We were a bit confused as to who we needed to see to get the tire repaired. The guys outside were busy and the lady inside told us to go outside. So we found a gentleman who was absolutely wonderful. We showed him where the leak was and he went to working. He ended up patching the tire bc there were 2 holes close together. We went inside the office to sit and wait. Other customers were pleasant in the waiting area which is a good sign. The family bathroom has a urinal, toilet and bidet which was neat but weird at the same time. Anywho, it took about 15 minutes and we were back on the road. He made sure all lugs were secured and pressure was right on the other tires as well. Sure beats my daughters experience at NTB by MD Anderson a few weeks ago...

They didn't have the exact size for that car so we put a higher profile tire on. Shorty after leaving, the car was making a popping noise. I assumed it was the tires hitting something and when you turned really hard left or right it would dig into plastic of the fender well. I went back and explained the problem and they did replace the first set with the correct set. Left again and the car was still popping. It was driving me crazy with the noise. Went back again and they said they would check it out. All I got was three different that it was this, no I think it's this, then finally said bushings. They never proved what is was to me and I'm not paying for guess work. The car never made noise till they put the tires on. Maybe it is a fault of something with my car. Maybe they did something when raising it up, I don't know. I do know they did not care enough to actually find the problem. I'll never go back.
