told me an oil change was 103 then it became 153 with fluid top offs for all my fluids. checked car and washer fluid and coolant was dry. when trying to ask more about what they did the person was inattentive and in a rush to get me out. do not recommend anything here. read more

At first I felt iffy about the prices because when I asked about the oil change they said 99 not mentioning that it comes with fluids being topped off until I asked but he honored my regular price and was really working with me changing my mind or any inquiry I had. i went here for a simple oil change and they over filled my oil by at least 2qts. which caused my engine to hydro lock and absolutely stop. my mechanic won't touch it because it should be a lawsuit against jiffy lube. so it's been sitting. you can't even crank it over by putting a crank bar on it. the owner denied any wrong doing. so i'm suing. read more

I came here to get a oil change, recommended by my brother and I got her no spot and waited for about 1 hour 30 min or something. I wasn't bothered by the time because it gave me time to walk around and listen to my music. I used the coupon that I found on their website I believe but that oil change was expensive I paid $100 plus, I guess it s because my car took more oil then what they advised of. With the oil change they do give you a report on my car and giving me stuff they recommend to be fixed. It was a cool location and the people that worked their was nice. read more

Waste of time. The guys here are alright. The owner of this location is horrible. They do t have basic tools. Staff needs tools to get job done correctly. They drained my oil, filled it. They were not able to change filter. I still paid $98. I should not have to pay $98 when my filter was not changed! Staff had two filter wrenches, and two cups. Horrible. I've come here twice like a fool because my parents recommended I go here. This place is expensive! Way too much money just for an oil change. Just to think it is so sad my dad kept bringing the car here and got ripped off each time. First time here I paid $75...second time was $95. Call around and get prices first and be sure you are specific and let them know you want the price upfront like if it will cost more for additional service and exactly how much more. I have been coming here for the last year for my vehicle oil changes. The staff is alway very friendly and extremely polite that goes a long way for me and they seem to know what they are doing, for the most part. ;) (see later paragraph for explanation of that) Really though, the service is good. I like to get things done early in the day and having my car serviced here is no different, early in = never much of a wait, love that. I do think that the waiting area could be kept a little cleaner and there should be hot coffee always. Once I had to wait for my cup as the coffee was not yet brewed. I know this must sound like a bit of knitpicking, but I just think it would be easy to have it ready upon opening the store or very shortly after. The only other issue I have ever had here was that once when I got back home with my newly serviced car and parked in my driveway, which is at a slant, at some point a small amount of oil leaked onto my driveway. My husband thinks that some oil was left in the pan?, I am not sure of the lingo. I did not see this as a huge problem considering all. I know the job of the staff is to take care of your car with the added job of perhaps sometimes up-selling the customer. I will admit sometimes I do say no, I know what a dirty filter looks like. This last time I went in a staff member suggested I change out a filter. Upon seeing it and at first thought being somewhat on the fence because the filter did not look that dirty to me, I figured I might as well have it changed out while I was there, all good it was my call, and I do appreciate the service person pointing the issue out, as my filter was indeed somewhat dirty. I must say, I especially like the coupons I receive here when I check in. This last time I got $12.00 off my service, that's a big win in my book! They told me my passenger side head light was broken and that they could fix it so I trusted them. It wasn't more than ten minutes out the lot that my head light went out. I brought it back the next day and after going back and forth with JUAN I left with tears in my eyes knowing I got taken advantage of yet again by another mechanic. He refused to fix it even with the receipt I had in my hand. He kept lying and lying and played me to be a fool by giving me a fake managers number just so I could go away. I brought my dodge charger scatpack to get an oil change which i usually do myself but ive been working alot lately. the guy changing my oil, had a face expression as if he did not like his job, even his hair was a mess. he dripped oil on my engine as he removed the funnel after using the funnel to fill the engine with oil and again as he removed the dip stick and of course he did not bother to clean up the mess he left behind. when he first started the engine right after replacing the oil, he immediately revved my engine very hard, everyone knows that you should not do that, you have to let the oil run through the engine for a good 90 seconds before you press the engine after having empied all the oil out. i spoke to the guy who appeared to be in-charge. he seemed concerned & offered to clean the oil dripps but did not, as i was able to take the attached photos after they were done, so i cleaned the mess myself after paying $127.17. would you be happy ? read more

