I was so pleasantly surprised that not only did I get a quick and friendly oil change, but my headlights, taillights and flashers were tested before I left the bay. There are WAAAAY too many newer model vehicles out here with NO taillights ! I went on a Saturday just before 12 noon so there was a bit of a line, but it wasn't too bad of a wait. The wonderfully efficient tech (Jason...cool, experienced old skool guy ) apologized for 1 of the 3 bays being closed today. I'd definitely recommend going here for your quick oil change. read more

Most places do not work on a 20 plus year vehicle but they did. I dropped off my truck on a Friday around 11am. There was a little wait but that was ok. I was met by Michael and he set me up for my services. Services were completed to my satisfaction and Michael was very pleasant to work with and I will definitely recommend this Oil Express Location. These guys act professional. I went in for an oil change. You sit in the car while they perform the service. It is not a cheap quick service (good thing). They checked my tires, lights, all fluids, and gave me advice when they saw a problem. You definitely get great service for the price. They are cheaper than the dealership. I waited 10 minutes to pull in and they serviced my car in 12 minutes. read more

It's been over a month since they damaged my car and the continue to ignore me. They don't go by their warranty and their corporate never answers the phone. Stay away they will break your car and try to make you pay them to fix it. Update: The "Vice President" called me and told me that warranty doesn't cover parts damaged in an oil change even though it says it on all their receipts. Also compared oil pan drain plug to brakes and tires... Even after the mechanic said he over torqued my drain plug, the lady says she needs it in written. Like this is so unprofessional I can't make your employees do anything that's your job. read more

They always take good care of my oil changes. My air compressor is intermittently not working so I had them look at it. For $163 they added Freon and called it good.I didn't get out of the parking lot before it quit blowing cold. Then they gave me a crazy price to replace it. I don't know if they were trying to price gouge me or if they just didn't want to do it. I assumed they would be cheaper than a dealership, so looked online and can get a compressor for about 1/3 their price. The install price seemed fair tho. I guess I'll see what a small local shop will do it for. read more

Ventured here to get the oil changed on my suv. The service was quick. It's not a discount oil place, you will pay a pretty penny. I was able to drive right up and you stay in the car while they complete your oil change. The whole oil change took less than 15 minutes. You literally never leave your car, even when you pay. I came to this location for an oil change. My very first time getting an oil change for my Trail Blazer. I had a $20 off coupon, however, I think the price of an oil change is a little over priced. OK, so my wife went here twice. The first time she came home raving about how great it was and how she was going back for her next oil change. Then she went again....they gave her a list of things that were (according to them) wrong with the car, one of which was something (spark plugs replaced) we had done about two weeks prior to her visit there. When she told them she had just had that done, the guy told her that the place that did it before was on a different computer system and they had no way of knowing that we had that done somewhere else. Don't insult my wife's intelligence. She knows more about car engines that I do. They gave her a full list of what they thought our car needed and what was "urgent" ($150.00) and should be done today. My wife left and will never go back. She only asked for an oil change. That is all they should have done. They didn't have permission to check the engine nor did we have any level of trust in their recommendations. read more

So, I was a bit worried trying this place out from previous reviews but I didn't have time to schedule an oil change with my normal mechanic. I brought my car in and as soon as I pulled up someone came out to my car and asked me what I would like to get done. The customer service I received was amazing and literally within 10 min my oil change was done. Since, then I have come here for EVERY OIL CHANGE and Tire rotation/ balance. The employees have always treated me with respect and I don't get that feeling that I'm being taken advantage of. Their prices are reasonable and I highly recommend giving this place a try. read more

What can I say, fastest oil change I've ever had. You sit in your car while they change your oil and then your done! Goodyear, Firestone, Jiffy Lube, etc have always taken anywhere from 45 mins- 2 hours to get a flipping oil change. This place is a little more expensive then the rest but for a 10 min oil change that's fine with me! They also did a FREE brake inspection on my car after my oil change bc it was making noises near my left wheel. These guys are honest, didn't try to get me to buy a thousand things, and quick service! Definintly be back! read more

I have to recant my previous negative review where I thought these guys were trying to create a crisis situation with the goal of me making an unnecessary battery purchase. I got an oil change a couple of weeks ago and was highly suspicious when they alerted me to a battery issue, recommending a replacement. I felt that they were just trying to run up a big tab on me because I was a new customer, as I'd had a new battery installed fairly recently. They provided quote and I refused the recommended service. As a courtesy, they jumped my car which I promptly drove to a nearby auto parts store. The auto parts person ran a diagnostic, reporting everything was fine. Fast forward a couple of weeks - I jump in my car heading to work and experience that dreaded clicking sound. I had the car towed to my regular mechanic, thinking it was a starter or alternator problem. Turns out, it WAS an issue with the battery. Fortunately, it was under warranty, so there was no charge. Not that I would have replaced the battery based on Express Oil's assessment, but I would've given the entire situation more credence if the auto parts place would've aligned with the Express Oil assessment. Since they didn't, I thought the Express place was trying to run a con. I learned a valuable lesson. Even if I'm wary of a first opinion - there's no harm in getting a second (or even a third) to sustain peace of mind. If my primary car shop wasn't available, as was the case in this situation, I'd consider Express Oil in the future. read more

When I last took my truck by for a tuneup to get rid of a Service Engine Soon light the tech was able to track it down to a broken vacuum line thus saving me a lot of money. read more

I want to give this place a good review for helping me out yesterday evening. My engine had overheated, and because I had been to them before when I used to live in Powder Springs, I decided to quickly pull in before they closed (it was 5 minutes until closing time). The man who helped me (I think his name was Wayne) was so nice; he advised me on what I should do in the meantime (before I could take it to my regular mechanic), and he topped off my coolant at no charge. I'm writeing this review for ones who are searching for a trustworthy place to take your vehicle. I would like to say this. I used to work their and the manager was why I left but the mechanic and others are wonderful and highly educated including the newer manager. I ended up coming back to work for them and if your a customer reading this I want you to know at Exspress Oil Change Tire Engineers we care about our customers and sometimes it does take longer then 10 because of a smaller shop and we want to make sure everyone vehicle that passes threw is well maintained safe and in best running condition. I personally want to say anyone that has waited or had a bad experience I am sorry and I hope we did or can or will make it up to you. I know Hiram location gets backed up time and again but we do stress the best from regular customer to new guest if something is to be done wrong I know this LOCATION will make it right. If I could give zero stars I would. I scheduled an appt online for 9 am. Got there ten mins before. The guy that greeted me, I told him I had an appt and he said "it's really a first come first serve, and it would be a while for a tire rotation because someone got there before me." I told him again I had an appt; he asked if I did it online, told him yes and his response was "yeah we don't really do that." I said "well it should not be an option if you don't honor that." I asked if the manager was there and he said "no our manager isn't here and he is the one who deals with the online appointments." So then I asked if I could just get my oil changed. I pull up and I am assuming he put in info for for my car, he then told me it would be $70.99 to get my oil changed. I told him no way because I could go to the dealership to get my oil changed, tires rotated and a multipoint inspection for $50. Needless to say; they were not professional at all, and did not care that I had an appointment. Will never try this place again. I only went here because my dealership did not have an available appointment until Monday; but I will never try a new place again! read more

And better yet, the oil container with the sealed cap is opened in front of you, so you know you are getting what you pay for.
