Very polite and courteous. I needed an inspection and they did it in about 10 minutes. Been there twice and had good experiences both times.

I'd give them a negative if I was able to. My wife went there for a state inspection. Of course they started telling her the air filters needed to be changed. I told my wife to go ahead and do it. While she was there I asked her to ask if they did rear diff exchange. They said yes and they'll do it. They completed the job but didn't see them charge for rear diff on reciept. Came home, the brakes aren't working properly, there are fluids leaking from rear of the vehicle, and the car didn't want to start the next day. This morning the car is throwing multiple sensors! This place is trash!!! My vehicle has never had any issues! This place swaps out your perfectly fine parts for older used parts from different vehicles (my car battery). They do the old "hey your cabin filters are dirty" trick. Mind you, I just had an oil change at a different place and it was never mentioned. This grown man (bald guy that does inspections, don't know his name) had a huge attitude with a paying customer that just walked in. This was all because he was going to lunch and didn't want to do the inspection. Yeah I get that it's a Saturday and they are busy, however it's times like these when you can differ a decent employee from an extremely poor one. Worst service ever at your shop in providence village. Chanse Odle is rude and combative. I was at your shop within 20 minutes of opening today. After nearly 3 hours I asked Devin what is going on, I just came in for an oil change and inspection. He told me that the oil change was complete but still waiting on inspection. Chanse overheard and said if she has a problem, she can talk to me. I said why hasn't the inspection been done, I have seen inspections come and go while I've been here. He said he told me two hours. I said he did not or I would've left. In any case we were at nearly 3 hours and still no inspection. He said there was still another car ahead of me for inspection and I could take my business elsewhere and advised his tech to note my vehicle as do not service for the future. Devin told me that the verbal instructions for my car did not include the inspection, so I was missed. Chanse would not admit to that. I told him that they shouldn't advertise as Jiffy Lube because 2 to 3 hours is far from a Jiffy. Chanse said we are Jiffy Total Care, get your facts straight. Just an all around terrible experience due to Chanse and his rudeness and mismanagement. And I still need to take time to get a vehicle inspection.Devin and Keon were friendly and hard working. New jiffy lube on the 380 corridor- this visit I had two cars inspected, they were very quick and efficient. Place was well staffed and courteous clerk- was happy with the quick service on the inspection- that said, I've been here before and turned right around because of the outrageous prices for oil changes here. I can go down the street and get a synthetic blend change for $44 at valvoline. Here it's over $80- that's for a blend, not pure synthetic, don't even want to know what pure synthetic is. There are oil change shops are everywhere on 380 now, jiffy lube is just priced too high. read more

Brought my friends car here today, she needed an oil change fast and they're usually not busy so we thought I'd be a good place to go. The first 2 min they up sold her to synthetic, then waited 30 mins (we were the only people there), to be told the oil plug was stripped, and that the last time she got it done somewhere else. Luckily she saved the receipt to show them the last time she came was to this specific jiffy lube so it was on them. Still they threw a lot of attitude and are throwing a fit about having to replace the plug they broke.. it was an overall bad experience. Won't be coming here again, and you shouldn't come either. read more

Super pleased with my experience! I noticed that I was over on my oil change mileage at 5:30pm and was able to get ahold of their staff who welcomed me in. I arrived at 5:45 pm. They were pleasant to work with and didn't seem phased that I was cutting into their closing time. Danny and John were both great! Danny spent time explaining the oil and wiper options while John was thorough and efficient on the oil change. Will definitely be back for future oil changes. read more

First off I really hate giving negative reviews, but unfortunately, this place needs feedback for what it's worth. The sad part is the manager was on site and who I was dealing with directly. It just did not seem that he had things under control. I get there and there were two cars in front of me and I had to flag someone down after 5 minutes waiting. Which happened to be the manager. I was going for a state inspection. I was told it could take 45 minutes to an hour. I left my car and contact info to call me when it was complete so I could go to a nearby restaurant to get some work done and wait there. I'm there an hour and 20 minutes and no call so since it had been so long I assumed they forgot about letting me know it was done and I walked back expecting the work to be complete. I get there and no one was at the front desk. The manager was in the back so I went and find the guys working in the bay and they tell me it's going to be another 15 to 20 minutes before they look at my car to start the inspection. That would put me at 1hr 45 min to 2 hours when they told me it would only be 45 minutes to 1 hour. They knew that I was at a restaurant and they decided to not even update me via phone call about it taking longer. When I explained to them I was taking my car and leaving because I can't wait more time for them to just get started on my car. They didn't seem to care and weren't sympathetic at all and after I left I called and spoke to the manager. He blamed the communication on his team and didn't own it himself since he was the one who told me 45 min- 1hr. A good manager would've observed the time that he told me had passed and he himself should have called me or delegated someone to call me and give me an update. A simple phone call to update me would've been acceptable. It was just from the apathetic employees to the manager seemingly blaming his staff, I honestly don't want to be a patron of this place. I'll go to the countless businesses that can set clearer expectations and follow ups. Anyway I know it's hard to run a business but at least be kinder, empathetic, and manage the expectations for your customers. I think that would go a long way. read more

Today, I went to Jiffy Lube on 380 to get an oil change. One of the mechanics beckoned me to pull up to the bay and he asked questions about my vehicle, as I had never been there in the past. I had never had any issues with my vehicle before going. After my oil change was complete, the mechanic came and told me I was all set to go. I asked him if everything was ok and he told me yes, everything went well and he went on to say there were no issues. I paid for the work, he handed me my receipt, I folded it up (I regret it now), got into my car, and headed home. Once I returned home, I later came back outside to run another errand, and I noticed a puddle of oil on the ground where my car was parked. I dabbed my finger into the puddle to smell and confirm what it was and it was oil. I immediately called Jiffy Lube to inquire if they had forgotten to re-secure the oil filter or if there were any other issues they did not tell me about because I had never had any issues with oil coming from my 2018 Hyundai Sonata before. The guy I spoke to confirmed he remembered my vehicle and he told me that my oil pan was cracked. I was confused as I had no previous issues. I asked him why was I not informed. He told me last time you came, we told you that your oil pan was cracked. I responded and told him this was my first time there. He told me the pan crack was documented on my receipt. I asked him why the mechanic said nothing to me about it and he said he did not know. But if you ask me, it was carelessness on the mechanic's part. How in the world can a customer come in with a crack, causing oil to constantly drip and not say a word unless the issue occurred at the facility? Yes, I am implying that because I had no previous issues with any cracks ever! I am furious! My car is now in the shop and I will be getting my attorney involved and I will tell my business acquaintances, associates, and family members not to support this store.
