this Jiffy Lube location is great, the work area is clean and organized, Zion the manager is super knowledgeable and staff is efficient and locked in. They move cars through fast and are very friendly. There's also coupons available and service is reasonably priced. (Great value). They also work on our motorhome / rv, and it can be hard to find places to work on it for us. The waiting room is clean and bright and air conditioned in hot days. read more

Came in for an Oil change and tire rotation, asked multiple times that my tires were rotated and was repeatedly told yes. Got my car back drove down the road and immediately noticed my tires were in fact not rotated. Took it back and was lied to again. Manager came out and told me they didn't end up rotating my tires. I got an oil change here and they unbolted my transmission pan I assume by mistake then closed it back up. By doing that they broke the seal and all my transmission fluid leaked out. I took it back before the fluid leaked out to see what happened and the manager stated that it was a transmission issue which they could not fix. They also didn't hold themselves accountable for dumping the fluid. read more

I went in for oil change early Saturday morning on August 31 and I thought everything was OK. They greeted me. They got my car in and out I left everything was fine. I went to get on the highway to go on my trip which is at least four hours away two hours until the trip. My car starts giving me a signal that my oil pressure was being interrupted and that my oil pressure was low and that I needed to stop the car and my engine was overheating. I have never had any car problems Ever before going to Jiffy Lube. My car broke down on the side of the highway. I was stuck on 95 for two hours waiting on a tow truck to tell me to my destination. I called Jiffy Lube to tell them what was going on nobody could really help me. I talk to a couple workers who were calling me back-and-forth with no solutions no answers. I asked to speak to a store manager. They gave me a general manager who called me on Sunday, which was still no help. He said he would have the store manager called me which I still have not spoken to the store manager at all. I had to call corporate, which I had to file a claim because right now I have no working car and I put out a lot of money for tow trucks because I was stuck in stranded on the highway because of work that they claim they did I have never had any car problems. I would not suggest anyone go to this. Jiffy Lube and I will update my review once I get a update with what they are going to do about my car situation Right now. I have no car at all.. read more

I usually go to Valvoline instant oil change but this jiffy lube is the closest to my new apartment. Hymir helped us and was very good at explaining what was going on but was not too pushy with trying to upsell. overall it was a good experience and he was very helpful it's just a lot slower than valvoline. read more

An hour passed before i got up to see my car sitting out front. asked the man at the counter if the car was done and if so why no one had told me? the waited 20 mins to be checked out because of "computer problems." But let's say you arrive 4pm which is normal or rather the company should be expecting an increase in customers around that time it's rush hour accidents, folks getting off work etc etc. And let's say the closing time reads 7 pm or so. Well at this particular location not once but twice, I have been turned away. They told me because it's too late, they're wrapping things up to close the first time I believe I got there in all fairness I'd say approximately 4:45ish u still have 3h left before closing. It was my first time at Jiffy Lube and wish I never went. I saw one of the employees crash a customers car and the manager zip tied it back together. When I left and got onto the highway my car was making a lot of noise. When I looked under the car the plate was missing screws. I called and their solution was for me to return and they could zip tie my car back together. They gave me the phone number for the district manager. It went straight to voicemail. I left a message and never got a call back. if this is what we noticed happened what else are they doing, or not doing? Bad, bad, bad. read more

If I could give a zero I would. I went in to get an oil change. The guy asked me if I also wanted to change my air filter, break oil and fill up my washer fluid. I said sure. They charged me. Then I hear one of the "mechanics" say that they are out of new air filters. I asked the man checking me out if he could refund me for the filter because they didn't change it. He told me the mechanics didn't know what they were talking about and he'd find me a new one. The "mechanic" never changed it and put my old one back in. I said something to the check out man and he refunded me. However, I go to use my wipers the next day and NO FLUID. They didn't even give me new fluid. They asked me to leave and review via email and I said my concerns and I got no response back. Will NEVER go here again. They are scamming people and don't know what they're doing. read more

