Update to this review: I received a call immediately after making this post from the General Manager at Porsche of Houston. He assured me that he would have my full refund to me by the next day. He apologized for the experience I had. I would also like to give a shout out to Lester at Porsche of Houston. He actually took my call and had gotten the supervisor to agree to issuing me a check before I had received that call from Tino, the GM. Lester listened to me rant and didn't get rattled or offended. He did his job well, and I commend him for that. So, well done for making it right Porsche of Houston! I flew in from MS to buy a new Cayenne at this dealership. They knew my flight number and when I was to arrive. They were supposed to have transportation there for me, but noone ever arrived. I told the salesman I needed to be a quick as possible with this purchase bc I had to drive back to MS that day. When I arrived to the dealership, I had to wait over 30 min for the salesman, and he knew when I was coming! After I drove the vehicle and was ready to pay, I had to way another 30 min before going back to the finance dept, and I paid cash!! The finance dept made me pay over $2,000 more than MS charged for my tags! I even brought documentation showing how much is was supposed to be. They assured me that Porsche of Houston would pay me back any amount I overpaid. I also researched it online and found that this is common. I was uncomfortable doing this, but I had no choice if I wanted this car. I have had my car for over 2 months now and I haven't recieved any refund. I have received my tags from MS and full title. I know that MS sent the check back to Houston Porsche on 8/10/26. They have had 4 weeks to pay me back, but still haven't. I've called twice. The first time I called, they said they would check into it and call me back. Noone called me back. The second call is currently on the line. I've been placed on hold twice now for a total time on hold at over 10 minutes!! I am going to have to get my attorney involved on the return of money that should've been released and was guaranteed to be released to me by the salesman and finance employee the day I bought the car. I hate that I've had this experience bc I love the car. I just don't like the dealership. I would recommend another Porsche dealer if you are buying from out of state. read more

I do not think I have ever written a 5-star review for an auto dealership before. But, Porsche North Houston has exceeded my expectations. We ordered a new 2026 Porsche Macan GTS through Eric Fuller at this dealership. Everything has been as discussed: no surprises, no "add-ons" . They screwed up on pricing because we were registering the car out of state and credited us back for the amount in error (which was only $2-300.00), but it was the principle of the matter. I have contacted Eric a few times since our purchase and he always reacts the same way; as though we are new customers. I have owned 9-Porsches in my lifetime, and will probably own several more. I was asked by the Indigo Autogroup to reach out to a particular person at the Porsche dealer that I assume try to appease my disgust with the way I was treated by the dealer. I called in. Made the request. And can you guess. Absolutely no response. Again, as person who pays an outrageous amount of money for a vehicle there is a mild expectation that you'll be treated remotely well. I'm not expecting rose petals and red carpet but maybe some common decency. Sadly Porsche just isn't that place. They're not that kind of dealer. If you're not buying a Porshe or spending over 100k, DON'T expect to be a valued customer. This business as a whole could and will probably care less about my review, but this is hands down the WORST experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. For context, I reached out on a Thursday morning inquiring about a Tahoe Z71 and by Thursday evening, my middle man Jack Castillo and I completed everything needed for me to put my down deposit down to reserve it first thing Friday morning. Friday mornig comes and crickets. From 930 a.m. all the way until 630 p.m., I had to keep reaching out to Jack in regards to the down deposit and financing part of our deal. Many times I was told that the finance manager Lester would be reaching out to me, and hours would go by until I reached out again asking for updates. Not once Friday did Lester reach out. I was adamant to get the deal done Friday since my family and I were traveling 4 hours from Louisiana to pick up the vehicle. Around 7 p.m. Friday, we finally had our numbers and the deal was going to be done. Saturday morning, I constantly notified our middle man Jack of our travel time and expected arrival so we can be in, sign all paperwork, and be out to our next appointment. As soon as we arrive, we're greeted with a handshake by our middle man Jack and waited 45 minutes until speaking to finance. Once we get to the back with Lester, we just start talking more numbers that could have been talked about on Friday if he cared to reach out. I stressed the importance of us having to be in and out, and simply they didnt care. Ended up causing my wife and I to miss our appointment and have to travel back to Louisiana in separate vehicles. With a pregnant wife and a 3 year old, that wasn't ideal. Once again, I'm sure this will fall on deaf ears, but hopefully someone excited to upgrade or get into something new doesnt have this experience of feeling unvalued. read more

