Rob discovered that my former shop only replaced bits and pieces when replacing my brakes and calipers! Ex: right side clip new, left side old. After driving on them for year they began to wear unevenly. No wonder my former shop, Frontline in McHenry, closed shop abruptly. Rob was able to replace all the worn brakes, calipers, and rotors that afternoon. He even did a thorough of inspection of the rest of the car and told me that the tumbler needed to be replaced on my turn signal. That's why the turn signal would get stuck "ON" when turning LEFT. They took no ownership of the issue and didn't even apologize. I've serviced both of my vehicles here for years without a single problem, but the moment an issue arised that they caused, they refused to take responsibility of it and offered only a half-assed fix. If it wasn't their fault, why would they even touch the panel to fix it after I dropped it off. I will no longer be bringing either of my vehicles to have them serviced at this location.

I didn't need any appointment. They placed our van on the lift, checked it out, pointed out what needed to be done, didn't sell me anything I don't need, and repaired what needed to be repaired only.
