Now, I understand that they can't just waste their time chasing codes for free, but yes that was a little steep. I paid it because I needed my car repaired, and I really do like them. That being said, they now charge $253 to diagnose a check engine light. I just cannot afford to pay $250 simply to walk in the door before the repair pricing even begins, so I have had no choice but to take my car repair business elsewhere. They do a fantastic job, the techs are wonderful, the repairs have been good, but they have priced me out of being able to take my car to them.
