I went in for an oil change. They were very nice. I barely drove until the next Wednesday. I had to get on the interstate and as soon as I started going over 40 mph I started hearing this terrible noise. I didn't know what it was so I took it to a mechanic it turns out Jiffy Lube did not put my skid plate back on correctly. I haven't been able to get a hold of them by phone. I feel that I need to be compensated for the amount I paid for this other mechanic to put the skid plate on, that they did not do correctly in the first place. read more

Let me preface this by saying I don't normally write reviews, but I used to be a mechanic and my experience here was so poor I felt obligated. All I needed was an oil change, and I was assured I could get it taken care of here, but also immediately told that my tires needed to be rotated. They are relatively new tires and didn't need this. During my wait, they tried to sell me on a coolant flush (which I didn't need and they couldn't know if I needed since this was my first visit), new brakes even though I had a rotor replaced 3000 miles ago and checked my brakes then, and a brake fluid flush even though that was also changed and the fluid was still clear as it should be. The price was not transparent and had a mysterious "shop fees" tacked on, and ended up being twice what I normally pay for full synthetic for a blended oil change. The icing on the cake is that they didn't secure the oil pan cover so it immediately began dragging once I was immediately 1 mile from the shop. I will not be returning to a JiffyLube. read more

Do not have your oil changed here. I went here for an oil change and instead of draining the oil from the bottom plug which is the correct way of doing it, they emptied the oil from the top which is known not to drain all oil and particles because they collect at the bottom of the oil pan. When I asked why they did it this way they said it was for liability reasons. What liability? There is no liability. They did it because they don't have to use as much oil when they refill because not all of the old oil and particulates have been drained and remain filling the bottom of the oil pan, and not using as much oil helps their bottom line and they still charge you and I full price when we are not getting the oil that we are paying for! Plus residue is left at the bottom which it not good for your car!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Never going back! read more

I just got an oil change and they had me wait in their little waiting area and offered water. I also got $15 off. I don't normally leave reviews, but I hate knowing how inaccurate the stars are. I went for an oil change and asked for a blend rather than full synthetic which was a $40 difference. When they came with the bill, they charged my for full synthetic and I told them I didn't ask for that so rather than going back and just charging me for the blend the just took $15 off the bill which was still more than I should have been paying. 0/5 stars, I WOULD RECCOMMEND NOT GOING HERE! read more

Called last week to get a quote on an oil change for 2010 Toyota Corolla. Sent my college student son in today for oil change- charged him more than $20 over quote. Paid almost as much for a conventional oil change as I have for a full synthetic. First and last time. Love the way there was an extra $10 charge for a new oil filter..on top of the $48 oil change. I went to this Jiffy Lube for a conventional oil change on a 2005 Ford Explorer. I had been to several other Jiffy Lubes in the past and had never been quoted more then $37. Manager told me he couldn't go lower then $46.99 unless I was a KSU student (which I am) but would only take a student ID as proof even though I had a parking tag on my car. I went down the street to the Castrol Edge Lube Express and got a $35 quote, no questions asked. I don't recommend this location. read more

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO EXPRESS OIL CHANGE!!! Needed an oil change in a pinch and was charged TWICE the amount that it costs at Express! Not to mention, their "system" was down so I received no receipt at the end was told the would call me at some point? Seemed very unprofessional. They charged my card twice after taking over 30 minutes for a simple oil change because they had to try to upsell everything to another lady there and myself. The guy tried so hard to sell the extra stuff that he didn't think a fast easy oil change would be better service I guess? But I disagree. He made a ton of verbal suggestions but failed to make any typed notes. Not especially impressed with the timeliness or service. Going to call to get my double charge reversed. read more

Went to this location to fix an over filled oil tank that was leaking because another location spilled it everywhere. The man I talked to smelled like weed and was clearly nervous because of it. Told me if there was no serious issue, they wouldn't bother cleaning it. Then I gave my keys to someone else specifically and still watched the man who was clearly high pull my car into the open floor. Will never be returning. read more

Bought a Groupon for a Full Synthetic Oil Change($66). Ended up being charged additional for an oil filter even though it doesn't specify that on the Groupon. Paid an additional $10 for 1 qt of oil which my car holds 6, not 5 so, that I'm ok with. But, paid an additional $45 on top of my $66 Groupon. They got me 1 time, but lost me as a customer. read more

NEVER EVER GO TO THIS PLACE. I drive by this place about 4x a day. I never see any customers but always see there employee's outside holding there 19.99 signs. I stopped by this place and was going to get a quick oil change and when i got there about 6 employees were just sitting there shooting the shit and i ask them how much for an oil change and he immediately says almost $50 and when i said holy crap he dropped it down to $31.99 and tried to justify the price by saying well we vacuum your floor board. I'm sure if i said another shocking statement he would of dropped it again. You can tell that this is one of the places that try to take advantage of every opportunity possible to make a buck. read more

We bought a Groupon for full synthetic oil change, car wash, and vacuum. They tried to charge us for the oil filter, and did not vacuum (but marked as completed). The manager was nervous when confronted about the charge for the oil filter. Offered a credit on our account because a refund "would arise a lot of questions from corporate". They set our next oil change date wrong. Now it makes us wonder if they actually checked/topped up everything they said they did. My husband watched what he believed was a drug drop there as well.
