I…read morewill say though, in the lobby, we were speaking to the two men in the front and I started to ask them if it would be cheaper to buy the headlights from the store and bring it to them to replace it, instead of having them buy it and have it shipped. (I don't know anything about cars) The older man then cut me off in the middle thinking I was asking if it would be cheaper to buy the part and just do it myself, which I obviously wasn't asking them. He intentionally made me look foolish in front of everyone, laughed at me, and proceeded to tell me not to "bring steak to a steakhouse" which also off put my brother which to me is just antagonizing at that point. Im 21 bro and have never even remotely thought of leaving a review, I'm not trying to be a Karen, but it was obvious he was intentionally making a fool out of me and I would expect out of a man who is presumably over 60 years old, to be a better example. Especially if I don't know anything about cars and am just trying to ask them something. It's bad customer service and to me that's not okay. Super friendly and efficient check-in process, felt like the red carpet was rolled out for us. A check engine light had us worried we would miss out on our weekend plans but our service advisor Justin offered us a loaner vehicle without our even asking. We were told to not worry about tolls, they too would be taken care of. On return, I pulled into the service garage and by the time I walked inside, Justin was standing in the hall, welcomed me by name, shook my hand, handed me my paperwork (still warm from the printer), then wished me a nice week. Less than 5 minutes and I was on my way. Other dealerships should be worried, Sewell is not even in your league... I will be back when it's time for a new vehicle.
