Jay Shawn saved the day! I was having problems with my AC and it needed it to be recharged. There was no leak found so when the AC went out again a few days later, I was a bit upset. When I showed up back to the place, Jay Shawn took full care of me since he worked on my car from the last visit. He discovered the cause of the problem and even went to get the replacement part. As I wait for my car I had to write a review. I do not enjoy going to the mechanic and/or servicing my car. So I was a bit apprehensive about coming here today. Boy was I wrong. Stating with the lady who greeted me upon arrival and the mechanic Miguel Zayas who took care of me; everyone has been very nice to deal with, knowledgable and helpful. At any time have I felt that they are pushing things that my car doesn't need. I purchased two oil change groupons for jiffy lube and had an excellent experience at the west Flagler location. Unfortunately, the polar opposite happened at this place. The staff was rude and would not honor the Groupon without confirmation from Groupon! We had the paper copy of the voucher. These guys were rude and not helpful and clearly just want to make an extra dime. Save yourself the trouble and visit a different locale. I will be getting my money back for that deal. Based on the reviews I expected the worst! However, I was pleasantly surprised with great customer service and honesty. I came to this jiffy lube from the dealership after the dealership scared me into thinking my serpentine belt would snap if I didn't get it replaced that day for $165. I went to JL to get an estimate and to have them look at the belt. The technician told me that the wear and tear wasn't bad enough that I would need it replaced immediately (still could go for a few more months) but they would replace it for $119. I went ahead and got it replaced since I was already there and I was happy to give them the business! The inside is a little small but it was clean and they had tea and coffee with a keurig machine and plenty of outside seating. read more

They are very short tempered and absolutely no time to answer questions that they don't find to be relevant with your repairs that they suckered me into doing at a alarming cost that wasn't really needed to soon find out. I used a groupon with my oil change and payed $250 more for other services I was told needed to be done. I wouldn't reccomend this particular one cause the ones I used in LA California never did I have a problem. Honest/mechanic about as rare as winning the lottery I guess. read more

Been coming here. 3x dnt know why. They always say you need something extra on the car to spend money thats not true. The "manager" douge charged $50 for oil change even with $10 coupon. I told him to pull up all my reciepts i never paid more than $32 for oil change. He wouldnt value the price diff. 0 stars. They "lost" my keys. They gave me back my car (which is a push start) with the engine already running. But halfway home, I realized I didn't have my keys. The front desk lady was super rude and she's the one that supposedly put my keys on my windshield. Who does that?!? Still not convinced this is not a grand theft auto scheme- given that my keychain contained two different car keys and the first thing they asked me was "what is your address?". The oil change includes 5 quarts of oil. They snuck in an extra ~$12 for an extra quart. After reading my Haynes Repair Manual, I learned that in fact the engine does not require 1.3 more quarts extra than the included. The V6 engine capacity is indeed 5.0 quarts. They failed to tell me they had a problem with my nitrogen medium filled tires. So I drove out with soft tires, the other major reason I even went to JL. It feels like theft and much less than full disclosure. Disappointed by my subsequent visit to rectify the tire pressure. read more

i came to change my oil. one day later i had a loud noise like if i was dragging something pay attention to this... the broke the screws that hold the under cover and try to cover it up holding in up with a plastic string! one of the strings broke, the cover got loose and thanks god the other string didn't because i could have killed myself if that happened while i was driving on the expressway!!! be aware! be careful! check your car before leaving jiffy lube or just take it somewhere else! read more

I went to grab something to eat and received a call from extremely rude female employee who claimed the car needed synthetic oil, roughly $120 for this oil change. I explained Ive had the car for three years and never have I used synthetic. She said to take the car to the dealer. I sent my son to do an oil change at a Jiffy Lube here in Miami and to get a new battery for his car. A simple oil change turned into a $217 bill because they cajoled him into changing fluids. Thank God he called me before changing the battery because Jiffy Lube was getting ready to charge him $830! This was so excessive that I even reported them for price gauging. I took the car to a different place "European Auto Service Center" and ended up spending less than $200 including service. I highly recommend the latter! read more

