I was blown away by not only their customer service but also their bodywork. I barely lifted a finger this whole process, they set up my rental car and arranged me to be picked up from their shop, they kept me updated the whole time, and they had an extremely fast turn around time (I dropped my car off Monday and had it back by Friday). Upon pick up I was handed a box of cookies to thank me for my business and was given a walk around to discuss what all was done and address any concerns. My car was even cleaner than when I dropped it off! I am hoping to never need body work again, but SRC will always be my go to if I ever find myself in that position. This has been the absolute worst experience I have ever had with an auto repair shop in my 49…read moreyears. The first go around with these crooks they had my jeep for two weeks only to call and tell me they had nothing done on it and they had to give it back to me because both of their mechanics quit on the same day. I decided to give them another shot thinking they had been in a bad situation with their last mechanics. I paid over 2 thousand dollars to get my ac fixed only realize after picking it up from them that the jeep blew hot air still and also now had additional issues with the engine that didnt have when i dropped it off. . They told me that they knew exactly what needed to be repaired and would fix it. I once again paid over $1,500 dollars to have the same issue repaired and the new one and once I picked it up realized once again it was blowing hot air and engine problem. They began to tell me that the used parts/ re manufactured parts sometimes don't work. I was furious and asked why they thought it was ok to use remanufactured/ used parts when I was paying for new. They said if i brought it back one more time they would remedy the situation with new parts but that i had to pay the added cost for new parts in\stead of used. I was so baffled they would do this to me but agree to pay as long as they finally fixed the air conditioning. I picked it up a third time with now an additional bill to pay only to drive off with hot air once again. I will never use these part swappers again. They take advantage of every customer and apparently their employees also because the second mechanic that worked on my vehicle has now quit. He called me to apologize for not fixing my vehicle and told me that the owner had told him to use old use parts, and he didn't feel right as a mechanic to do so. I WILL NEVER USE THIS CROOK SERVICE AGAIN AND DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STEER CLEAR

This probably would not have been an issue for someone who drives enough to replace tires every 5 years. Great to see the company stand behind their product and service. Bought a set of new tires from Andy Wurm in November 2015. I don't put a ton of miles on my vehicle. Tons of tread left on them. But I noticed that one of the tires developed a slow leak, so I took it to my local service station (I moved to Florida after buying the tires). Turns out 2 of the tires they sold me were made in 2011. So they were 4 years old when they sold them to me. That's roughly half the recommended life for a set of tires. So now I'm having to replace all of these tires 4 years sooner than I should have. No point in saying I'd never shop there again - as I live out of state. But really disappointed.

Within a couple days after the work was done I started having brake issues. Brought Jeep back to them & the mechanic told me "a brake hose could have gotten kinked when they were working on the catalytic converter". So they fixed the brake issue & charged me another $300 to repair the brake hose. When I reminded the mechanic of what he said, he denied ever telling me that. Doesn't seem fair that they caused the brake issue & I had to pay for their unprofessional/botched repair work. I will NOT return or recommend them to anyone.
