He dealt directly with Geico and had them inspect the car while it was with him so he could give them a clear rundown on what needed to be fixed, he also ended up needing to have them come back due to significant additional damage found under the bumper. He gave an accurate repair timeline and even drove me to the rental shop. He was extremely honest and knowledgeable through this entire process and I could not have asked for a better experience (i mean besides me not being rear ended at all). It's here that you'll find great service and awesome people. Flashback to when I was first starting to drive and my 95' Chrysler Cirrus looked like it was nearing the end of its days. Our mechanic at the time wasn't the friendliest of fellows and basically told us the car was done for....until we decided to take it elsewhere. Enter J&T who not only were able to help in fixing up my outdated automobile, but kept it working for years after. Nowadays, I don't frequent J&T as often (we lease most cars), but every now and then we need an oil change, inspection, or...ya know, I hit something. But when I come here, I know I'm getting honest and truthful work from local guys who really connect with their customers. Whether it's talking to Billy, Scott, Scott's son John, or any employee, you feel like you're getting a group of workers who care (and care for your car!). Better yet, the prices are always fair and they'll do what they can to save you a few bucks. Overall, as long as I'm living local, I'll be coming to J&T Auto Repair and Rebuilders. He understands how people love their cars and want them to be perfect. He is a car enthusiast and will care for and respect yours whether it has a MSRP of $175,000 or $17,000! I've had a side skirt ordered and painted and most recently bumper redone after someone dinged me in a parking lot and left like a jerk. I was afraid I needed a new bumper but he was able to prime, sand and make it new with paint. Stephen is a wealth of knowledge about paint and will give you tips to fix your little dings and scratches too. This shop is among many like it, so it's a little difficult to find. Look for the grey side of the building!
