Here's a real deal that I have never seen. With every oil change, they will change your windshield wiper blades - for free! Who does this? With your consent, they also put in an engine oil supplement that actually provides a warranty. This too is free. I relaxed in a nice waiting room, and enjoyed the experience of NOT getting pitched for additional work. The total bill was $30 plus tax. I'm never one to write reviews but they definitely deserve one. The service here is out of this world and they fixed my car in a timely manner. Not only did they fix what I brought the car in for, but I also asked them to look at my turn signal and see what was wrong because it wasn't blinking correctly. They ended up fixing the problem for free, which I was ecstatic about since another repair place was going to charge me $200 just to run tests to see what was wrong!! I found them in a search, they have a high customer rating and they're close to my home. They are car guys and they're easy to talk to about your problems. More fabrications demands a rebuttal using the -facts- of this matter. It was my intention to intricately describe the entire event, including the simplicity of the number of actual bolts to do the job. This was in hopes of directing others to investigate what is fair in both labor and parts costs before agreeing to a repair... Being told "the calipers are LOCKED-UP" tells me the vehicle can NOT be moved from the shop until the calipers are replaced. {An old -trick- that often gets the job} In my case, in the unlikely event this was true, spraying WD40 into the rubber dust covers on the calipers will free them enough to drive to another shop. This was my request! NOT on the pads! I employed ASE Master Techs, I am ASE certified and NEVER use back-yard mechanics! Were it not for health issues, I'd do this simple job myself... This vehicle was not registered because it had just been purchased and by Florida law we had 3 days after it was road worthy, but this was delayed by this awful event. An honest shop estimate with lifetime guarantee parts and one year labor was $444., or $956 less than your estimate...SAME EXACT JOB! You have been deceptive and should you continue, the truth -will- dig you much a deeper hole with the State. The fan assembly you installed on our Pontiac and charged over two and one half times that of book time for one. Book $113. You $250. Really? read more

How often do you find honest, helpful businesses when you become stranded in a place you're traveling through? This company does all of this and more. As we were driving back to Indiana from Bonita Springs we lost our transmission on I-75. I found Complete Auto on Yelp with good reviews. I called-somewhat desperate-and he assured me he could help even giving me a number to call for a tow truck. Once we arrived they were honest and open about the damages and cost. All the staff seemed vested in helping me, my husband, my 92 year old father and his dog, find a solution. My step father opted to get another car and Ron (the owner) helped by calling a friend that worked at a car place. 6 hours later we were on the road again. Ron even offered to buy the broken car. Sorry just had to report my perspective. A $48 oil change didn't seem like a competitive price to me and neither did $90 diagnostics. Maybe I was spoiled where I come from a good deal was $19-29 for oil, and free diagnostic if you get it repaired with them. I made the appointment based on the yelp reviews touting honesty, free wiper blades, perks and whatnot... but FYI none of that came with my oil change. I don't want to dog the place. They were nice enough and maybe we'll chalk it up to the quality of the products they use. Maybe they're great mechanics? Didn't stay to find out. SOMEWHAT TROUBLING: They said one caliper was cracked.... suspicious because those things rarely do that on this vehicle. I called at least 5-7 other mechanics about their rates on fixing it. Finally found someone and lo and behold.... it was NOT cracked!! Perfectly sound. Not a thing wrong with it. So... was it a false alarm? An honest mistake? Or were they wanting to pull-one on an unsuspecting innocent to make a cool little $200 cash in a strapped economy? I honestly don't know what to think. Anyway, I'm very glad others have had stellar wonderful experiences here. The people I dealt with just weren't one's I'd chose again. read more

