Went here for my previous oil change because I didn't have time to do it myself, like usual. People were nice it was quick. I did the next oil change myself, the oil filter was extremely overtightened. I have never had an issue taking the filter off before coming here. Ok. I "checked in" because I thought I was going to leave a shitty review because their employees, or so I thought, were RUDE. But! Ok, so I pulled up and the guy comes out of the room and points, with his little finger to direct me where to go, but I barely saw it (his finger) because he was pointing like my son does.Luckily I am a pro at seeing vague pointing fingers and was able to go in the right lane. Then he comes up to my window and ask me what I wanted. "Um oil change?" then he goes okay and I go to the waiting room and wait.. wait.. and wait. Took my truck over to the 84th street location in Omaha, NE. Store #3321. I was greeted right away from a kid and welcomed me and told me they would be right with me. A lovely gal got me checked in ( Francesca P) and all set up. Over me the lounge to hang out in but I let her know I will be just wandering around outside. The DM that was there doing a store visit was awesome and had great conversations with him while my truck was getting serviced. I worked at many Jiffy lubes years ago so I understand what it takes to do their job. They were all extremely polite and professional. Highly recommend this location! My boyfriend and I needed our oil changed in both our vehicles. They looked extremely busy but were more than willing to give us the service we needed! They were finished fairly quickly and because we needed two vehicles done they gave us a discount for the second car! Do not go to this location! I say it again do not go to this location. I went there today and paid $50 for an oil change. The manager Monica G. is in a scam together with a Scott S. the team lead and Adrian M. the under the hood worker. The 3 of them are as jive as they come. I left with the same black oil as when I pulled into the lot. They charged me for an oil change and just put on a new filter and then topped it off. They did not drain my oil. Additionally, they were so bold they left my washer fluid, brake fluid and driver steering fluid near empty! These top offs are included in the oil change. They use scare tactics and tell you that you have " excessive leaks" when you don't . They even fight and demean each other in front of you while you sit in horror at what is happening. The most unprofessional , rip off report in town. I would guess this isn't the first time these 3 have played this game on a paying customer. They offer the worst sub service available. I had to pull into another location on 180th Wright to get fresh oil and fresh fluids after I left 147th Maple today. Yahafas and his brother Yasaker completely helped fix this wrong so I wouldn't have to face the people who just ripped me off cold and with no remorse. I called them after and Scott basically defended Adriens actions and attempted to call me a liar. I hope the BBB investigates them . I almost wanted to file a police report. This location needs shut down. Do not go there guys. You will be ripped off. You cannot trust them with your keys or your expensive car or your money. read more

I've always received quick and excellent service from this location. I've made the mistake of going to other places like Valvoline on 108th and Q, and I never receive the same level of customer service like Jiffy Lube gives. These gentlemen are great about recommending services and not pushing them on you. During my last visit, the service guy even gave me a coupon and saved me a nice bit of money.
