Came in for an oil change, left with a 1,700 dollars in damage. 180 dollars for my 535D BMW, yes I needed extra oil but usually I get charged 120- 150 at other places. On top of that within driving my car a mile it was smoking and clicking. Turns out my water pump broke and was spraying coolant everywhere. Took it immediately back and they shrugged saying it must have happened in the ONE MILE I drove my car with no previous issues and now have to pay 1,700 dollars for a water new pump system. Similar thing happened to my mom at this location and I'm seeing similar views so I'd personally pick another shop. read more

I was in need of getting my spark plugs looked at and google said that was a service Jiffy Lube provided. I stopped by and met with Marcus and he was above and beyond helpful. Not only helpful but was very kind and genuine. I ended up not obtaining a service to pay for at Jiffy Lube because it was something I needed to go directly to the dealership for but Marcus' customer service was still amazing. This review is many months late. I am a loyal Jiffy Lube customer. On 2-17-2023 I took my car to Jiffy Lube Lake Stevens (first time in Lake Stevens) for an oil change. Cost: $116.72 I noticed the next morning that I oil dripping from my car onto my garage floor. Took my car back to Jiffy Lube and they checked the underneath. They told me everything was fine, no worries. Cost: Time and Gas. On 5-09-2023 Mazda of Everett performed an inspection on my car. They found I had no cover, no gasket, Jiffy Lube had painted the drain plug and oil was coming out of drain plug. Imagine that! Mazda of Everett replaced my engine oil, along with a new drain plug gasket. Cost: Time, gas and $95.33 I stopped by my Everett Jiffy Lube and spoke to the Manager. He laughed when I asked if Jiffy Lube could reimburse my fee from Mazda. He asked me to wait in the waiting room. I waited for at least 30 minutes, while he was in his office. He then told me the regional manager had my number and would be calling. To this day, no one has called and it has not been rectified. I will never give Jiffy Lube my business. (we have 5 cars we took to Jiffy Lube) They were dishonest and refused to acknowledge their wrong and did not reimburse me. read more

If I could leave a zero I would I've gone there several times and 2 out of those times I was suspicious if the actually did any work on my car. One time my light for low tires was on after going there. The other time my windshield wiper fluid came on the next day after going there, both times it seemed to me they were done very quickly! It all seems shady and they should be ashamed if this is what they are doing! I won't go again! Watch them when they work on your car!! Extremely unprofessional, tech asked for help with a "NO" answer. He could not even register my Prius without help, there was confusion about the break fluid, complete lack of knowledge. Service took much to long after all the confusion. To top it off they could not even reset the Maintenance light. read more

Just moved to lake stevens and I went in to jiffy to get an oil change around a week ago, I was greeted by a younger gentleman, he was extremely friendly and informative, it's hard to find good help these days, but I assure you all these guys need a raise! This was my first visit at this location and my last. The team was quick but it was bizarrely "too quick". Every Jiffy Lube I've gone to up to this point has always done a variety of inspections and super thorough ...with even the receipt printout showing all the levels of fluid and what services were performed, and fluids that were topped off ect. The guys were friendly but it seemed like a "wham bam thank you ma'am" situation and I left unsure of what they actually performed, was the oil actually changed? I don't even think they checked my tire pressure.... This was the most vague, even more vague on the printout, with no recommendations to change air filter, or anything. I definitely don't like places that upsell but I also felt weird about how thorough they were being. Won't be returning here in the future. read more

The reason these guys are so busy is because they are GOOD. Sharp. Knowledgeable, attentive. They did a great job on everything including expert cleaning of cloudy headlights which BTW they guarantee their work so if headlights get cloudy again ( mine will) they will re-clean. Buying new headlights costs a fortune so for my 2007 Trailblazer this only makes sense. I give these guys a 5 star Thumbs Up! read more

I've taken my cars here a number of times, but sadly it seems to take longer every visit. Pulled up this morning at 9 AM, was ushered directly into one of the bays. Two other cars were being worked on next to mine, so I didn't imagine it would take that long to check in/check out. Ended up taking almost an hour to get a simple oil change (I think it was around 50-55 min, to be precise). None of the employees were rude, they just weren't overly accommodating, especially considering how long it took. I've never worked in that industry, so I don't know all that goes on behind the scenes/can't empathize with the job itself. What I do know is that I got our other car serviced at Valvoline last week, and I was in and out within about 20 minutes. (This JL is closer to my house). Can't say I'll never be back, but when possible, I'll probably go somewhere else for my oil changes. read more

I went to Jiffy Lube to get an oil change during the pandemic. I was able to stay in my car while they worked on it which was very convenient and safe. Jasmine was so helpful, kind, and a pleasure to be around. She went out of her way to find coupons and ended up helping me save $30! While I was there they also replaced my air filter and I was in and out with fresh oil and a new filter within 15 minutes. I will definitely be returning as I had such an amazing experience! read more