Seamless experience! We called on a Monday with interest and in a car we found though the Porsche website and to see if it was still available. It was and we started the process to purchase. We provided a down payment to reserve the car and flew down to pick up the car to drive back the Saturday of that same week. The staff made the transaction so smooth prior to our arrival. They had a car pick us up from the airport. The staff spent a good amount of time showing us all of the bells and whistles of the vehicle and when the financial person was ready, it just took about 10 minutes to run through the documents. I recently visited this dealership after inquiring about a 2025 Porsche Macan demo base model that was advertised online for $59,900. Jack reached out to me promptly, confirmed the car was available, and was very pleasant to work with in the beginning. I told him I had a pre-approval from Navy Federal but was open to financing through them if a better rate was available. I also shared the out-the-door number I wanted to be around ($62,000) and details about my trade. When I arrived, we test drove the vehicle and everything seemed fine. However, the experience quickly changed once the numbers came out. They low-balled my trade at $22,000 even though the NADA value was $24,500, and without asking me, they added several front-end products (paint protection, navigation, partial maintenance) into the deal as if I had no choice. The first invoice came back at $71,000 out the door, which was almost $10,000 higher than the advertised price--not including just taxes, but padded with unnecessary add-ons. After going back and forth several times, the "final" number was still around $69,000. On top of that, the tone completely shifted. I was spoken to in a condescending manner, being told that because I was coming from a Mercedes, I needed to "understand" that Porsche was a more elevated brand and came with a "badge of honor and lifestyle." I found this insulting--I simply liked the car, but I do not define myself by the vehicle I drive, nor do I need someone implying that I can't understand the numbers being presented. What bothered me most is the lack of transparency and ethics. The car was advertised online for one price, yet they attempted to push a deal nearly $10,000 higher with hidden add-ons. I was very clear about the deal I was looking for, and rather than working with me, I was essentially told this is just "the price that comes with it" and made to feel as though I should accept it. In the end, I walked away because I refuse to be taken advantage of. I truly believe they will try to get over on the next customer who may not catch all the numbers being slipped in. For that reason, I do not recommend this dealership. Since it is privately owned, I would suggest going to a larger, more reputable Porsche dealer where transparency and professionalism are valued. read more

He was humble, understanding and demonstrated a deep knowledge of the Porsche brand. He was more of a partner then a sales rep. I highly suggest asking for him when you're looking for a new car. The dealership was fabulous and tentative as well. The entire staff made us feel welcomed as soon as we walked in. I cannot recommend this dealership more for all your Porsche needs. I had an unfortunate experience here at Porsche North Houston me and my husband had been looking for a second car for a while, and I had been eyeing the Porsche brand as I heard nothing but good things from my friends that own one so I decided to put in an inquiry online and that's how I came in contact with sales associate husna now we are text back-and-forth and schedule a time for me to come in and look at some Macans and Cayanne the Macan was not for me as it was too small, but couldn't find any specs that I liked in Cayanne so we decided that we would wait and if anything came up, she would let me know. a few months later I came in again, checked out some cars that had some of specs that I wanted, but not 100% there. so I decided to wait again fast-forward to this past month. I was looking on their website and I found this chalk panamara with red interior that I absolutely fell in love with. I text Husna and let her know that I was interested and set up a date to come see the car with my husband, I fell in the love with the car instantly and knew it was what I wanted. It definitely was on the higher side of our price range so we took some time to think but 48 hours later we text husna to send the link for the application. We filled it out and waited to hear back. We had to continuously call and check on the process until finance finally called us and let us know that they could not find any banks to finance us, we offered up some more suggestions on how we could get the deal done, even suggesting putting a significant amount of more money down and we were told that they would work on it and let us know as soon as possible we waited in the area as we do not live by the dealership and hours passed and we heard nothing. I text Husna to see what was going on with no response until after closing with a vague message about not being able to finance us and she would have finance call us tomorrow. that call never came, and I felt very pushed to the side and that they were not trying to help us and once they saw that we were a more difficult case they could care less to work with us or talk with us after months of