This place is a front for something else...1 they charged 95$ to tow a car 0.1 less than a block away and then do a shotty pass po job in replacing a fuel which they charged over 700$ then couldn't provide the written warranty other than telling me to keep the receipt..I shouldn't have gone to them!..I would not recommend it unless you are Hispanic.. if you don't speak Spanish be prepared to be taken advantage of!... first and last and they never will get my business again and I recommend mcfalls up the street read more

Went in for a patch and couldn't get it due to the patch needing to be done on the side of the tire. They were charging me $10 to just say they couldn't saying they inspected the tire. And then to end it off they messed up two of my lug nuts like damn and they still wanted to pay. Wouldn't recommend going at all. read more

Scam, scam scam! The owner and all of his workers are untrustworthy. Do not go here. Stay away unless you want to be scammed and be without your car for days without any info or work being done. Ask around first! Other car repair shops in the area know all about this guy and his shady shop. Nava tried to charge me $300+ dollars for work I didn't ask for and they still can't figure out what they're doing. A week ago I went in for a $120 diagnostic. They had said any work I need, the $120 will go towards. So after they had my vehicle in their shop for DAYS without calling me back, or any communication at all... they tried to charge me $300 for work I didn't ask for!! Then when I pressed the issue saying that I had only paid for a diagnostic, then the dollar amount changed.... Then they said I owe $215... It was supposed to be $120 diagnostic and they were gonna let me know what's going on. The sensors that they put in and I paid for it didn't work and the light turned on the next day. I'm trying to get my car to pass emissions as I've told them many times. The next day the check engine light turned on again! Finally got in touch with the owner again and he said he could remove the sensors that they put in (without permission) and give me the car back . Finally I had to go over there and get my keys from them once I got the car. But they did not remove the sensors from my car and still kept the money. They still don't know what's wrong with my car after having it for 5 days! I literally called 27 times in the past three days and was either hung up on or put on hold never to be spoken to. Called around the area and all of the repair shops LAUGHED when I mentioned Nava. I was repeatedly told that "We fix peoples cars after they've been to Nava" The owner Nava is shady and rude, and so we're all of the other mechanics and people I came in contact with at his shop. Have visited Nava several times over a year and a half. They aren't very organized but, they get the job done. I've had them repair things on my car three different times (engine mounts, window gear repair, and ac unit fix) and was satisfied with my service each time. However, I recommended my mother to get her door lock fixed by them and it stopped working again about a week later. Then, I recommended my brother to go there and they lost his deposit and almost overcharged him on his ac repair before they found it. I also recommended them to my brother's girlfriend for an ac fix and she said hers is working fine a month later! If this place is close by you and you need a small, inexpensive type thing done, give them a chance, maybe just don't expect perfection because like I said, they can be busy and disorganized. I'll be taking my car to them at least one more time since they've honestly done decent work for me specifically. read more

In the 8 years I've been in Phoenix Ive shopped around trying to find an honest mechanic and I've found one! I don't understand how the one comment below stated they took advantage of her because she was a female, I do my homework no matter where I go, even if it's a trusted mechanic and this company had very fair prices and never once did they over price me in a quote. So far all the work I've had done has withstood the test of time. They get parts with lifetime warranties and guarantee their work for at least one year. I would recommend to anyone and they have a customer for life with me and my family. read more

Don't go here guys, they over charge you. I went in for a radiator replacement and I brought my own supplies which was the radiator and the antifreeze. The guy tried to lie to me and said that I didn't have antifreeze, when we went to ask the other employee he said there was but it was water. I had bought that antifreeze at autozone. It was not water, then they charged me extra because they used "their antifreeze". Btw my car still has the service engine turned on. read more

I'm reserving my review but this looks like the pervious shop simply changed its name. They even have the same set up & Marco's tinting is still operating from the location. The pervious shop was very bad for business so If the telltale signs are right I won't be doing business here anytime soon. read more

They fucking lazy af and don't do there job I've brought my truck to them and the engine is under warranty I've gave them over 2,000 and today I got stranded in downtown Phx had to get a tow truck to the shop and I was there first in the morning i asked if they would check my truck and see what's going on they said they would call me shortly it's been over 5 hours I passed by and my truck hasent moved I kept calling before I drove to the shop and no answer they simply only care about money I just hope they give me my truck back and it works fine last time I ever bringing any vehicle here or recommend this shop read more
