I'd give zero stars if I could. NEVER come to this location. NEVER go to a Valvoline anywhere. I made the mistake of coming here and trusted them as "professionals" to give me an oil change, since I don't know very much about cars, and I purchased the car a few months prior. (keep in mind it was in great shape and had no issues.) They put in a mixed synthetic blend and I trusted their judgment. Turns out, my car needs a full synthetic, period. Not a mix. Because of this my car burned through all of the oil before it even hit the mileage that they listed on my sticker and I had no idea. My mechanic said he's had to deal with this particular location multiple times for the same problem destroying cars his customers have brought to him and is frustrated he's seeing it again from the same company and the same location. He even sent his own worked to speak with them on my behalf to no avail. Without even driving the full mileage listed on the sticker, my car was completely out of oil without me knowing it. And my car, which they personally reset, stated i was still at 50% oil life, but in reality there wasn't a drop of oil in it. I'd been driving my kids to school and myself to work without any oil in my car that whole time assuming I was okay because I hadn't reached that mileage and my car said my oil life was fine. Because I trusted them. Now, my entire engine is completely totaled and needs to be replaced. A $6,000-$10,000 fix. My mechanic was furious on my behalf stating they never should have put that kind of oil in my car, and never should have put that mileage for a replacement on the sticker. I opened a case with Valvoline so they could take responsibility and, of course, it was denied. Shocking, right? They claimed it was my fault for "choosing" the type of oil i put in, despite me clearly stating I had no clue and I trusted their judgment. Even if I didn't know better, there should never be an option for my vehicle to have an oil change with oil that does not function as it should in my car, and even if it was possible to do it, then they never should have placed that milage on the sticker if it burns up faster than full synthetic does leaving me with no oil at all. Now, i have to fully replace my entire engine, and I feel so taken advantage of. My new car's engine is toast, and they refuse to take responsibility for the damage they caused and want to blame me for it. Don't EVER go here if you care about your car or if you need to be able to drive in order to live your life. The devastation getting one oil change here has had on my life is incomparable. I'm a single mom living on one income. Now, i have no way to get my kids to school, no way to get to work, and what little money I was able to save is gone, and i'm in severe debt to replace an engine that never should have needed a replacement when the responsibility to front the cost should be with the people who caused the damage. I only bought my car a few months ago and it was in great condition. Only after the oil change did my car crumble into irreparable pieces. My life is ruined and they refuse to do anything about it. Everyone who works for this company and this location should be severely ashamed and those who denied my claim should take a hard look at why they continue to deny claims for their customers instead of taking responsibility, encouraging their customers to return, and helping the people they harmed. I will never understand how people can work for a company who profits off of denying people claims. If you want to continue to be able to live your life in a city that demands you have a car, then don't ever come here unless you want to find yourself responsible for $10,000 of repairs and an unusable car. read more

This is the only place we take are vehicles for our oil change. Hubby used to change it himself on my Hummer. However, he discovered it was less expensive to have them change it. Plus it's way too hot in the summer for him to change it. The employees are always welcoming, friendly & professional. The check all the levels for all the fluids & even the tire pressure. If anything is low they fill it. You drive in & sit in your car while they service the vehicle. It's not long, & you are on your way. I was totally unaware, until I was given instructions to return to my car and drive around the back to secure my place in line. I waited in line for about 9 minutes. My second experience here was surprisingly different than my first. My second experience opened my eyes that I didn't get good service the first time but I didn't know I didn't get a good experience the first time because I had never been here. The second time they actually did the full inspection of my vehicle. They helped me reset my oil life system to 100 which didn't happen the first time. The second time they checked that my head lights, taillights and blinkers worked. That wasn't part of my first experience at all. They had me turn on my car after some of the work they did to check something and then turn it back off to complete their work. This didn't happen the first time. Everyone was very professional and friendly both times but after my experience the second time I feel like cheated the first time. The only thing I will say is that they said they were going to put air in my tires up to 35 psi. When I left there, 3 tires were at 32 psi and one was at 30. The one at 30 was previously at 28 and had triggered my car to alert me of low pressure. Since it was not much higher after they put air in the tires and the others were at 32 psi, I had to take a trip to the tire shop to have my tires checked. I was really hoping the added air during the oil change would have prevented a trip to the tire store. All my tires were good and no issues just needed more air added. read more

Can only say good things about this location and the wonderful service I have always received here. I am a huge fun of the drive-thru oil change concept with no appointments needed. They work quickly so it's never much of a wait. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and patient with me who knows little to nothing about cars, they offer a number of other routine maintenance services as well, and you can wait in your car. A bit pricier then other places yes but it's a great value if you have a Groupon or a coupon for their website or they will even text you one for calling their phone number! This is my 3rd visit to this oil change shop and while the price is right (~$48 with $10 off coupon), the level of service you will get is about equal to that value. Each time I've been to this shop, I've been given a different reading on the exact same battery. The last time I was told it needed replacing with a reading of 450 CCA. This time the clerk didn't even charge me, so I politely reminded her I still needed to pay, she said, "oh my bad" and rang me up. I asked about the battery and she said "oh, uh, yeah it was in the green." What? I went back in and mentioned this to the "manager" who said, "Green means good." I will say, I am not convinced the battery was even tested and am concerned for my car springing an oil leak in the next 3000 miles. They also forgot to put my valve stem covers back on last time and when I asked them to replace them, they only replaced 2. I can honestly say, I am not confident they are qualified enough to be working in this shop. My suggestion for improvement would be to put down the pipe, lay off the edibles, and take a little pride in your work. read more

Left with a bad taste in my mouth after watching the guy fill my oil proceed to spill it everywhere on my engine and in the engine bay. These guys just dont care and it shows. Spilled oil on my front bumper, and their oil extraction machine was dragged across the front bumper leaving traces of black soot and small scratches. Not to mention the person who retightened my bolt for my oil pan underneath made my whole car shake when he was tightening it (yes my car is light so it doesn't take a whole lot). My finance and i came to just get a simple oil change. Once we were next up, one of the ladies working requested we move to a different bay for some odd reason. Come to find out, they put us behind a car that had to fix multiple problems with their car. Ended up purchasing a Groupon for a Synthetic Blend Oil Change. I asked to upgrade to full synthetic at the location and my technician, Manuel said I could just pay the difference in the Groupon cost ($15). They showed me the total price and the difference they added was $35, not the $15 difference on Groupon (see photo). I asked if they would honor their first offer, but Josh a new technician didn't seem to know how. I asked if someone there had the authority to change anything, but apparently nobody did. I always take my car to the dealership, but when I got a flyer in the mail saying I could sit in my car and have the oil changed, quickly and with no appointment, it was too good to pass up! I took my car in for an oil change this afternoon. They never mentioned any issues and the receipt noted that there were no leaks. On my drive home I smelled burning oil and saw the smoke of the burning oil coming from underneath. well my experience sucked. they almost stripped my drain plug bolt while also making it superman tight and my oil filter was double gasketed, not only did they not put oil around the filter's gasket, but they also tightened it to all hell , cmon guys like be fr. don't recommend if you are trying to do ur own oil change for the future. it took me too many tries to finally completely my own oil change ! read more
