I needed a last minute oil change before I took a road trip, and I called the Jiffy Lube in Omaha North 72nd & Sorenson Parkway in the Target parking lot. My husband gave me a lot of advice about how to deflect the additional services that he assumed I would be pressured into purchasing, but he was wrong! My trip to Jiffy Lube was one of the most pleasant service experiences I've ever had. James answered the phone when I called to see if they would be able to fit me in, he greeted me at my car when I got there and remembered our conversation, he got me in and out quickly with no additional services recommended, and he even gave me a coupon which saved me money. The other guys working there were just as pleasant and attentive as James was. I waited inside the building while they worked on my car, and was out of there in 15 minutes. James even opened my door for me and reminded me of the extras included with my oil change. Did you know you can get your tires checked and windshield wiper fluid topped off between oil changes free of charge? I didn't either. I highly recommend this shop!! read more

So, I've been told I'm pretty "high maintenance", Sadly, it's a true statement, I'm really hard to please. This morning, I'm of course running late to work, but in bad need of an oil change. I pulled up at Jiffy Lube and when Leo walked up - I asked how long it would be, he said 25-30 minutes. I sighed, tell him I'm running late, he replies "they will do their best." He led me into the waiting area. On the way pointed out the restroom, remote for the TV and offered me a fresh cup of coffee. Literally - it took his team less than 10 minutes. I was stunned! We live in a world where good customer service is REALLY hard to come by. These guys were polite, friendly, courteous and the facility is clean. I mean the restrooms, chairs, floor - everything! They completely EXCEEDED my expectations!!!! I've been a patron at this location ever since they opened, and I will continue. Service like this is hard to come by! The service here is excellent. After my first visit, the undercarriage to my car wasn't secured correctly. It came loose and was damaged. I returned, expecting a battle, but the manager, Leo, ordered a new one for me. Recently, I returned when my check engine light was on. I feared I'd added too much oil. Leo recommended an oil change (which was almost due anyway). The code reader said I needed a spark plug, but Leo told me to see if the oil change fixed the issue. He said to return a few days later if the problem persisted and they would check it again. Many people might have taken advantage of the situation, but Leo didn't. He and the other employees are always friendly and helpful. As long as this type of customer service continues, I'm a customer for life. read more

I had the best customer experience that ive had in a long time. This past Friday I got off work late and I went to Jiffy Lube. As soon as I pulled up Mr Leo was waiting outside I got out and he met me halfway with a smile. I explained to him that I had planned to go to Kansas City the next morning and he said that he will check things under the hood. They topped my fluids off and even added air to my tires. I left my car at Jiffy Lube with a man named Jimmi while I went to Target and when I returned, my car was ready to go. Mister Jimmi was very friendly, quite knowledgeable and I was most pleased with the service. Wonderful honest service A+++++ Leo and Aaron were working when I arrived. I needed the transmission fluid changed in my 2011 Toyota Prius. They took care of me at 1/3 of the price the dealer charges. I was allowed to observe the process by wearing some safety gear, but at least I could watch and see what was actually being done. I had a few other questions about the engine and both Leo and Aaron took some added time and gave me some good advice. I stopped in to Jiffy Lube to have my oil changed. They were immediately right there to see what I needed. I also needed a few things checked battery, fluids, etc. I could not have asked for any better service. We were all on a first name basis before I left. Stopped at 3 other places for a simple oil change. Everyone told me they were short staffed and could not do it today. Pulled up to this Jiffy Lube and was greeted at my car by Leo who took great care of me (as far as opening all doors for me). I was in and out in 30 minutes even with all bays full when I pulled in. 100% satisfied with the service of Leo and his men! I will be back. P.S. They helped me as soon as they could and we found the problem, fixed it, and I was on my way in a few minutes. I got an oil change at this location, they were quick and very easy to work with. I got a $15 discount because of the oil I purchased, plus I was able to get an additional $25 eGift Card after completing the registration. This is the second time I visit Jiffy Lube and was more impressed then the last! The CSA, James B, also informed me of the "top off" that comes along with the oil package as well. the whole process took about 15 minutes, and that was with one person in front of me. the guy gave me the options, recommended the high mileage oil for my van, but didnt try to guilt trip me or sell me when i went with the cheaper option. there was a coupon which said it was required to bring it in but i didnt have a printer. he gave me the discount without it and sent me on my way. very professional and courteous, would recommend. read more

I have always had a good experience at this Jiffy Lube. They are courteous and helpful and the facility is clean and pleasant. Today I had both the oil change and tire pressure lights on so I stopped at Jiffy Lube. After checking out the car, Leo told me I wasn't due for an oil change yet, the tire pressure was fine (cold weather), they reset the lights and they topped off the fluids. Best yet, no charge! Excellent service! Ben was such a great help, I went in for an oil change and he noticed my light was kinda janky. He took a look at it and did a quick fix and gave me pointers on how to go about getting it fixed. Their team here does an amazing, thorough job! I LOVE Jiffy Lube! They are the only ones that do my oil change and include with it: topping off all other fluids, airing up my tires, and doing an overall well check on my car for free of charge. They are reasonably priced and very friendly. Customer service is important to them, you can tell! And you get to stay in your car the entire time they work on it if you want to :) read more