The mechanic looked over everything and found that my brake fluid was low because I had leaky brake cylinders. Without even having to ask, Jim took me out to see the problem for myself. I agreed to the repairs and he gave me 10% off just for mentioning their website! They also found that my rear back up light was out, and fixed it for no extra charge. I could not be happier with their honesty and the service that I received. The repairs even come with a 2 year warranty. It was so nice to go in for an oil change and leave confident that my car was in good shape all around. I hardly ever write a review, but people need to know about my experience. Took my 2015 Subaru in to have the front stabilizer bar replaced, all four brakes replaced and an oil change. I had several emails back and forth with Ron Morgan, specifically asked him to be sure if I was getting Genuine Subaru ceramic brakes and his response back to me was "yes in deed ma'am' that's all I use on the Subarus". Okay, went ahead and had them do the agreed upon service. The day my car was supposed to be ready, I called to see if could come and pick it up, and I was told they had a problem with the stabilizer bar (which goes in the front end of my car) - they needed the car another day or two. Okay, no problem. When I got the car back, while driving it home, I realized the AC was blowing warm air. The next morning when I went to drive the car, the warm air from the AC was now HOT. I called Ron and he immediately said "well, it's nothing we did"! Bring it back and I will put some freon in it. I brought the car back and he charged the freon. He pulled it up front and said, it's blowing cold now, you should be all set. As I was going out the door, I was saying goodby to his wife and she says to me in a weird way "oh....you'll be back"! I found that to be really weird. If all it needed was a little freon, why would I be back? Did the wife know it was going to leak out within a few minutes and I was going to have to come back??? I only live about 10 minutes from their shop and by the time I got home, guess what? HOT AIR again. I have NEVER had a problem with my AC system. I dropped the car off at Ron Morgan's shop and picked it up after they did service on it and now I NO longer have working AC! How would you feel if it were you car? Be very careful bringing your car to this shop. There are other MORE trustworthy/reliable mechanics in the area! *** Ron Morgan, why leave a response if it's nothing but lies? We never discussed anything about aftermarket parts?? I told you I only wanted Genuine Subaru parts on my car and you knew that from the start. (It's too bad Yelp doesn't allow attachments because I would be able to show the emails where I asked you specifically the question about the genuine Subaru parts and then the world could see your response back to me and see how much you lie). However, go on FaceBook because I also left the same review on his page: Complete Auto Repair. There you can attach emails. You will see with your own eyes how Ron Morgan lies!!!! I ask: the brakes I am getting are "Subaru" ceramic brakes, correct? and his reply back: "yes ma'am, they are the only ones I install on the Subarus." NEVER ONCE did we discuss cheaper parts making the price cheaper. I didn't take my car back to the Subaru dealer because that's where my ex-husband works and I have a restraining order against him. It's none of Ron's business and he doesn't know what the heck he is talking about*** You also knew about the AC problem since the very beginning, as my review clearly states, the car was brought back to you the very next day (and you even state I brought it back to you the very next day, so don't say you didn't know anything about it?!) I have been trying to get this resolved since December and STILL NO RESOLUTION! Your response claims that you have taken care of these problems 100's of times! LOL, I am quite sure that part is true because you definitely break things on customers cars and then try and charge them unnecessarily just to try and line your pockets with more money. You took advantage of me, broke my ac and figured I would run back to you and line your pockets with more of my money. (that's why your wife said "oh....you'll be back" as I was leaving!!!!! Your broke it, you should be responsible for fixing it at NO CHARGE TO ME, the customer! When I wouldn't go along with your scam, you refused to pay for the fix and that is why there is has been NO RESOLUTION since December. And another thing Ron Morgan, this is the very first YELP review I have ever left, but I have been working with you for almost eight (8) months on trying to get my AC problem resolved with NO resolution. I am sorry, I know it's hard to get a bad review, but you have lied to me about the parts, taken advantage of me, broke my ac and been down right condescending and unwilling to resolve a problem your shop created. We know someone who went to Complete Auto because other mechanics wanted to do a $4,000 repair. The guys at Complete Auto were able to fix the vehicle for less than $1,000. It feels great when you go to a mechanic and they tell you exactly what is wrong with your vehicle and they do not lie to get a bigger sale from you. These guys are so efficient and thorough. They explain the details and offer rates per hour (for labor) far better than our local dealer.
