I wish i didn't have to give them any stars. This is going to be a long one but please read this before you take your car in to these people. I took my car in on April 4th for an oil change and tire rotate and balance. I dropped it off at about 9:30am. 3:30pm rolls around and no word on my car so my husband calls to check in and is told that my car "just got finished" and he can come pick it up. We get there and find my car parked at the far end of the parking lot, backed in under a tree. Mind you it is storming outside. There were plenty of closer spots so we immediately found this odd as well as the fact that no other cars were backed in. I immediately tell my husband that we need to check my car. Because it was raining so hard, we decided to check it when we got home. 30 minutes after we got home was when I noticed the damage as we were packing my car to go out of town. We immediately took the car back up to Tires Plus. After being given the runaround for 10 minutes the front desk employee goes to the back and comes back with the assistant manager Bobby. The first thing Bobby says is that they believe a customer hit my car in the parking lot. So my immediate question was if that the case then why wasn't my husband told when he picked my car up? My next question is why did you try to hide it by putting my car at the far end of the parking lot and backing it in and trying to wait until the end of business to call me to pick it up? They never even bothered to step outside to see the damage. I asked for their corporate number because their manager wasn't in and was told "I don't know. You can go online and look it up on the website." You don't know your company's corporate number? Fast forward 9 days and I get an email (not even a phone call) from one of Bridgestone's claims specialists saying my claim has been denied because the damage was in the pre-service inspection and I should file a claim with my insurance! Are you kidding me? How do you know when no one ever came out to see the damage? Furthermore, when I filed my claim I gave you all the info you would need to go back and fudge the inspection. These people are lying, sneaky, trifling crooks! Please protect your property and go some where else. My Tires Plus card has been destroyed and the account will be closed! I am truly amazed by the lack of customer service since COVID. Everyone thinks they can just do people however they want and get away with it, but they don't know who they're dealing with. I will fight this until my car is repaired and I will continue to get the word out. read more

I had an appointment at 1:00 pm for a nail on the left rear tire and a flat on the front right tire. I handed the key to the young kid behind the counter. It was almost 3 pm, and the car was still sitting in the parking lot where I had left it. I asked if it would be fixed today, and he immediately said, they would be taking care of it soon. read more

A little expensive depending on what service you need. I personally always left happy. With piece of mind. The manager of the store gives you options when available. I've been using the tires plus location in Roswell normally but I was in the area and needed an alignment so I stopped in. I also asked them to check my brakes front and back. I don't think they even took the tires off to look at the brakes and rotors. I think they went off what was already in the system which was from over a year ago. Anyway they told me I needed front rotors and brake pads. Tried to get me to get their credit card. I also mentioned a metal on metal scraping noise coming from the back. They assured me the back was fine it was the front that needed the most attention. They recommended two new front tires as well. A few hours later I am still hearing the scraping noise. I stop at a local auto shop(Alpha Auto Center) they told me the clips were on wrong for the back brakes causing the metal on metal scraping sound the front brakes were fine but I did need FRONT rotors. They also told me one of my front tires was about to start splitting. (Tires plus did not tell me about my tire!) They fixed the issue I was having instead of brushing me off like tires plus did. read more

My headlight went out and someone recommended I go here to get it replaced. I ask if they do headlight bulb replacement and they said they do, and gave them the make and model of my Chevy. Worker said it will cost over $100 because "Chevys require the whole front bumper to be taken off to replace the headlight" and I told him I had brought a headlight bulb with me to use and he said they can't use it, they only want to use what their store has on stock. Just a money making scheme trying to rip off inexperienced drivers. I went to Home Depot got some tools then took my Chevy home and replaced it in minutes without any complicated process of taking off a bumper. These guys are not trustworthy at all. read more

