What a great experience and what a great guy! Adrian really cares what his customers think and he cares about doing good business.He gives you the truth and keeps his promises. It is unheard of in this business about this kind of small, at home feeling type of company. He cares about his reputation and doing right for his customers. I am a passionate person and came off fairly abrasive because I expected to be ripped off or to haggle. But there really was no need. He was kind, calm, cool and just had a sense of authenticity about him. He was very calm and respectful. He answered all of my questions and I didn't really have to negotiate or bargain with him. He was able to really sell me a great car for an amazing price without the extra stress that you can expect at all the other car dealerships. This is where you go to buy a car, don't waste your time with other places because what ends up happening is other places will waste your time, waste your money and sell you sometimes not the best car. Best Experience Ever! Super friendly! Other dealers make you feel like you are a bother to them or that you are wasting their time but they are super helpful, friendly and above all, HONEST. I was looking for a Jeep Wrangler and I found it here. All their cars look good, plus there is a free autocheck reports on their website. This place is a joke, It has to be the worst customer service ever. I was looking to buy a Toyota sienna from them, but when I noticed a broken tail light and loose headlight they refused to fix. The owners brother Radu and Adrian said the best they could do is put a piece of red tape from home depot on the tail light and some type of glue on the front head light. what a joke ,and as far as the 3 month warranty as described as being free, good luck they wanted $40 a month for some low grade coverage. This will teach me to deal with amateurs and small time places. Ended up buying a super clean used Toyota from Fox lake Toyota, for the same price and what a difference it was. read more

I planned on writing a review for this place a good while after I bought a car from them. After a few strolls around in the old vehicle, I'd have to say that this place is A-OK. A few things: -I bought a 2001 Volkswagen Golf from here. When I went to look at it, they were doing some work on it and asked if I could wait a half and hour to check it out. At first I thought, "Sketchy!" but then they proceeded to ask me if I'd like to take a look at the car real quick. So they took me to the service center in the back and let me look at it when it wasn't decent. One point. -When it was finished (a half an hour like they told me), they gave me the keys to the car and told me to check it out. No pressure. They also didn't join me for the ride, giving me free reign on checking out the car. ALSO, they gave me 10 bucks and told me I could put some gas in it. Another point. -I checked out the rest of their stock and they seemed to have a pretty good selection. They only had a handful of cars, all of which were in pretty good shape--ranging from lower end cars to higher end cars. No matter which one, though, all of the cars were well maintained. I'd say most were a steal. -When I came back to actually buy the car, they let me take it to another mechanic to check it out. I took it to a place a few miles down the street and the mechanic told me that the car was in the best shape it possibly could be for its age and mileage. More points. All in all, these guys don't pressure you or try to give you a bum deal. It seems to me that it's just a bunch of dudes who enjoy selling a few good cars that they've managed to get a deal on. They don't carry a bunch of shitty cars and a few high end ones, they just have 10 or so on their lot at a time. I ended up the car with 33,000 miles on it. It was 10 YEARS OLD. I saw the whole history of the car and it was always maintained well by the person who owned it previously. Now, almost a year later, the car has been across country more than once with ZERO problems. Of course, there are things that need to get taken care of. I have to replace the tires (age) and the shocks in the rear need to be replaces. There are other minor issues, but nothing surprising for a car of this age. I highly recommend them. You'll get good service and a good car at a very fair price. read more

I was debating for a while to write review or not. So here I am: I was looking for a car with no accident and specifically Prius V Five. Using all the filters I found one car on Cargurus which was Admiral Motors's car. I bought a car and took it for inspection: it needed brakes and rotors to be changed which I did. After all work has been done the service person told me that , " your Prius V FOUR likely has been in an ACCIDENT". That was a shock for me. I called back to Admiral and explained that I was specifically looking for the car with no accident and Trim FIVE, but this car HAD an accident and it's not FIVE. The owner told me that it was Cargurus's fault. By Cargurus's policy dealer has a responsibility to correct any mistyping or misleading informations. They conveniently ignored it or intentionally placed misleading ad. The dealer owner told me that " that is only AD and anybody can write anything they want". They denIed any faults and of course denied any refund for selling me wrong car with misleading advertisement. After 10 days I ended up returning the car. By the way they raised the price for the car after I replaced brakes and rotors : Not surprised. I paid $1069 for repairs at Toyota dealer and Admiral motors said that it was my problem that I choose expensive place to do the repairs. Eventually, they agreed to pay on my behalf 200$ fee to my loaner(because I cancelled loan ahead of time). Adrian has sent me list of his losses because of all this transaction but I don't think he has any loss. He already jumped up price on that car, and if he was honest in placing advertisements Neither of us would've gone through all this. Remarkably, they were not rude but never admitted their wrongdoing. Looks like it's their established way of doing business and they don't see anything wrong by misleading people to lure them coming to them.So, if you want dealer that rip you off in " nice friendly" manners then you go for it. But certainly this place is Not Honest, Not Reliable, Bot Trustworthy! I guess one star was given to the fact that they at least not rude. But behind their politeness hides unforgiving, horrible, greedy, slimy nature. I hope this will help somebody not to make mistake I made. If you have no experience with used car dealers the DON'T GO to this place. read more
