My driver get side mirror was hit by another car but the mirror was still in one piece. I put tape around it to hold the mirror in place when I went to get an inspection the employee who happens to be the manager came to the DRIVER SIDE and took the car and fail my inspection because of the mirror. To me that's horrible customer service when you noticed something knowing it will fail inspection and continues to do the inspection to fail.... I went over to this shop for an oil change this morning. I took a chance, as I had never been there before. I will certainly be coming back. The General Manager, Chris Domenech, greeted me with a smile very warm welcome. My car needed a few other things done as well as the oil change, but they were not pushy about upselling. The estimated time was 30-40 minutes, and it took no longer than that. They even showed me a few things that I should have my mechanic fix. Went there for an oil change on a Sunday. We were there for about 30-45 mins. They were very courteous and friendly. We did leave there with 2 air filter change, radiator service, a vacuum in a addition to the oil change and $200.00 poorer... But it was much needed and way better than waiting all day at the dealer. Went in for a routine oil change. In and out in under 30 minutes. Painless process. Price was on point. No pressure to up sell/cross sell. Sheldon helped me and was very pleasant to work with. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE PLEASE READ!!! I have been going to your Jiffy Lube Center for 4 years since I got my car, 2 years with my previous car. I have never in my life had a pre-existing exhaust problem and I have been serviced by the same team many times before. How can a reputable company like Jiffy Lube have such garbage customer service? I don't know how much money I've given to your company over the years, but this relationship with your company might as well be terminated. I had no issues with you guys, but you created this whirlpool of disgust. "Scratching, according to (Cliff the store manager) means the same as Ripping." Jiffy Lube has tried to cover themselves even before I left the lot, Cliff said he never heard what an Infiniti exhaust sounds like...really? Am I really supposed to believe that? I hate these scum bags brought my honda accord there 2 years ago for an oil change 2 days later my transmission blew because these idiots put oil in my transmission. Usually I have good experiences with Jiffy Lube. Recent experience was awful. The staff was rude, playing on their phones most of the time. The guy who was helping me didn't give me any relevant info on what my car needed, just seemed annoyed I was there (it was 3 hours before close) and had a very cold attitude (kept rolling his eyes). I waited nearly 2 hours for a simple oil change. My car was even pulled up to the most front, but the 2 guys were joking around and on their phones so it took ridiculously long. Only one nice guy apologized as I was leaving. Wouldn't recommend. Staff sucked. read more

I called this Jiffy Lube 10 minutes before I arrived and asked them if they were doing state inspections and they told me that yes they were and I should bring my car over and they would do it for me right there. However, when I arrived I was met by an employee who told me they were not doing any inspections at all that day. I told him that I had just called and when we went inside to talk to the man at the desk, he said that they were not doing any inspections. This is not the first time that either I or people I know have had problems with this specific Jiffy Lube. I know that I will not ever be returning and I would recommend that you do not waste your time by going to this Jiffy Lube either. read more

Visited this Jiffy Lube after going to the other one 50 Jericho and being told I would have to wait an hour. This location was fast, friendly and made up for my bad experience. Just a FYI - If Jiffy Lube is going to charge so much for an oil change then your Customer Service must be AMAZING and in this case it was great! Store #668 and I was taken care of by Al. As a first-time customer, called ahead to check on rates for the Signature Service Oil Change and best time to take car in. Was impressed by the attentiveness and courtesy of the person who answered phone (It was General Manager Mr. Cliff Mays). Upon arrival I was greeted immediately and my car was rolled in to a bay for service, which was completed quickly. Did not encounter any pressure to sell me on more services or higher-grade oil than the one I've used on my Jaguar-X type for the last 12 years. Mentioned I was going to go on long road trip and wanted to do so with confidence. Was assured that all else was looking fine from the undercarriage.
