Just when you think the job's about done after removing the trim, windshield wipers, the cowl, the broken glass, unplugging power plugs, laying down the polyurethane adhesive, installing the new glass, reattaching the electrical plugs, bolting down the wipers, and reinstalling the trim....Jay called on another expert. This is the "ADAS Technician" in the form of Jordan Sneed of Sneed Diagnostics, who came with his own array of technical gear/software to realign the Advanced Driver Assistance Systems that include sensors and cameras. Jordan showed up within an hour of Jay's completion, and I was never involved in having to coordinate anyone or anything. Very much appreciated. Jay communicates well, shows up on time, and gets the job done without drama. You want his level of attention to detail for your repair or replacement. And...he's even got a sense of humor. Then while fixing the seal, the guy cracked the new windshield so he had to come back a third day to fix it. (Keep in mind, they give you a 4 hour window when they will come during so you need to be at home that whole time waiting for them, so that added up to 12 hours of my time) The manager Doug said all of this was somehow my fault and that he knows my husband's family and "doesn't want to get them involved." How unprofessional. (Look at how many other 1 star reviews mention how rude Doug is). Offered me a $50 gift card for the inconvenience, but never gave it to me. I wish I never went through this company.
