They've come to my rescue multiple times, including when I needed a new alternator in December 2024 after a breakdown on Coastal Highway They're experts at diagnosing problems. They used dye to find the oil leak and figured out that the engine oil gasket was the culprit. They fixed it up and my car was running like a charm again. Once they saw the service was covered under my tire contract--which includes lifetime rotations, balancing, and repairs--they told me I'd have to leave the car and they'd get to it "when they could." Despite multiple calls for updates, my car wasn't ready until nearly seven hours later. The worst part: the slow leak wasn't repaired. The nail was still in the tire; they had simply moved the tire from the rear to the front. This was an extremely disappointing experience, and I won't be purchasing tires or using their repair services again. P.S. No canned response from Mr. Tire is necessary.
