The tire was patched and replaced. Ok, good My issue is that there seemed to be total disregard for my vehicle. When I got back in to leave, the steering wheel was absolutely filthy, caked with dirt. Yes, auto mechanics hands get dirty, but I've never seen anything like that. The compartment in the back of my vehicle where the tire tools are stored was left completely open, the lid kind of thrown into the back of my car instead of just putting the lid on. Then the cover for the hole where the tool is inserted to lower the spare was missing. I went back in and they did eventually find it after about 10 minutes of looking. I am glad the tire was fixed but just seems like they should be more careful with the vehicle.

They worked around the budget that I had said to find the most workable price for me, and then when my transmission shot in my car 2 weeks later, they found a way to connect a minor transmission repair to my radiator and gave it to me for free. The manager was behind the counter doing something, and the only other employee, Nick, was literally asleep on the counter until the door sound woke him up. I asked about a new battery and if they did installs. He said "yea maybe." Once he heard it was a Mazda, he came outside, looked at the battery, and told me "well, it's kinda dark." It was not dark. When I questioned it, he changed to "well, it's kinda cold," even though it was nowhere near cold enough to justify refusing an install. At that point I was done. If someone is sleeping on the counter and looking for excuses not to help, I am not trusting them under my hood. Went straight to Advance Auto instead, and they installed the battery with no issue. Friendly team, quick service, no nonsense. I will never buy anything from this AutoZone again. Letting an employee sleep on the desk and brush off customers is unacceptable.