So far, never a good experience. Although we live a block away, we drive 12 miles to a different Jiffy Lube. It is what it is.. they guys here treat you like this is the first time you've had an oil change and as if you nothing about your car. It's kind of funny. Being a motorhead, I play with them at times walking them down a path until they're forced to say they didn't know what they were talking about. 100% of the time, they've forgot to some fluid, but claimed they did. The last straw was when trying to replace a rear lamp, they broke the bulb and couldn't get the assembly together. It took them 1 hour 45 minutes, and repeated requests for them to just look online, before I gave up and drove away with a broken assembly. It took 5 minutes of looking online and 2 minutes to do. It's not just one guy.. it seems to be a "theme" there. Steer clear. read more

First off, prices weren't explained prior to them draining my oil. I was quoted $100 bucks at first and said no, that's too high. That's when I found out the already pulled the plug. Oh, we have to keep up with the dealership pricing is what I was told and that they're service come with washing our windows and vacuuming plus checking the tire pressure. All of which they did none of. Will never go back again! Ever!! No prices were posted anyplace at all! The dealership costs half that for better service, they even wash my entire car. This was the worse oil change I've ever had. I drove about 15 miles after my oil change and my car started smoking. I just thought a little oil had spilled and kept driving. It got worse so I pulled over on Hwy 9 and there was oil everywhere. I'm not sure how it got there but I had to drive it to a friend's house and have her husband look at it. He said they not only spilled oil all over the place without cleaning it up, but he had to remove about a quart of oil...they way over filled it. I didn't go back to complain because I did not want a free oil change to be given to me for future. They also went and parked my car and didn't tell me they were finished. After about 10 minutes, I had to ask if I could take the car and they said "sure, go ahead". read more

Needed transmission and rear differential fluids changed, and wanted to do it myself but even with the lockdown in effect I just don't have time. Anyways, they were professional and accommodated my request to add additional service mid way through. When they finished the trans fluid they noticed it looked about a quart low. Rather than send me on my way they hooked the machine back up and topped me off. Really pleased with the their thoroughness and even though it was more expensive than doing it myself it's worth the peace of mind having someone experienced perform service at a time I will be needing to use my vehicle. read more

Jiffy Lube Lake Stevens, WA has lost me now and forever as a client this week. My story from this week with Jiffy Lube Lake Stevens WA : A. They were very professional, until I sat down in lobby. B. After a fast 25 minutes the lobby, when I said 'no thank you' ( to paying 30.00 for a new air filter which the attendant had brought to his cashier counter) he suggested that I not make a mess on his counter with my air filter, which he had brought in. C. I paid my 48.16 usd and drive off. D. I discovered the 'vacuuming' had been done very poorly, but ignored it. E. I discovered that they did not catch my need for a new passenger side windshield wiper, which had been torn + dangling for 3 weeks (which I went to their competition O'Reilly Auto Parts later this week to purchase) E. I discovered as I drove away that the mechanic had (accidentally I assume) broken my driver side 'Power Button Trim Piece' (which sustains the power window pieces on door panel). F. The manager gave me permission to go a purchase a new Window Trim Piece. [[ His permission card to me read, he wrote: "by a new trim piece".]] Manager told me twice (twice) he would 'write me out a check' for Power Button Trim Piece. G. After a long trip to Toyota Auto Parts in a different city to purchase at my expense the new Power Button Trim Piece, I returned to Jiffy Lube Lake Stevens WA. H. Before the Manager repaired the Power Button Trim Piece, he offered me "we can write you out a check for the piece, or we can just give you a coupon for the value of the piece, toward your next visit here". I said I preferred they "write me out a check ". I. They replaced the broken Trim Piece, but 15 minutes later the Manager was missing, but his helper - - happily + with a smile - - told me they could not write out a check, but that a check for purchase value would be mailed to me in 3 weeks. She added, "If the Corporate office does not send you a check within 3 weeks, just come on by and we wil 'write out a check". I brought in my Durango and they broke the emergency Brake lever They gave me a free oil change to make it right when I presented the free oil change they started backpedaling they finally gave me the oil change for free but didn't Top off any fluids vacuum out my car wash windows or any other service that generally comes with the oil change it would've been nice if they could've just gave me decent service instead they push me out the door as quickly as possible there wasn't any any other customers there read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! These guys stripped out my oil plug and replaced it with some hokey part. They did not say a word to me about this. I took my car to my mechanic for some other work and had him change my oil while he was at it. $400.00 later the Jiffy Lube error has been repaired and I will never grace their door again. They stripped my oil pan so bad that there wasn't even a thread left in it, not to mention the hole was elongated. read more

Everytime I come here for an oil change, I'm here a minimum of 1-2 hours. The only reason that I come back is the low prices. Service is ok, but having to wait hours sucks! Staff members are always polite and cordial. Check the mail and online for coupons. They offer free complimentary vaccuming and window washing. Make sure you don't have anything else to do when you come here because you will be here a lonnnnng time. read more

I have been going here for 5 years now. They did my brakes last year, sold me tires (cheaper than discount tire), as well as changed my oil, transmission fluid and coolant several times. I have been to other Jiffy lube and Oil service places, but the service here is much better. Don't be fooled by a couple of bad reviews. I wont take my car to anyone else. read more

This place stinks. We went for an oil change on a brand new Jeep with only 3000 miles on it. They gave us their signature service plus the oil change for a total of $99. We didnt ask for the signature service so we ended up paying an extra $33 for some windshield washer fluid. What a ripoff. I will try oil can harry next time insread of this lame place. read more