communicating back-and-forth the customer service stopped at that point me and my husband are business owners so there are many different avenues we could have went to make this deal happen if we would've had more communication with finance or maybe a senior manager or senior finance team member we could've put anywhere from $20,000-$30,000 down and I'm not sure in what world that would not get a deal done. Austin was our finance guy, who never followed up or called us back. THAT VERY same day we went down the street to BMW North Houston and had the best car buying experience ever. In less then an hour we walked out with a brand new 2025 BMW 740i with all the bells and whistles! only 5k down, low interest rate and all our maintenance, windshield, tires/rims/brakes included in our monthly payment that was less then our target budget ! I understand the car I purchased was slightly cheaper but i dont understand how one dealership can make this experience so amazing and easy and get it done with no prior relationship and another cant ! This place is a waste of time and promises you all these things to get you in the door and when they can't fulfill and actually have to do a little bit of hardwork they just move on to he next. terrible customer service, we needed a second car so if they couldn't get it done on the Panamara a good sales consultant would try and work other options. but no not here. don't waste your time unless you just want to drop 100k and pay cash, because their finance team won't help you. Worst experience ever. I had to wait on 2 girls to get off the phone for 10 minutes before getting told that I was supposed to have an appointment with a lady that all I did was verify the car was still available the day before. They then made a big deal about getting another sales rep for me without making me wait while they called the other lady which I made no commitment too. I should be able to go into a dealership and be welcomed and have anyone show me a vehicle not get the run around as soon as I go inside. The new sales women came out and I asked to see the Porsche and told her I did not have much time before I had to get back to work. 15 minutes later I find her talking to a co worker playing on Facebook instead of running the keys out. She then barely showed me the vehicle but wanted to know what I personally drove over to the dealership, like she was judging me on my current vehicle. I asked her to just take me around the block and she the went inside for another 15 minutes to make a copy of my driver's license then refused to let me go anywhere because I did not have my insurance card. I had just drove 4 different vehicles At dealerships in houston without any problems the same day. Indigo doesn't give a crap about walk in customers and I walked my $90,000 sale as they don't deserve anyone's business if they are going to treat you like a inconvenience or your broke simply because you drove an older vehicle to the dealership even though I own a brand new Escalade at home. This dealership was built at the turn of the century. Time for a make-over. Here are some IDEAS for the future reno to accommodate the luxury diva driver when dropping off her car: A decent Italian coffee machine so I can have a latte or espresso, A luxurious lounge, Lots of fashion magazines, Cable TV to catch up on my cooking, decorating and reality TV shows, A valet to welcome me, A shop to buy my Porsche accessories, Tray of tasty gourmet donuts for the puppets, Drink fridge and spa water, Free WIFI, Charging stations, Maybe they can throw in a manicurist? Foot massage therapist? A massage chair? LOL I'm just saying...you find these accoutrements in the Las Vegas dealerships & the Mercedes dealership in The Woodlands so I've been spoiled. Waiting in service without some modern accommodations is a no-no. Time to step up the game. Bought a used Shelby GT350 with about 25k(ish) miles on it about 6 months ago from this dealership. I pointed out to the salesman that both bumpers were a little flared and asked if there was any damage to the vehicle or if it has been in an accident. I was assured the car was never taken apart in the past or been in a previous accident. The carfax was clean so I took the salesman's word on it because she let me know that they did very thorough inspection on the car when it went through service. I went to a Ford dealership for maintenance just to find out that the hood and both bumpers have been repaired and repainted. Needless to say, I lost my ass on a collector car. I asked for an oil change; no issues. When I picked up my car they charged me $600 for "annual service" that I didn't ask for. When I asked about it, I was told "we don't do just oil changes." They neglected to tell me that when I dropped off my car. On top of that, I was quoted an oil change when I called so someone is lying. After calling over five times to try and get a manager (they kept connecting me back with my service advisor even though I explicitly asked for a manager each time) I finally spoke to the GM. The GM said that they don't do just oil changes (so if you need your oil changed you have to pay their $600 annual service which the GM assured me was really necessary for the safe upkeep of your car... even though I've been to 5 other Porsche dealers who have no problem being sane and ethical and just offering a normal oil change) and that the multiple people who told me an oil change would be possible were mistaken.