I took my car in for an oil change and inspection a few weeks ago. When they came back I needed almost $1500 worth of repairs on a car that has only 13000 on it. There was a shock leaking, new tires, filters and alignment. They wanted to do it right away. I left to get a second opinion. A few weeks later and I had not driven the car much between appointments. The shock was pouring fluid and the tech could not explain why it would be like that. I did not need an alignment and the shock cost $ 344. But here is the kicker, I had heard a scraping noise pulling out of the drive and going over rail road tracks. The bottom protective cover had not been replaced properly and was falling off!! Now I do not even want to think about what damage or accident would have occurred if it had fallen off while driving down the road. It took over 3 hours for them to finish the car. This is beyond bad. It is dangerous and devious. They continued for days to send me info about how I needed to get the work done right away and schedule an appointment. DO NOT GO TO TIRES PLUS!!! read more

Absolutely terrible! These people are scam artists! I've used other locations and it's been ok. We were quoted a price online and I showed the details on arrival for my appointment. When I went to pay the amount was double! They claimed that it was miscommunication when we called. I can assure you we never talked about any tires in that price range. I then had to wait while they took those off and replaced with tires at the price I was quoted. The front office staff were unprofessional and rude. When I finally got the tires the air cap was missing on one of them. I don't know for sure but I feel like this was done out of spite since I kicked up a fuss. I will never go back and s as m considering filing a complaint with the BBB. read more

Called to make a last minute appointment for an overdue alignment, was able to get in for the next hour. Got there, checked in and my car was taken to the back immediately. I left to go get a pedicure at Palooza down the street, before my pedicure was even done, they were calling to tell me my car was done (less than an hour), I got a UBER back, didn't pay because I got my lifetime alignment through firestone :) (super happy about that). highly recommend the guys over at this place. they are amazing. they have a forever customer. read more

Terrible experience!!! 0 stars! I do not recommend that you do business with this Tires Plus location. I was quoted $485 for a tire replacement. My wife took my sons car in for the tire change and they gave her a bill for $900 after the tires were already on the car. Zeke the manager said his staff told him that my wife asked them to put more expensive tires on the car than what we were quoted. Who would do this. Lol They then said they could replace the $900 tires with what we were expecting. I called the manager when all this was going on because my wife was very upset. I was on the phone with the manager for less than 30 seconds and he hung up on me. I called Zeke this morning and he said his manager hung up on me because they weren't getting anywhere with me. Who thinks that it is acceptable that you can just hang up a customer after less than 30 seconds of a conversation. Please don't do business with this Tires Plus location! They cannot be trusted and are very unprofessional with zero customer service skills and don't care about customer satisfaction. I am so mad at the way we were treated I am going to the BBB. I would not suggest visiting this business if you are a young woman. We all are well aware of the fact that mechanics try and take advantage of women but my god. This place was ridiculous. Went in for a routine oil change, I receive a call about an hour or so later. You need new brake pads, new back rotors, etc etc. I knew my brake pads weren't very old so I said thanks for letting me know, I'll handle it on my own. Go to my trusted mechanic (2 hrs away) & guess what? Brake pads in near perfect condition and no service necessary on my rotors. This location was suggesting I waste money (I don't have) on a service my car didn't need. On top of this they upsold me for a high-mileage oil change but given their lack of moral fiber I doubt I got anything special. Ladies!! Avoid this location or send your father/husband/brother in for you. They won't take you seriously. Only positive note is the front desk folks were extremely friendly while lying to my face. read more

Aside from a few minor annoyances, a satisfactory tire purchase and installation service. The quibbles: 1. I ordered the tires on line at their website. I then made an appointment for their installation, also on line. That appointment was confirmed by them via e-mail. When i arrived at the center, I was told that they did not have the ordered tire in stock. I was offered several alternative tires, but I had researched my chosen tire and wanted that one. The manager then offered to get the tires from another, nearby center. We agreed to wait. 2. Because they did not have the tires in stock (despite the confirmed order AND the confirmed appointment), they did not meet their advertised "59 minute guarantee." They did NOT offer me the guaranteed $59 refund nor the guaranteed free oil change. I have begun an e-mail excghange withcorporate HQ on this subject. 3. Finally, the waiting room was FREEZING. Despite these issues (dependent on the guarantee resolution), I will likely return, as their price and service were otherwise excellent. read more

