I took my truck here for an alignment and they told me I had to paid extra because I have aftermarket suspension due to the extra adjustments they have to do that cost $200 . Once I got my truck back they couldnt provide me with a alignment print out because they said their printer was not working couple days later I take my truck to the dealer for a oil change and they did a alignment Check and told me my alignment out of whack. then I bring the truck back to the shop and ask him what's the reasoning for my alignment, not being done correctly and the store manager couldn't give me an answer and refused to give me corporate's number or a refund and the technician left a bolt loose on one of my cam gears which slid while I was driving which damaged the truck so now my trucks at a different shop and it's costing me $700 to fix and the manager at tire choice in Moreno Valley will not do anything to help me or fix the truck so just watch out with this shop and the manager. Where do I start... so I asked them to check my rear brakes THATS IT! First off they didn't have the bolt key to remove my tires so I had to run to autozone around the corner and purchase one myself. Second they took FOREVER to let me know what was going on. Third, they finally came to tell me I needed new brakes and a brake flush and it was going to cost $280. I had a previous quote from another mechanic of $150 so I said thanks anyway I'll go elsewhere. After another hour of waiting for them to give me my truck back the young man finally pulls it out to me. I head back to autozone to return the key bolt and nearly crash into the entrance! Thank god I wasn't going fast and the sidewalk stopped me. Here comes the young man running behind me yelling "your brake fluid leaked out!" So he takes my keys and drives it back into the shop. The technician who took my brakes off and disconnected the brake line didn't tell anyone and so they just threw my tires back on and gave me the keys. All the brake fluid leaked out and the brakes were no where to be found. They had no choice but to replace my brakes and brake fluid. Worst day of my life. read more

On a Monday... early in the morning, I was rushing out of the house with my four kids and headed to the bus stop. As I was driving and I noticed a slight lean in the car. Nothing felt too off, but I definitely could notice the lean. Then I get a notification that the tire pressure is off. I thought nothing much but feared that I could need air at most. After dropping the kids off and getting back home, I got out of the car and was saddened to see a huge screw or nail in my tire. This was my first flat ever and I had no clue on the process. I called AAA and after getting my spare on... I needed my tire repaired. I called many shops and was sent to a call center or on hold for 10min. I hung up and dialed Tire choice. Chris answered and was very kind. He told me he would do his best to fix it and to bring it down. I pulled in front of the garage and sat for a bit then I got out and asked if I needed to go inside or wait until somone greeted me. I didn't know what to do and wasn't greeted upon arriving so I took one star for that. I expected someone to come to the car and direct me on what to do or ask how they could help. I know the drill for next time. After asking what to do and going inside the lady at the desk (Paloma) was kind and adorable. She was personable and patient with me while I found my key that I never pull out of my purse. Overall: The location is clean and well kept. The Staff were kind and informative. They didn't miss a beat on updating me. There is a tv in the sitting area but I conversed with the most lovely customer. There were 2 people ahead of me but I was kept in the loop the whole time. The best part of the interaction was that they fixed my flat for no charge. I was able to go about my day and take a bummer of a situation and just make the most of it. Thank you all read more

We had our car serviced there not too long ago, and that went fine, however, their tech tightened our caliper bolt too tight, so that when my husband went to change our brakes this weekend, the caliper bolt snapped. When hubby called to ask Certified to help take the caliper bolt out, he was quoted $120 to do that. I just do not get why we should have to pay $120 to have a bolt drilled out, when their guy put it on that tight. read more

