Do not go here worst experience ever!!! when i had went i had just lostt my father, and i was doing my mom a favor because it was time for her oil to be done, these people cracked my oil pan and refused to pay for it blamed the dealer for a faulty oil pan which is completely not true this car never!!!!!! leaked!!!! My vehicle was overheating on a road trip, and the first place I could turn into was at this Jiffy Lube. Because there was such a long line, I parked at the lot adjacent, not trusting my vehicle to wait, and not really expecting the techs at Jiffy Lube to help with a problem of this nature. Trey greeted me immediately, and was not put off by the fact that I parked outside the service area, or the fact it wasn't a lube service. He was amazingly helpful and generous with his time, doing his very knowledgeable best to assist me with the issue. Although the service I needed was beyond what the shop could do, I felt welcome, supported and happy with my choice to ask for help. He invited me to wait in the air conditioned lounge, and checked in on me, to make sure I was okay. Trey even met up with me when the tow truck arrived, to welcome me back any time. I came in here to get a inspection for Uber and Lyft. My inspection was failed because the gentleman stated that my windshield wipers were dragging now this is funny with all of the wet weather that we've had. I have had absolutely no problem with my windshield wipers at all, but I noticed that Jiffy lube, cells, windshield wipers I feel this is a blatant attempt to rip me off and have them replace my windshield wipers. Now I will admit I have no direct proof of it other than my windshield wipers seem to be working fine, and as long as there was liquid on the window, like rain or my washer, I had no problem whatsoever, and it did not even streak. read more

I understand they have actual roosters in their parking lot to distract them, but the employees I encountered today forgot they were on the clock. I drive in to empty lanes & one car parked. After the initial gesture for me to park in lane 1 (bc no one is in lane 2 or 3) I did not get directly addressed for 5 awkward minutes. Standing against my car to ensure they see I'm a customer, I wonder "If they are this slow at greeting me, How long with it take to change my oil!" As I watch the roosters walk slowly by me, I choose to give them a chance. But no, the one out of five employees trained in the ability to greet, comes over and doesn't acknowledge that I had been waiting. I asked for my keys back and got out fast. I came in today for an oil change for my 2016 Honda Civic EX. Within seconds I was treated very well and taken care of. I am not exaggerating when I say it took less than 15 minutes from arrival to driving away for my oil change, air filter change, and topping off liquids. Highly recommend this Jiffy Lube specifically (I'm in Chico but needed an oil change on the go). I'm giving this location two stars solely because the female employee at the counter (Cindy?) is very sweet and personable. The rest of my most recent experience was overwhelmingly negative. It took nearly 3 hours for them to finish an oil change and the replacement of 2 belts on my vehicle. I'm still leery of the work because it took them an excessive amount of time to replace one belt, since some genius thought it would be a great idea to move my car out of the bay and then take belts off. I presume they wanted to free up space in the bay to work on the next vehicle, but finishing the one you're working on first should be the logical choice. I'm leaving on an out-of-state trip in 3 weeks and now I have to worry if my belts are going to stay on. Oh, and they had to add more oil before I left, because it was measuring low? WTH?? I thought they had just changed it? So nerve-wracking. They did give me a $25 gift certificate for next time......but honestly, I'm kind of afraid to use it. read more

DO NOT GO TO JIFFY LUBE! The threads on the oil drain plug were cross-threaded by a worker here and they just put a cheap threaded plug in it and said it would last. It began to leak so I took it to a me ha ice and it cost $400 to replace. I e-mailed and called the area manager several times and never got a response. Google the 60-minute exposè on Jiffy. Go to a locally-owned shop like Sierra Lube on Tharp Rd. by Lowe's. read more

Was given the standard Jiffy Lube up-sell and script that I've become accustomed to upon arrival, during service and after. Prior to turning my keys over, I left distinct directions to not have my Jeep's softcover top's windows cleaned. I explained that they will scratch and smear, and that a special technique must be used. During the service, I was also sold wipers. Upon leaving (they do the "leave the hood open for the customer" thing), I enter from around the front of the vehicle, enter and drive off after the employee secures my hood. Upon arriving to a gas station a few miles away, I noticed that they smudged and scratched a single window on the soft top in a sorry attempt to clean (leaving the others dusty when they learned that the one they started to wash was damaged...?), then when I was entering the vehicle I noticed that the $30 in new wipers that I bought were resting on the hood still in the box! Damaged soft top window (after leaving directions to avoid windows). Had to install my $30 wipers after getting the pitch about the safety of the upgraded pair which I was lucky to not have left on the road someplace because they were carelessly left on the hood. Pretty pricey for an oil change if you ask me. $37.99 plus $2.00 environment fee. My coolant needed to be topped off so that was another $3.99. My air filter was a little dirty so they offered me a 10% discount if I purchased from them. Ten percent off of "we are ripping you off air filter price", I don't think so. Then after wards I noticed they didn't even vacuum my interior and they scratched my anti sway bar too! I'll stick with wal-mart next time or go back to my dealer. read more

2010 BMW 328i I've had my vehicle serviced at a couple different locations after the 3rd time of my oil drain plug being over tightened the drain pan treads had to be fixed I contacted Corporate and they did nothing everyone always seems to have an excuse on why it's not their fault. Thanks Jiffy Lube for the $500 plus dollar repair you cost me. You might pay more at the dealership but after checking it was actually cheaper and they use OEM parts. If you own a German vehicle make sure they don't over tighten your drain plug. I would like to thank those that posted their experience with Jiffy Lube. Over the years I have found Jiffy Lube in other areas affordable, customer service focused and reliable. This was in the Santa Rosa area. I always review the customers comments and analyze the comments and determine the pro's and con's, before I leap into going to anywhere. This being done, I will not go to any Jiffy Lube in this area. I did notice there were more positive comments prior to 2017-2018 so it looks like these local location have a owner management, staffing issue. They tried to fraudulently get me to have thousands of dollars of repairs done to my car after they redid my brakes. After they gave me their ridiculous estimate, I gave it to my usual mechanic who was too busy before to fix my brakes. My mechanic showed me how Jiffy Lube did not install my brakes correctly and the issue I was having was the result of Jiffy Lube not tightening the bolts correctly. After seeing my car, my mechanic corrected the problem for free and recommended I file a complaint against Jiffy Lube with the city. read more

I came to jiffy lube needing an oil change and needing it to be done ASAP due to t-ball practice and work schedule. They had an hour and a half wait. Alex was very nice and recommended office in marysville. I couldn't make it due to t-ball practice. I saw that there were still cars even though it was 6:45 I asked Alex when they close he said 6:00pm. I was going to have to wait again. Alex was amazingly nice and agreed to stay late to get my car done tonight.
