and I wanted to try this for my new car. I called first to confirm that they can do this and the woman I spoke to, Lana, had no idea what I was referring to. I explained, and was told they do not do drive thru oil changes. I asked if she knew of any other Jiffy Lube locations that could do this and got a short "nope" in response. I am disappointed they no longer do drive thru service/or that this location has never offered this service. Covid still exists and I think this is service that all automotive maintenance providers should continue to offer. Also her short response "nope" was off-putting and unprofessional. read more

I like Jiffy lube for tune ups and safety checks both in Moili'ili and KAILUA. Convenient and no appointment necessary. However their windshield wipers are not that good. I prefer Costco's. read more

had a long day at work and was hoping for a fast oil change. i called the jiffy lube on king and they told me there was no wait. when i got there i was surprised to see no cars in their shop. unfortunatly i was quickly told they didnt have the filter my car needed. i then had to ask if they were able to check to see if another jiffy lube had it and was simply told to just go and check another one nearby. no effort given to help me out with it- i even had to ask what kind of filter it was and was told to ask about a cannister filter. i then drove further down the road to punchbowl where there was one car in the shop. i was told they also did not have the filter and that i should call the jiffylube nearby. this time i was actually given a name more specific then a cannister filter- which would have been helpful if the stores could tell me over the phone if they carry specific filters. nothing like providing useless information while being sent away to continue the search. after calling the beretania location i find out im not the first customer that has been sent away. the manager,sherrn (sorry if i spelled it wrong after asking for the spelling- twice :/ ) , that i spoke to was very nice. she apologized for the inconvenience of not being able to tell me over the phone but assured me that they would order the filter that i needed and take care once i got there. not really sure why the other two shops blew me off when they too were capable of getting the part with just a little effort. what really bothered me was the fact my car was low on coolant and i was driving through traffic to get to a place that could help me, and only when i spoke to sherrn she actually made a comment that she was sorry i was sent so far with my car low on coolant- i never told her, she could simply smell it and knew. i dont know much about cars but i can only assume that the other two shops workers could also smell that my coolant was low but could care less. the beretania shop was pretty busy but all the workers there were in great spirits and very friendly. they gave amazing service and it was worth it in the end- i trust caring and friendly hard workers much more than those sitting in empty shops sending people away with no care or concern or effort to help. so shout out to the empty shops for guiding me to the one that actually has workers that get the job done. this is the only jiffy lube that has my business from here on out! read more

Did my regular oil change today. Was greeted instantly with a smile. He was assisting someone else so told me to wait inside and someone will assist you. Before I walked inside another employee came to assist (female employee) and also greeted me with a friendly smile. She entered my car license number and pulled my information. Once I answered all the questions I signed the form and she told me I can wait inside. Waited patiently for around 15-20 minutes. Was called by Keoni when my car was completed. I have encountered Keoni excellent customer service before. Waiting for my car I listen how he greets all the customers, he is very friendly and you can tell he loves his job. Once he's done he walks every customer to their car, opens the car door and thanks them for the service. This is the kind of customer service is rare now days. SCAM!! SCAM !!!SCAM!!!SCAM!!!SCAM!!! BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!! Look up car maintenance scam investigations on YouTube and that is what will happen if you come to this location. Dropped the car here for an oil change and told the mechanic not to do anything else unless it was absolutely necessary. Walked over to snow factory for some delicious desserts and got a phone call from jiffylube in approximately 10 minutes saying that my car was ready to be picked up! In 10 minutes, they were able to change oil, change oil filter, vacuum the car, wash the exterior, do a tire rotation, replace the cabin air filter, replace the oil drain plug gasket, enter all this information into a computer system and print it out?!?! Either they have Clark Kent doing the service or they scammed us and charged us for services that were not performed. I may not be a expert in car mechanics but 10 mins is not enough to accomplish what our receipt said was done. It was 10 legit minutes. No exaggeration, no bs, and I'm not rounding it down from 30 mins or anything like that. In really, 10 minutes, the car was ready to be picked up. As mentioned by Krysten in another review, this place really is out to get you. Really? $84.99 for an oil change? Our total bill was $174 for ten mins worth of service. If you are gonna claim to have vacuumed the car, at least pick up the leaves on the floor mat. Attached is the receipt. read more

I don't know why they have such poor reviews, I almost went to the other jiffy lube even though this one was right by my house but got lazy and just went to this one. Service was so fast and amazing. Everyone was in a good mood, having fun at work, and making the experience enjoyable. Got done in about 45 minutes to have my oil changed. They were nice and knowledgeable and let me know exactly what I needed what I didn't need. Definitely going to come back here. read more

I had pretty good and swift service. They were polite, professional and were thorough explaining the services and options they offer. There are many coupons available ($10 yelp) as well. I bought a used car a few month back and wasn't completely sure where all the last maintenance services was done. I was speeding down the Pali last weekend and lost oil pressure and power steering, the sensor probably got tripped to cut the power. Scary. Restarted quick. But identified a simple oil change as the solution to the problem. It probably needed a new filter because I did add oil recently and a bad filter could account for the low pressure. Anyway, going to Jiffylube was a lot easier than doing it myself. just pulled up to be met by an employees, did some processing for like two minutes and it was done in about an hour for me to take a trip to the North shore. I will definitely return when I need my regularly scheduled maintenance service. Kill some time by getting some eats at Burger King or the healthier choice, Down to Earth. Probably set me back a hour from arrival and each garage line was about 4 cars deep. read more

Wow first off SUPER FAST SERVICE!! In and out in 10-12min!! Holy WOW! Always friendly and professional workers and I can always count on superior service here especially for their famous signature oil change! I used their web coupon which is found on juffylube.com which is $5 off the signature oil change. So with coupon added I paid about $42~!! They vacuumed the interior as well, which is nice because who has time to vacuum their cars these days??!! I sure don't so it's always nice that's included in their service. Overall check, my car has no leaks and everything like fluids were refilled and maintained. Very happy with their fast and awesome service today!!! I get it, you're trying to run a business here but not cool to target those that might be less experienced. They also forgot to put the cap back on after the oil change. I stopped into the Beretania location several weeks ago and was immediately greeted by Shawn. Waited in line for 20 minutes and then pulled in to have my car serviced. While waiting I walked next to to a fast food burger joint and had a Coke and fries...returned and my car was waiting, completely serviced. Friendly staff, did an oil change, fluids check and tire fill. Walked around the neighborhood for half an hour, so it wasn't too bad of a wait. The card machine was down so it was cash only. My only gripe was that they couldn't fill the antifreeze coolant because it would have cost more, which I didn't mind--I went in there to top off my fluids and change my oil. Anyways, went to the store after and bought antifreeze and filled myself, just bummed that it all couldn't get done at the same time.The yelp app also offered a $10 coupon for checking in which was great! read more

This was my first time at Beretania Jiffy Lube. I usually go to Punchbowl, but they were not taking anymore customers so I took my chances at the Beretania location. I was met by Lana who is not only the most patient customer service rep that I've ever met, but also the calmest. I felt so confident in her recommendations for my car, I said yes with no hesitation.
