To every Black Customer out there DO NO USE THIS SERVICE PROVIDER! The treatment that I and another patron witnessed on 7-4-2020 at this Jiffy Lube location12300 Heacock St, Moreno Valley, CA 92557 was horrible and racially motivated! These guys gave absolutely no respect to Ms. Racheal P. The way that they talked to her for simply asking why someone was driving off the premises with her car was unprofessional and purely racist. The langue that they used towards Ms. Racheal P was so horrible and racial that I had to intervene. I do not know Ms. Racheal P but anyone that has a mother, sister, aunt, or any type of a relationship with a female would have done the same. Their behavior was unacceptable. No one should speak to a woman in that manner especially a customer. I tried to deescalate the situation but the employee turned on me and threatened me as well. The other customers that were there left as a result of the employees' actions and stated they would never come back here either. This establishment has absolutely no respect for Black Americans and is under the misconception that they can threaten and/or speak to Black Americans any way they feel without consequences. This is totally unrealistic and untrue. The employee racially profiled us and threatened us. The entire encounter is recorded. They have forgotten that it is a privilege for us to spend money in their establishment and they do not appreciate the fact that we are supporting them and their families by doing business with them. I have never seen such arrogance and disrespect towards anyone in my life and I am a retired United States Army Veteran. If you have loved ones beware of this Jiffy Lube! they might get threatened or discriminated against at this location. We have the entire encounter on video. Went in to get an oil change and after ward the guy ask me if I want to do my transmission fluid flush because my car hit 50k mile, I was short on time so I said I'll do it on my next oil change. Well here I am went back for the oil change and transmission flush. And was told "they cannot do it because there's no dip stick for the transmission" lol... wasted my labor day morning. The service that you receive here is unmatched. Friendly staff who are honest and informative. Quick service with attention to detail and unlike most places not pushy on services. I met Tom, the manager, and right off the bat I knew he was an honest, efficient manager just by his demeanor and approach. He recommended some services that my car needs to get done but understood I'm a student so he provided me with a ball park pricing as well. Came here this morning to get a oil change and they up charge you if your a woman and one of the guys that was working was really rude and just threw my keys on the counter when i was paying. With My little car they were trying to charge me $100 and a big truck comes in and they charge them $107. Theres no way there is a $7 difference. I've been to the jiffy lube on ramona expressway never paid more than $55 they charged me $73 I don't understand.if you go here PLEASE GET A ITEMIZED LIST. They will try to screw you read more

If it was possible to give no Stars I would absolutely. I came in for a simple oil change , my first time there . I never been to one where they drive ur car in while u wait inside the main room, so I handed my keys to man (Christopher) and yes imma name drop on here. later after the oil change I was handed back my keys from (Paul) . I knew I had just put 200 in my car where my glasses were left at the top , and didn't think that these people would literally be snooping in my car. Then again u can't trust nobody but when the guy said "just give me ur keys than we will work on ur car and cash u out later" I didn't wanna be rude and cause a scene while getting my money out my car. Nobody should have to even do that Anyways . after the oil change was complete I got in my car and immediately checked and there was only 100.00 Remind you it was all 20's , so I go in and spoke with a manager and he tells me nobody is saying they have the money (of course not) so after waiting around , my dad comes in and asks who was driving my car and who was all in my car during the oil change . Paul is the only one to say he was in my car , as I look over at chris waiting for him to admit he was also one of the people in my car. Chris stays quiet. My dad asks again, because he stayed quiet and still nothing . Chris is asked, as he's singled out "who drove her car?" He said "idk I'll find out one second" but yet he was the one who drove it. All the employees all work together in a way , they were covering eachother up. They're a horrible places to go to. The employee Paul does stuff there before but will not get into detail. Had an awesome experience with this location, I was kinda iffy about going here due to the bad reviews but when I get there the staff was actually very friendly and took care of my car with care The only reason they didn't get 5 stars was because they didn't actually vacuum my car even though it is included with the oil change service They did however honor the coupon on yelp and I ended up paying really cheap for my oil change. Decided to give this location another shot today, and so far I am glad I did. My husband and I drove up & were greeted immediately. He asked what we needed done & have a quote. An air filter replacement was suggested, but we decided not to get it, and it wasn't pushed (which was nice). Cash out was easy. 4 years ago I tried coming and was scared away by the men who worked there, but I'm glad I came back because the service was great, and the men weren't creepy. read more

I have used jiffy lube for many years because my company sold the owner a home he gave us ten percent off everytime we used there business which was a nice jester so previously I went in for my annual and left thinking that everything's cool like it always has been this was in June I began to notice a leak everywhere I went so I decided to go back to Jiffy lube to ask why this idiot tells me oh its on your receipt you have a leak among other things it was not bought to my attention the day of my oil change but 157.00 later I have a leak this jerk tells me we don't repair yoy need to go to a mechanic wth but you guys have been the only ones touching my truck so I called Corporate and I did not get anywhere oh I did receive a call for the Heacock shop manager who seemed like he did not want fix the problem still my point is I am now beginning to hear from other people that Jiffy Lube is a rip off now especially with a bunch of Julio's working there I am upset and I will never go back be aware the hired help are assholes money wasted read more