I had to take a few days and compose myself in order to update my review objectively. I was forced to revisit this location because the same brake technician that cursed, threatened, and disrespected me, LARRY K rummaged around in my trunk to get to the spare tire without my permission (big surprise) and did not reset the tire properly which lead to the spare compartment being unable to close. I returned to the location with my mother and upon my attempt to speak with the owner Imtaiz (Tom) Mansuri, I completely understand that the treatment from his employees is not an isolated incident. The behavior of his employees stems directly from his behavior as an owner. He refused to listen to my concerns with his employees, defended them blindly, and demeaned me and my mother as women. He seems to be very misogynistic, refusing to call my mother by her pronoun (which is Dr.), referred to us as girls (we are clearly women) and made very attempt to dismiss my mother and I to take care of other customers instead of taking the time to hear our complaint properly. As far as his employee driving my car without permission, he informed that once I give them the keys, they are well within their rights to drive the car and go through my trunk, all without informing me. He stated it was my fault I did not know that driving the car was "common practice" with the brake service, even though I don't work there and have never had brakes changed in my life and it wasn't the responsibility of his employees to let me know. The only thing he admitted his employee was wrong for was driving my car without gloves and a mask. I can't roll my eyes back in my head far enough. At one point while my mother was speaking he asked her "are you done?". I was not shocked by any of this because the fact that his employees felt so comfortable disrespecting me, and only acknowledged my concerns about when a male patron stepped in and informed them they needed to treat me with respect. This is not a place for single women. If you are, you are better off spending your money elsewhere, with less stress, and less hassle. The men who work here are misogynists, disrespectful, and downright lazy and the owner allows them to be all of those things. I had my oil changed in corona at a chevron, on March 27th we took the car to Jiffy Lube in Moreno Valley and paid for an oil change. Yesterday I took my car back to the chevron for another oil change and they showed me where the seal where never broke and the oil filter and canister was theirs from 12,000 miles ago. Chevron gave me back the original oil filter and canister to show them. I will be calling their corporate office on Monday. If they had a negative star rating they would deserve it. read more

I came for standard oil change and tire rotation. Manager didn't want to recognize a coupon despite it being directly from Jiffy Lubes website and specific to this location. After some discussion he finally put in the discount, but acted as if he was doing me a favor. Upon leaving I noticed one of my tires was loose, the lug nuts had not been tightened. I returned, justifiably angry and the manager only offered me a refund because I insisted. Never apologized but rather got defensive and acted like it was no big deal. read more

Had the worst experience today trying to use my coupon I always use at other jiffy lubes. They wouldn't take it said that I had to upgrade my oil change to full service yet the coupon which I've used at least 10times before at other locations clearly States that its good for just a oil change long story short they tried to lie and say that it said something else and would not take it instead of being upfront and saying they don't take coupons at that location which that does say on the coupon participating locations only. My car was due for an oil change and I happened to be near Moreno Valley at the time, so I googled for the nearest oil change place. I found Jiffy Lube and saw that it had a $5 off coupon for its Signature Oil Change, so I decided to have the job done there. The staff was friendly enough when I arrived and I asked for the standard full-service oil change. Then they pulled some crappy moves on me, which is not cool: 1) They said that my transmission oil needed a change--which I know it didn't because I just had it changed 9 months ago. I haven't driven 30K miles yet. 2) Vacuuming was part of the full service, and when I asked about it, they said their vacuum cleaner was broken. Right. 3) They told me my car was ready and that someone was just cleaning the windows for it (also part of the full service), but when I went to get my car, I saw that the windows were still dirty. Completely untouched and sooty. I'd give zero stars if I could for outright lying, but until Yelp offers that option, 1 star it is. read more

AVOID! THEY WILL RUIN YOUR VEHICLE AND NOT EXCEPT RESPONSIBILITY! First we discovered the oil filter was not tightened and all my oil leaked out, luckily that was caught in time. A couple of weeks later after a horrible noise was coming from the rear end we discovered the differential plug was missing and all the fluid had leaked out until it was ruined. Had to replace the entire differential at my cost because we couldn't prove it was them, but there's no other logical explanation. Had no problems with the vehicle until we took here for a basic oil change.