My son went to get an oil change and I guess they also checks the tire pressure as well .My son say a woman put air in his tires and then he left. Few mile away his pressure light comes on and he figures it would go off . Long story short she broke his tire sensor and they tell him that they are not responsible for it. short version: went here in 5/18 waited 2.5 hours before they notified me that whoever did my oil last time tightened my oil reservoir cap too tight and they couldn't get it off. the funny thing is this jiffy lube is the ones who did my oil last time in February. Took it to valvoline and they had to break the cap clean off with a hammer. long story short don't ever come here u less you want your car destroyed. Forgot to mention they cracked the cap at jiffy lube and my engine was leaking oil and almost blew up on the highway so not only do they destroy your car they put your life in danger too. read more

I am a return Jiffy Lube customer. I like the convenience of the locations, but this is at least the third time I am dissatisfied with my service at your locations. The technicians performed my oil change yesterday with their usual efficiency. Before changing the oil, I asked them to please ensure that 1) the odomoter was reset to miles (it had been set to kilometers by accident last time I visited JL) and to please please check the tire pressure. The tire light had been on for several days, and aside from the oil change, my other main reason for visiting Jiffy Lube was to ensure my air pressure was safe. I thankfully did not pull away from the lot right after the technician pulled up my car. NEITHER the odomoter was reset nor was the tire light off. The tech was clearly at the end of his shift, and although he was polite and passed it off to another employee, it was super frustrating as a customer to be told "yes we checked your tires" and to see that the light was clearly on. Not only was it frustrating, it's downright unsafe to be sending cars back out on the road like that. I am a pretty patient person but at this point I'd rather either pay the extra money and go to Toyota or make an appointment at my old time mechanic who doesn't work on weekends. It's just not worth my money and lack of safety to rely on Jiffy Lube, which is incredibly inconsistent. I also needed to call twice to have my receipt sent to my email. The tech did not confirm my email address before I left and it went to an incorrectly typed address. I called the location and they are working to correct my email address so I can provide you with an invoice number. read more

Did they really change my oil with new oil? They removed the oil into a container---then they came back with the rolling container empty and oil in a pouring container. I did not see the empty oil bottles. Seemed shady to me. No worries. Won't be back and don't recommend jiffy lube on ridge ave in Roxborough (combined with car wash). read more

A mother would never change her child on that filthy bed . the toilet seat and surrounding were full of old urine. The assistants Joe and Brandon changed my oil quickly and even let me know I should get my flex pipe looked at because it had wear. Went in for an oil change on my Prius. There were some other issues with my brake fluid and some other minor things. James the mechanic went over all the details of each needed service with me and answered all my questions. He even talked on the phone with my dad and explained everything to him as I'm not very good with cars! I was concerned about the price but he was able to give me a good discount. I just paid 29.99 for a managers special and they didn't even whip down my front display. I spilt coffee on my door and it was still there. The car did need a through vacuuming which is why I got the highest car wash package they offer. Only one guy was on my car and he seemed to bothered. Save your money and go some place that will act as if they care. On 11/16/22, Jiffy Lube 3766 damaged my engine, compensation needed immediately for repair. Old oil was not drained and they overfilled oil. Here is the report from Subaru, service representative Harry Louy: 12/2/22 "on your crosstrek it was driven for a while with the oil being double filled causing seal damage as well as putting oil in places where it was not intended. this is causing the engine to run very rough and now currently has piston slap as you can hear it from the vehicle idling let alone putting a load on it (driving it at in town or highway speeds). total for parts and labor is $6367 plus tax as long as nothing else is broken." On 11/16/22 10:36am I had my oil change performed by Jiffy Lube 3766. Subaru 2018 white Crosstrek. I have the work history record with said information with my plate number. Invoice number is 2531. On 12/2/22 after my third attempt, Jiffy Lube mechanic Branden J., who performed the service that damaged my car along with mechanic Richard H, finally refunded my oil change in cash of $89.14 for which they admitted to be at fault. I asked him numerous times for contact info of regional manager- last name , phone number and email. I was refused information. They simply said "we call him Sean" I called the number of Maurice (Williams) printed on bottom of receipt- 484-326-4071 it went straight to voicemail. I need your assistance to put me in touch with the proper personnel to process this request. Franchise owner of Jiffy alive 3766 is responsible for the damage done by its employees to my car, is responsible for bill of my car repair and I need the compensation immediately without delay.
