There was no hesitation and they assured me that they would take care of everything and offered me a rental car. Matt, Your scanning system is not right. It scans my vehicle as a 7.3l gas engine. I suggest you get ahead of this and contact all your 6.7l diesel customers and have them check their oil heights on the dipsticks. This vehicle has no oil leaks and does not burn oil, verified by your technicians. . I have checked the oil before the first oil change and found it to not have any loss. I assumed that your company did a correct fill but It is apparent my assumptions will never happen again, I will check at each fill to see if there is any new oil missing because of this error. I will say that a young tech new to your shop in Marysville handled it great and your manager was a great representative for Jiffy Lube. I am still concerned for all your other customers with a similar truck and the damage that may have been caused by the tech that performed the service. read more

I realize that Jiffy Lube does not make appointments. However I called ahead to make sure they had time to do my car. I know they close at 5:30. I showed up before 5 PM, and was told that because they had one other car in their bay, they couldn't take my car that day. This despite the fact there were no other customers waiting, one mechanic was free, and was still more than a half hour left in their day. All I wanted was a simple oil change. It must be nice to be doing so much business that you can turn work away before the end of your posted business hours. I won't be coming back. read more

I went in for an oil change. It was the best experience I have ever had with an oil change. The entire staff was friendly and did an amazing job. David was the service writer that helped me directly. I really liked dealing with him. He was professional, friendly, and I could see he truly cared about helping people stay safe on the road. My van is driving better that it ever has. They did such a great job that I had my wife take our car there the next day before a road trip. She received amazing service also. Our car has not been running well. The engine would shake going above 65 mph. After their oil change and a engine treatment, the car is driving so well. We drove 6 hours in the car yesterday and it drove so amazing! I had my oil changed at this location and was told by the girl working there that a "tire rotation was included" with an oil change service, so I agreed. When I got up to the counter to check out and pay, I found out that the tire rotation was in fact not included and added onto my total. The girl helping check me out gave me a discount when I explained the situation, but it still really pissed me off. They need to train their employees to be more accountable and knowledgeable then that. As I left the shop, I realized that my brakes were now squeaking loudly, which they hadn't done at all before this rotation. I took it back the next morning and explained the situation to them to which I was basically told "it happens and they were no longer responsible." I'm now spending my little free time at a different repair shop having them look at my brakes to figure out the issue because I'm tired of listening to this damn squeaking. My parents were having car trouble driving home from vacation. Someone suggested we take it to Jiffy Lube to have the fluids checked. They checked the transmission fluids but it was more than the fluids. They didn't charge us anything for looking at the car and were so nice!! It was a very hot day (113 degrees) and they let us stay in the waiting room, use the restroom and have some cold water while we waited for the tow truck, even though they weren't technically customers. Worst place EVER! Had my husband go take my car in and it was a mistake I should have gone and called out their laziness. We told them our rear drivers side reverse light was out (something they are supposed to check anyways as a part of their full service). Three times we were told no it's not out. And they forgot to even give us a return sticker in the window, husband had to find someone and ask for it while putting it in he left the door open in the rain and then they couldn't find the keys to the car when they told my husband he was all set thus adding to the time the door was left open in the rain. Called and spoke to the assistant manager because low and behold when he got home I have him show me the lights again and IMAGINE THAT THE LIGHT WAS OUT. The assistant manager tried to tell me it was an electrical shortage because it worked in there shop, well I told him that would be a Jesus miracle to only ever work in their shop. So I I took on the wonderful task of taking apart the light myself.... light bulb completely blown!!! Just be honest you didn't want to replace it Jiffy Lube don't lie and say we're crazy, you clearly have lazy employees because they clearly did want to replace the light and clearly didn't want to give us a return sticker. I went to jiffy lube recently because almost every other oil changer was closed for the corona Virus safety situation. I ask for an oil change on my Toyota Avalon which takes 6 quarts of full synthetic oil. The attendant went over approximately what the charges would be. I hear somewhere around $80.00 or $90.00 dollars. After going over weather I wanted this or that, and me telling the attendant I just the basic oil change. I then asked the Jiffy Lube attendant what was the price of the basic oil change, out the door. He replied $119.00 for the oil change. I couldn't believe it. Was Jiffy Lube taking advantage of the the Coronavirus situation and changing people more. I've never heard of a basic oil change costing that mush. read more

Absolutely ludicrous. Over 1 hour for 3 employees and a manager on a Thursday at 10am for JUST a simple oil change. I'm now approaching hour two at this "jiffy" lube currently, where only one car was in front of me. I've been upsold the entire time, ignored, and made to watch the employees BS together while 3 people and 1 manager. Now work on only 1 vehicle at a time. This is extremely Inefficient. I've used jiffy lube for years to keep accurate service records. But save your money. Go across the street to the shell station where you can get a good, solid, timely oil change in 35 Minutes. For 3/5 of the price, including the exact same service. Save your money friends, and spend it where you're a valued customer. Which is anywhere but this location. Absolute bull shit! Came in for an oil change on our brand new car. Their signature service oil change used to be an affordable option to going to the dealership. The lady called my husband up to discuss the details, i.e.: upsell. She told him we had to put in synthetic (their most expensive oil), or it could void our warranty and that the regular filter wasn't good enough, the better one would be better for our engine. Should have said no and left, didn't. Ended up here for a hour. Ended up costing $80. For an f'ing oil change! Should have gone to the dealership...$29.
