I had my toddler with me, and they immediately noticed and offered her crayons and a coloring book to keep her entertained while we waited. It's the little things like that make such a big difference as a parent. I don't usually handle the car maintenance myself--my husband typically takes care of it--but I had to bring it in this time. As a woman who's not well-versed in mechanics, I've often felt uneasy in the past with other places that pressure you into upsells. That was not the case here. Ace was completely transparent, never pushy, and explained everything clearly without any upselling or unnecessary "extras." I really appreciated the honesty. When my daughter started having a mild tantrum, they were incredibly patient, letting me take care of her without rushing or making me feel awkward.