Stopped in for a tire change after catching a nail on 75. Manager was already overheard being rude on the phone to another customer. I asked for a tire change in a emergency situation, it was clear he just didn't want to do it, said we close at 6. Although google clearly said they closed at 7 which I informed him of. Terrible service: my first visit was for a tire repair I was told it could not be fixed and I needed a new tire. Took the car to discount tires and it was repaired. Dump me I took it back for an alignment which was covered on the lifetime alignment plan I purchased. I was told I needed a new battery and air filter. Same day took the car to Advance Auto Parts to have the battery tested and it was in perfect condition. This place is just trying to scam people anyway possible to make money. read more

I but a sets of tires in this place with the life warranty of Tires Rotation & Balance, I was watching everything they were doing to my car, I noticed that they did the rotation but not the balance, plus they charged me $55, after I told them that the mechanic didn't do the Balance they went back and did it. I first worked with the corporate support folks who are not able view their *OWN* PDF receipts that Tires Plus emailed. Nor can they view a simple converted image of that PDF. After I had copied and pasted the PDF into the email they were able to help me. The corporate support person forwarded on my complaint to the store manager Mike. Mike did go out of his way to correct the problem and maintained that he didnt bait and switch. I ended up with Firestone tires close to what I wanted originally at no extra cost. Apparently Firestone discontinued that model and replaced it with another model which I got. The alignment that we got wasn't much better then when it was taken in the first time and after a total of three attempts its seems to be true now. They lost the key for the security lug nuts from the first time at the garage and had to remove the security lugs (by damaging them) then put normal (easy to remove) lug nuts when he swapped tires. Mike ordered OEM security lug nuts from Honda after I asked him to. I cant imagine what I would of done when I take the family out of town and I had to take a tire off. Also the rear cover for the spare tire wasn't put back on correctly which I had to correct. The oil change seemed to go fine. I would suggest this to Tire Plus. Fix your online ordering system. There should be no reason that I cant order new tires, alignment and oil change on one order. I had to send in three orders and only the last one the store ever got (the oil change). I couldn't pay for the tires online which open the potential problem of baiting and switching. Support folks should be able to view the receipts you send. Its 2016!! do should be virus scan emails, this was a big let down and a real hassle! read more

Screwed up my alignment. It was done in less than 20 minutes. There's no way they could complete it properly in the amount of time I was there in which I told the employee that. They reassured me it was fine. The next day I left for vacation. Each time I reversed my car it would make noises and on the interstate my steering wheel would pull. I end up taking it somewhere else right when I got back and have had no issues at all. read more

We had a nail in our tire on the way home to IL. The technician came out of the building and greeted us before we got out of the car. They took our car in immediately and had it fixed in 15 minutes or less. And unbelievably there was no charge for the repair. If I could give zero stars, i would. My son's 2000 blazer started out with a check engine light on. Took it in, they said the intake was warped and needed replaced $600. Ok, agreed to that. Drove the truck a quarter of a mile and it started making a loud rattling noise from the engine bay and check engine light came on. We stopped, popped the hood and realized the cold air intake had not been reconnected, just laying on the engine. Reconnected it. But, car wouldn't start. Had it towed back up. Supposedly, this time fuel pump needed replaced, another $900. Got truck back, rattling noise is still there and getting louder and truck running rough. Now, today, they are saying that loud rattling is normal!! Even though it's never had that noise, ever. Got manager on the phone and he insists a car making that rattling noise is normal. BS, I've worked on cars for years and have never heard this. I'm betting either they damaged the pcv on the intake or something got sucked in there because they didn't connect the cold air intake. But, now they refuse to fix their mistake. Unfortunately, They have been dealing with my wife and son. After discussing with a Chevy mechanic, he confirmed that noise is not normal. I now am on hold with the corporate office customer service. Do not take your car there. They are only good for tires, oil changes, and basic mechanic work. I'm out $1500 bucks and the truck still isn't fixed, and they refuse to address it. Update: Corporate office had us pick the truck up and take it to another shop. The truck took 3 tries to start at tires plus (remember, the manager said all this is normal). The other shop found that tires plus had damaged the brake booster pressure valve on the back of the intake causing the rattle, difficulty starting, and could have caused brake failure. So, now we are dealing with corporate to get the 900 bucks for the fuel pump refunded. Seriously, stay away from this place. We own 7 cars, and they will never work on any of them again. read more

