Kelly the GM at this location was a savior. I had my oil changed at another jiffy location and they failed to change an o ring on the oil filter cap. I blew out 5 qts of oil. Luckily my car has a warning system so it never got low enough to cause damage. Kelly investigated the problem and told me exactly what she found. Truth matters. She cleaned the engine and skid plates, changed the filter, installed a new oil Pan plug and made sure a new o ring was used. She was obviously concerned about the poor workmanship from another location. She went out of her way to make it right. Her only objective was to make it right, and she did just that. read more

The worst auto shop I've ever brought a car to. Came here to change the oil and brake pads. They did their job for 5 hours, charging 110$ per hour,and forgot to change my oil. I came back they charged me again for oil change. read more

Had to get two tires put on. I was able to watch them from the lobby. In 2 1/2 hours, two tech working on my car, they both worked a combined total of maybe a half hour. The rest of the time, they were standing around, wondering off, or just standing there staring at my vehicle like it was going to turn into a Decepticon, or something. Lazy and unmotivated staff made a 1/2 job turn into 2 1/2 hours. Save your time and go someplace else with your hard earned money. read more

The worst! The manager is horrible too! Manager just has excuses. I was told my tire pressure was checked and good, they never even checked it even tho my paperwork says they did. They gave me car back with dashboard light on for low tire pressure. Very shady business, I wouldn't trust them. read more

Definitely would not recommend jiffy lube for an oil change. I took my Mazda in about a month ago and immediately noticed my car started leaking oil. It consistently kept leaking so I went back to the same jiffy lube and asked them to check it. Less than 5 minutes after pulling the car in to look at it they gave me back the keys and told me everything was fine and that it was just pooled up oil that came out. I didn't see them even lift up the hood and when I got home it continued to leak. All in all to say I am now at a Firestone where they showed me that the filter was not at all screwed in properly, causing oil to spill down the entire bottom front of my car. Definitely won't be going back to jiffy lube since I'm paying the same amount for a better job at Firestone across the street. read more

Needed my oil changed on a tight schedule and I was in and out in less than half an hour, which is the only reason for any stars. 1. Their price was twice what I pay at the dealership. 2. For the time I was waiting I had to listen to the guy working at the desk rant conspiracy theories. 3. After I paid they handed me a sticker to put on my windshield and sent me on my way, but forgot to give me my keys so I had to track someone down to find them. 4. They didn't reset my maintenance required light. Bottom line: If you're in a hurry they'll get the job done but you'll pay a lot more for inferior service. read more

My husband and I arrived at the Price Creek Way Jiffy Lube just before closing time on January 23, 2020. We expected to be turned away due to the hour but were instead greeted with a welcoming smile. The service we received was efficient, thorough, professional, and friendly. We were most pleased and appreciative. The Jiffy team did not overlook any detail of service. I came to have my tires installed and aligned. I was told it would take about an hour. After 3 hours of waiting, they finally had my tires installed but no alignment. I was unable to wait any longer and left without the alignment. When I was leaving they told me during installation one of the tire sensors had broken and they would replace it. A month later and having to call them multiple times for when they would have the sensor, I finally was told I could come have it fixed. I went in today and was told it would take about 30 minutes. Ha! It took them over 2 hours and now ALL 4 SENSORS are not working!! There is also a lot of shaking now when I touch my brakes. I have no clue if I will get this fixed correctly. Please consider other options before you have them work on your vehicle. Update: They were able to fix the 4 sensors and I am satisfied with the results. read more

Andrew the "Customer Relations Manager" had the worst customer service that I've personally ever had to deal with. I had an issue with something that needed to be addressed with a manager so my concern was sent to him. He reached out to me via email to help resolve it. He asked when a good time to call me so we could discuss the concern. When he called, unfortunately I couldn't answer the phone at that specific moment and he left me a voice mail. I called him back within 10 min and got someone else. I had told that person how he had just called me and to please call me back. This happened over 2 weeks ago. I have yet to receive a call back. When he first reached out to me he never even bothered to understand what my original concern was which was communication between his staff and the customers. Instead, he immediately defended his staff and sent me some fact sheet about the type of oil should be put in my car. I NEVER had that issue to begin with. And Andrew never took the time to listen to my concerns. He jumped to conclusions. And then when I emailed Jiffy Lube again asking for a refund, no one even responded. I'm done with this company and I do not recommend, especially this location. read more

Wow! Had oil changed yesterday.. oil in my driveway and garage floor! My driveway was perfect, until now! Took vehicle back and they simply wiped the shields under car - same thing ... still leaking oil in my garage. Why not pay attention when draining oil? If you spill oil, clean it up the right way. Why not treat the vehicle like it is YOUR vehicle? Vehicle has skid plates and they spilled oil everywhere - now I have to remove the skid plate myself and clean it? I will NEVER go back here again. Everyone reading - you have been warned - take your money somewhere else. A real shame - brand new location near my home - will NEVER go back again! read more