Came in for a Oil change from groupon. worth $43. I was told that I needed to pay much more for a oil change as they need to add a flushing fluid and a performance fluid and the oil for my car would be more expensive etc. I did not want all that and in the end I had to pay an additional $17 for the flushing fluid. That was the first I didn't like. Don´t sell me an OIL CHANGE on Groupon if you can't do it for the groupon price! Second, as I am ready to leave I am told that my car is ready and that they vacuumed my carpet, cleaned my windshield and added a sticker to it to remind me of the next oil change. I get in my car and the carpet is NOT vacuumed. I didn't car. All I wanted is a oil change. Then my windshield is dirty like before, ok, all i wanted is an oil change. But NO STICKER? really? Didn't you want your customers to come back in 3K miles? Then I start driving home. On the way I look over the invoice and it says all kind of checks have been performed. Yes, I remember that they tried to sell me a new air filter and new wiper blades. It also said Windshield Water Fluid was added. I remeber it being empty and happy to finally be able to clean my dirty windshield I press it and NOTHING. Still empty. So I acall back to let them know that they didn't perform what they said they did and that at this point I lost trust in them and don't know what else of the list they marked as checked they actually did. I was told, my water motor must be broken. I went home. Filled up the water myself and it worked perfectly. It was simply empty. So now I really don't know what they did. Did they actually check my Brake fluid? My ABS light is on in the cockpit but they didn't even mention that. I will not go there again, nor will I recommend and I will let Groupon know that this is a fraud and they should not promote it as "Best of Groupon". Just took my other car to get an Oil change at the place next to my house. $35 is the regular price. Still cheaper than the groupon and more reliable. Sorry JiffyLube, but you suck! read more

I am here as I write this review, they have not finished working on my car but I don't need to wait to give this place a review. I brought my car in for a simple oil change with a Groupon I had purchased. As soon as they took the car they tell me there is about 3 additional things I need to do to my car, I know for a FACT that none of these things are needed but they try to scare you into paying for more services. The one extra service I did need from them to replace the light bulbs, I brought the blulbs I wanted installed, they just needed to replace them. Turns out it cost the same for them to just install the headlights than to actually purchase them from here. If you do end up here make sure you don't fall into the up-selling game, I know it's their job to sell you extra services but it's still shady. After establishing that I wasn't going to get hustled they were actually really quick and nice. read more

I brought my 2014 Dodge Durango there I had one of the worst experience there today 09/08/16, after my car got done I got inside my car and checked my car info and it still wasn't updated still show the same percentage of oil I had in, I immediately made a uturn to let them know to update the car info, as soon as I got out the car, the oil start gushing out because one the guys who was working on the car misplace a part from the engine and threw it in the garbage, it took about an hour for them to find that was the problem and now they had to look for my car part flipping all the garbage cans and finally they found it and was able to put it back and I was able to leave with the car and once I got home the car still has drops of oil coming out of it which I planning to take back there tomorrow morning , I'm not trying to be hard on anyone but this is suppose to to be jiffy lube this what you guys specialized in if these particular in individuals that's working there can't even do a correct oil change they shouldn't be working there it wasn't like I asked them to switch my engine and put a new one , some of the so called mechanic was very amateur and do not know what they were doing read more

I had the most amazing experience EVER!!! It was a VERY hot Sunday and I was very dressed up on my way from Miami to Palm Beach to my best friend's bridal shower. Before I got on 95 my coolant light when on and I had no idea what to do. I had never been to a Jiffy Lube nor did I have any idea it would be open on a Sunday. I have no idea why I even thought of it, but I did and called. A super nice girl named Stephanie answered and was extremely knowledgeable. They told me to change transmission fluid on the Bmw 2007, which has lifetime guarantee for transmission fluid and actually you cannot touch cause you gonna ruin your car like this.