I called this location before i went to ask how long the wait would be for an oil change. They told me if i brought my car now, it would be 30-40 mins. This want bad for me, however i was on my lunch break and wanted to make it back on time. I arrived at 1245 and was like by 115. the service was quick and they did everything I paid for. Man, I just wish this place was just five or ten dollars cheaper for an oil change. I scheduled ahead of time for a base price oil change the day before and it was confirmed quickly; when I showed up, they were ready for me, so really simple setup for my appointment. I feel like these guys are the Jimmy John's of oil changes, because wow, that was easily the quickest I've ever been in and out of a car shop for any service ever. Really appreciated their timeliness and everyone I talked to was super friendly and had fantastic customer service. Jon was my technician and did a great job on the car itself, and Claudette rung me up at the end. Both were personable and made conversation with me; neither tried to charge me for something outrageous that I didn't need. One guy did come in and tell me one of my license plate bulbs was out and that they could replace it for $20, but I told him I'd do it myself and he accepted my decision easily and went back to what he was doing. This location is a little far from my house, but when I'm at school, it's the closest place around. I don't know if I'd come all the way from where I live to pay $30 for a base price standard oil change (and they said that was a special price, so I definitely don't want any part in paying regular price), but their awesome service and respect of my time will make me think twice about it, and maybe if I'm around and it's convenient, it'll be worth the extra money to patronize these people. If they were the same price as the Havoline Xpress Lube I live next to (just under $25 counting labor and tax and everything) I wouldn't hesitate to come here any time I needed something done on my car. Took my car in because my check engine light was on. They ran the test and found what the problem was. I was told it would cost $263 to replace the master air flow sensor. Looking online the part cost $23. I said no went to auto zone bought some cleaner. The light is off and has been now for 3,000 miles. Why did they not go the cheaper route before jumping to the last option of a full replacement. Well, I won't be back nor will I suggest this place to anyone. read more

Two stars only because the staff appeared friendly. Went into this location to get wheel alignment/rotation since I had purchased 4 tires from another location. They told me I needed two new tires which I knew so they handed me a quote. So I decided why not so I did some research on the firestone compared to what I had. I called to make sure I was given correct quote for my tires because I noticed 2 different sizes available. I called to see if they can check and the guy told me because I bought it at another tires plus location he can't tell me what size they were. They quoted me for 17 inch. Since it's my vehicle I made the calls back and forth and was told my tires were 18 which I knew...reason for asking. So I called back this location. I asked why would they quote me for incorrect tires. He seemed baffled. They clearly had the vehicle to do the rotation/alignment and didn't take proper steps before handing me a quote. Cool no problem I asked if I can get a quote for tires specific to my size. He told me all they had was Bridgestone. Now I'm baffled. I asked if he can order it from warehouse,he told me that's not possible. Lol. I haven nexen tires that was ordered from warehouse from a tires plus so I know it can be done. Why would he offer a premium tire and mine were mid grade ones. He insisted that's all they offered. His upselling tactic was not working so I called customer service. Explained what happened they advised that tires plus can order it. Called back and he was adamant he couldn't do it and those are the only tires. I couldn't understand why he couldn't get any other brand besides Bridgestone when I know the website offers other brands and I know they can get it from warehouse. So I called my customer service and they put me in touch with Firestone to purchase a comparable Goodyear tire. I complained to customer service because not only did he lie and tried to upsell me,he thought I was uneducated about my vehicle. So you guys only sell premium tires? I complained that the gentleman told me all they had was the premium Bridgestone and didn't offer(get from warehouse) any other brands. Why would I put premium tires on my vehicle when I have mid grade ones. Does not make sense. Tires plus has some deceptive practices. Beware! And ladies have a male take your car in. They always try to get over on me. Not this time! read more

The customer service at this location is great, both helpful and friendly. I usually wait an hour or two for service, but I also go during peak times, so that's understandable. I've received many services at this location free of charge and found the prices to be reasonable when I need costly services. read more
