They would go to dobbs or another chain because it's well known but I saw this place had a 5 star rating and I was like okay let's give it a go. I did my research for the type of tires I should get. Earlier this winter I was sliding over ice and was convinced I needed to get an SUV until everyone around me said no I just need new tires lol So I found all weather tires and even opted for something highly rated that's more expensive but popular because it gave me peace of mind to know they were a solid choice. The men who I interacted with were so nice and educated me. I made an appt online and then they called me because they could get me in earlier (which I was so grateful for!!) I did have a prior appt and they said I could swing by whenever and they would finish before close so I could come by to pick it up. Knock on wood it's been great so far! Should be good for the next 6 years. I'll probably have a new car by then but hoping I won't have any trouble! I did opt for the warranty so shouldn't be any $$ with their no questions asked policy so again, great peace of mind.

So they shipped,same day to Lake STL, and was cheaper than anywhere else. I came back 3 hours later and they installed the 4 tires in about 30 minutes. They cleaned/shined the tires. Ran an alignment test. -I did not need an alignment. -My old place always charged me. Place is really clean and friendly. Aiden, my sales guy, was awesome!! Super friendly and found me discounts. I'll be back with my other vehicles! Freddy's is next door. You can eat ice cream and watch them install your tires in 30 minutes. It's perfect!

I've had guys bring me an air filter that I replaced two weeks ahead of time and said it was dirty and needed replaced because it had a slight tint. My wife won't even go to get the oil changes anymore because she feels so pressured to do everything that these guys say"have"to be done even though her father is a master mechanic and does 90% of the maintenance himself. We do the oil changes so we don't have to bother him for small stuff.

I've been here several times over the last couple of years and the process always moves quickly. Being able to sit in my car the whole time is a perk that keeps me coming back. They were shortstaffed, so I gather that was the reason they did not take a gander at my cabin air filter or try to upsell me on any other items, as is typical. Also skipped was guiding me through resetting the oil change reminder my car gives me. They verified that my headlights and signals were functioning properly, though. I used to think it was a plus that they checked the air in my tires, but when I left this time, I realized that three out of four of my caps weren't screwed back on properly. So next time, I will just have them skip that part and stick to doing it myself. I remembered to grab the discount that's always available: I utilize the synthetic blend, so I saved $15. My bf referred her to Mr. Shifts for transmission service, advising he has heard GREAT things about them, at prices that nobody can beat. Fast forward to today, my mom is STILL driving the same car with the transmission they rebuilt. Mind you, this car was already well used by the time she bought it and then subsequently had the transmission go out. But since Mr. Shifts rebuilt it she has had ZERO related issues 7ish years later. The reason I'm posting this now is because my sister's transmission just went out and I told her to call Mr. Shifts as they might be able to rebuild hers also.

Just Incompetent!…read more Walk in on a Saturday afternoon to test drive a M440i. We were told they cannot do that because it's raining outside and they don't want to get the cars dirty. Weird, but ok. Make an appointment for the next Saturday with Stefan. He follows up a day before, I confirm. Show up on time and the car isn't ready. Wait 20 mins for them to take it out of the dealership. He was expecting us, could have been prepared but overall body language and attitude was giving a ' I can't be bothered' vibe. Not great, but fine! We get in the car. He is on the back seat, quietly sitting and scrolling on his phone. My wife asked him 'so can you tell us something about the car?' He isn't sure, responds back with, 'umm...what do you want me to tell you'. I don't know dude, sell me the car. Isn't that your job? That should give you a sense of what we are dealing with here.