I came in for a quick oil change. It was done in a reasonable time. What disappointed me was that they say in writing, mind you, is that they vacuum the floors of your vehicle and even wash exterior windows and a few more "complimentary services." Well, none of it was done. Just makes me wonder if they really checked everything else like they are supposed to. I had to come home and double check all of my fluids cause I just don't feel comfortable. I'm not saying I won't go back. Wish I would have read these reviews first. They got black grease all over my car mat, obviously didn't put down a paper. When I was leaving I mentioned it and they cleaned it up. As I was driving away though I noticed the black grease is also on my steering wheel, my parking break, and the upholstery on the inside of my door! This place is great...IF YOU DONT MIND BEING OVERCHARGED FOR TERRIBLE SERVICE. $45 for an oil change AND the dumb asses didn't tighten the drain plug, so there was oil all over my garage floor the next day. MY local jiffy lube dealer in Murrieta discovered what they did wrong and didn't charge me to fix it. I would've saved $5 AND gotten a free car wash if I'd gone to the Murrieta jiffy lube. I have to say I was impressed with Customer Service and how fast they had us out of there. A month after my boy friends car started acting funny. We noticed the oil was over filled. Took it back so they could drain some out. They did and Never apologized. Last month the car kept leaving us stranded. We had a friend look at it and he stated they didn't do the oil change properly because all the oil is over filling into the spark plugs. I have always went to this Jiffy because their customer service was excellent, but today one of the most horrfic things could have happened. One of their employees stoled my phone out my vehicle while they were rendering service to my car. I usally take my personal things out my car when I go to get it washed; now I'm going take my things out when I get it serviced too. read more

We didn't even get anything done there, yet the 10 minutes we were there were enough for me to do this. the tech said that our make and model car (a 2005 saturn ion) needed a specific filter, this is true (its a newer oil filter, like most newer vehicles have). The filter at AutoZone is $6, a $60 oil change is completely ridiculous. We have never ever been told that our vehicle was getting charged more due to the filter. When we mentioned this to the tech, he looked around and went to his manager, came back & said he could take $4 off the price. Guess the manager thought a $56 oil change was resonable. At a Palm Springs station, we get the exact same vehicle done for $35... First time we've ever been told it's going to cost $15 more due to the filter. THIS PLACE IS FULL OF THEIVES and shouldn't even be open. Maybe it's because he thought we were young and dumb. Either way, this is unaccecptable read more

Went to this location to get an oil change about a week and a half ago and was not happy with the service I received. They got the oil change in and done within 15 minutes but later that day I noticed my car was smelling in my car really bad. Thought maybe they spilled some oil or something and thought it would go away after it burned off a little. That wasn't the case, I called two days later and complained and asked if there was anything they could have done for this to have happened they said "sounds like it's your cabin filter, you can bring it in and we will change it for you for full charge". My boyfriend ending up changing it for me but this didn't help the problem. Then a few days after replacing the filter, we were driving for a while and smoke started coming into the car from the engine. We pull over and pop the hood to find out that jiffy lube never put my cap back on when they filled my oil up. Oil was everywhere, my car was smoking, this is ridiculous. I would give them 0 stars if I could. If we didn't notice this, it really could have damaged my car. Will never be going back to this place and I suggest that no one else does either. They specialize in oil changes but they they forget to put the cap on?! Insane. read more

When I got there they had only 1 car in the shop. I waited around 5 minutes and someone came to help me so that wasn't long. I think they only had maybe 1 or 2 people working. Maybe because it was noon, who knows. Angel worked as fast as he could and did a great job. He let me know about the warranty they were running and he even looked up coupons for me. Overall I think the price is very reasonable since they can buy their oil at a discounted price. I would recommend going here. read more

I'm the only customer here at 8:00 am. They already have hot coffee made. I love when I get great, quick, nice guy service. I have had nightmares with those fellas over at Moss Bros. MoVal, this is a business that needs our support. Don't give your $$ to Moss Bros, who has too many customers. To the point where they told me it would be 11 days for an oil change. I was driving from Phoenix to Orange County and got a flat tire from a road hazard. I immediately got off the freeway and Jiffy Lube happened to be right there. I asked one of the attendants if they were able to help me and he said that they were too busy that day. I have changed my tires many times, so I was not super upset and understood since I had just pulled in unexpectedly. Even though I was comfortable changing my own tire, I had 2 babies under the age of 15 months and I was on my way to my uncles funeral, so I was on a time crunch. As I was getting out the tools to lower the spare tire, a different man from Jiffy Lube came out and proceeded to help me. He brought out their lift and helped me with the whole process. If he didn't help, I probably would have missed the funeral. He was very nice and did not charge anything. His name was Johnny, and if I lived in the area, I would trust him with my truck. read more