First, our car was stuck on the 60W coming home from Palm Springs. We called and waited on Triple A for THREE HOURS. By the grace of God, TML Towing picked us up within 20 minutes and we came here! We initially called Jose the same time we called Triple A and he said we could come by before 5. We came by at 4 and he checked all four tires and plugged up our front right tire that went flat. I came here to get an oil change because it's close to my house and they had open appointments online. I made an appt at 9:30. I arrive and was told that give them about an hour. We walked to Dunkin sat there at 10:10 I see the car is still outside and hasn't been brought into the garage. I walk over and a guy comes out to take the car back. I ask him how long once he takes it. He says they do a safety inspection first and then the oil change and give them 25-35 min. Cool. Walk to the library. Come back after 30 min and the cars not done. It's now after 11:15am and I am still waiting.... What is the point of an appt if you're going to have to wait hours?! The lobby is empty. We also had plans to go to the water park and this is 100% holding us up. It sucks they are so slow and can't keep their appt times because this place is so close to me. I won't be back. when I went to visit tire choice, auto service center in perris they told me that I needed new rotors and new brakes. However, I stated that I wanted my rotors to be resurfaced and just to get the new brakes. When I got my car back when I would stop on the break it would continuously make this squeaking noise and when I took it back for them to hear it, they said they didn't hear it and now every time I stop all I hear is squeaking. so then when I brought it back for the second time and did a test drive with one of the brake repair guys, he said he didn't hear anything, but as soon as I left, I still heard the same thing. This place wasted an extra two hours out of my day. The incompetence level of this place is high. I wasn't even going to complain but after my experience again and again I want to make sure people are aware before coming to this location. I had scheduled an appointment for an alignment and tire replacement. I did order my tires online and they were delivered on Tuesday. I get there and the manager Luis is at the register I told him I had an appointment then told him my tires were delivered he seemed confused. He was then inputting information and expressed that he had to put in allllllll this information because I did it online. He told me it would take 2-3 hours I asked if that included my alignment he then said "oh you want an alignment" mind you I had an appointment. I said yes he then said "oh you know that's extra right" that makes me feel like he thought I was an idiot if he thought I thought the service was free. He never went over if my car had any issues like they usually do or confirmed what services were done. He said oh your car is done and then said the first payment is for the alignment. I'm like isn't that the only payment since I already paid online? He said oh ya, once again this man sounded confused. How is he the manager? So at first I walk towards where my car was serviced and my car wasn't there it was on the other side of the building you would think they would have the courtesy of telling me where my car was parked. So I leave and I'm in Yucaipa when I tell my daughter to make sure they put the wheel lock back. There was no wheel lock to be found, I called and sure enough his guy had it in his "toolbox". That's definitely a concern because had I not realized this they would have kept my lock and for all we know I could've been in a situation where I need a spare and can't put that on. I expressed my frustrations he said he was putting everything in a note and said he would give me a $25 voucher. On my way back my tpms light turns on. I arrive there and it's the assistant manager who already has a friendlier personality than the actual manager. He didn't even create a profile for me even though I paid for an additional service just because my order was an online order. I know this because she couldn't find my information. She's like "we should at least have your phone number since he called you to tell you we had your wheel lock" nope he didn't call me I found this out on my own. So then they literally take 5 minutes and she said my car was ready. In my head I'm thinking all they did was press the reset button. Sure enough when I drove for like 10 minutes the light turns back on. I was extremely upset and I called the assistant manager had the audacity to say maybe it's a nail in the tire. A nail?! I literally have new tires. I come back and she admits one of the guys had said since the morning their tire pressure machine was off so they had overfilled my tires. she said they test drove it and made sure it had the right air pressure this time. This time?! are you kidding me? why wasn't it done right the first time?! They called this one since it is where i bought the tire so not sure what they talked about but i got scammed. The tire was less than a year old and their coverage is full replacement within the first year from what they told me. Well the tire wasn't more than 7 months old and i just got a little credit and had to pay over $100 for a new tire. So just don't get the extra insurance, it's a scam. I went to Americas tire like i used to, i only went to this place because it's closer but i will never use them again for anything. First let's start with the hours of operation, online reads they open at 7:30 am the door reads 7:30 am it's 7:42 am and no one has shown up to open. I called the number listed online, but it just rings. Since Eric left /moved/ quit/ got fired (I have no clue) this site it has not been the same. The female that runs it is slow to respond to your needs. My family and I have been bringing all of our vehicles here for years, so much so my husband started having his company vehicle serviced here too. But the way things are starting to look I may have to find a different location. I was skeptical due to reviews and I should have known better. I had an appointment for 8:00am oil change. It took them 4 HOURS. Over 30 minutes just to get the car into the bay, and another 3 hours just to do the oil change. Mind you, there was only one other customer in the store. They said my drain plug was over torqued, so they ordered a new one from AutoZone (one minute walk from store). Even then, I don't understand why it taken so long for a simple oil change. They claimed that my previous servicer (dealership where I bought the car) stripped my drain plug. I highly doubt that after getting my car serviced for almost 3 years that my drain plug is stripped by the dealership. (I only came to Tire Choice due to it being closer to my job, making maintenance on my commute home easier.) I think Tire Center was just trying to cover their own asses. So I've previously done my brakes here about a year ago and the service was great! I heard screeching noises from the brakes of my car and I called up Goodyear and talked with Kevin and he said to bring it in for a quick check up. He went above and beyond! We took my car for a ride around the block and he checked on my brakes, my wheel alignment, brake fluids, power steering wheel, oil etc. And everything was good, the only thing that needed a tune up was some air for my tires!
