This location is terrible. I called ahead before I came today to ask if they had time to put some air in my tires. Someone told me there was only 1 car in the bay and I could come right away. It took me 4 minutes to drive there. When I arrive an older man came out (whom I later discovered was the manager) -- he told me to pull under a car park and that they would be with me shortly. There was only one truck there and the other two bays were completely empty. I waited 10 minutes.. which I thought was odd because they told they weren't busy and definitely didn't appear to be busy either. I got out of my car to ask how much longer the wait would be. Come to find out -- all 3 of the employees were working on the same car. First I was ignored, then the same man who told me he would be with me shortly said "I don't know how long this is going to take." -- like huh? Then why would you tell me to come when I called or just say that when I pulled up!?? And why do all 3 of yall need to be working on one car? It takes 5 minutes to get air. Then another employee said "they didn't even know I was there." Needless to say -- the customer service here is piss poor. No communication. Rude employees. Cashier: Felix R During my visit somebodies car in the next bay over completely died, wouldn't start, which made everyone stop helping me and start trying to fix their car. After sitting and waiting IN THE BAY for 40 minutes I asked if they could cancel my service so I could go somewhere cheaper and wouldn't have to wait any longer. They told me they already "changed the oil filter" and couldn't cancel. After waiting another 15 minutes the guy helping me said he was almost ready and I asked if he could potentially charge me for the lower priced service since I had been waiting so long, and he said he would ask the manager on duty. He came back and told me I had to pay the full price for the service but got me a 10 dollar off coupon. I understand they had a major issue to attend to but making me wait nearly an hour and then charge me full price when I've been majorly inconvenienced is just plain negligence. I can't recommend a business with managers who can't treat their customers properly when abnormal situations arise. Needless to say, after this experience I had along with the price I paid I will recommend against JiffyLube and will not visit anymore JiffyLube locations unless my experience is properly remedied. read more

We were a family loyal to Valvoline. We are now a Jiffy Lube family. Yesterday I was teaching my daughter how to check fluids in our vehicle because she's in drivers Ed and it's important to know. When we checked the oil dipstick it was a tiny bit low and I wanted to show her how to add a little oil. Well, the oil reservoirs lid slid back into the engine compartment and I couldn't get it out, I even did donuts and slammed on the breaks. I relented and called Valvoline. They would not help nor advise on anything. I then called Jiffy Lube and spoke with a man and he told me if I was comfortable driving it to them they would try to help. Within minutes they located the cap for me and I couldn't get it not be more grateful. They now have our business. Joe, thank you for everything! read more

I will never go to Jiffy Lube again. I usually get my oil changed with them. Today I was screamed at by Chris, the manager at the meridian location in puyallup. Screamed at me for "not listening " to him (his hand signals were confusing and he was stressing me out with the screaming right off the bat) I had my young child with me and Chris scared him and made him cry, I was mortified. I had to tell Chris to stop treating me how he was because it was so unprofessional. I could hear him saying bad things about me to his coworkers as he was under my car. He was extremely unhelpful and I wasted an hour of my life. I asked one of the employees who the manager was, and he runs up and says "yeah, that would be me. I'm the manager " he never apologized either. I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

If I could give them no stars I would. I never come to jiffy lube because I'm never thought they were great but decided that I'd give them another chance. Welp never again. I got my oil changed drove away realized my oil change required was still on go back ask them to fix it for me this guy replied with "I don't have time how bout you google it and do it yourself" Me " ummm what I paid for you guys to change my oil and that's pair of an oil change" " Well it's easy you can goggle it and do it yourself" And he really didn't fix it for me and now driving around with my car like this Lazy ass people I will never again read more

There's are some lazy asses work there. To change oil in 2015 Prius would take them 30 to 45 minutes I was told. When I asked them how come at another Jiffy Lube it takes 15 minutes when I go there, I was told tha the difference makes by who runs the company. I can do it myself in 30 minutes without the tools Ave that whole that they use to go under the car. What a lazy asses!!! If I was the one owner they'd be fired. They try to do a good job changing your oil as fast as the can but sometimes the wait is long just to get into a oil change thingy bay. Rob tightened up the oil plug and oil filter and they topped off my oils for me free of charge which was very nice of them to do. read more

By far the worst service I've gotten from a jiffy lube. I've been to around 5-6 different locations, all over Washington state for the last 5 years. I've always used my own oil, and never had an issue. Never have I been more ridiculed and questioned for bringing in my own oil that I paid for. Not 1, not 2, but 3 men all made the same comments. "You know we sell the same oil here right ?" --yes I know, but it's cheaper for me to purchase elsewhere. Can we just do the oil change and cut the interview?? All together with my own oil, I end up paying 89$ all together, if I let them do the whole thing, after tax it's over 100$. The best part was when he was behind my hood talking smack while my window was still very much open, real professional! The only girl working there said "oh you're not gonna top anything off ?" He responded with " no she has her own oil so she can figure this stuff out too". Did you get your feelings hurt cause a young woman told you off and knows a little about her car?? Give me a breakkkk To finish it all off, homeboy had the audacity to say " this is the one and only time you will be allowed to use your custom oil, we won't accept it next time " okay Sherlock !! Puyallup has two Jiffy Lubes within 1000 feet of each other. Just left the one by Chic Fil A because they were too busy. These guys were able to get me in without any wait, really nice! They checked at the fluids, aired up the tires, offered to do a light check and did it with a smile. Kevin runs a Great crew! Very professional! Shop was clean, service was quick, technicians found a few bolts that were loose and tightened them for me as a courtesy. Wow, what more can you expect, they went above and beyond. In fact Kevin was so congenial, very pleasant to work with. Harland Automotive Group should seriously consider giving this fine young man a good raise. I have an adjusting criteria that takes into account the type of establishment, the tier of the establishment, the quality of the goods, services or products rendered, the value of goods, services or products in relation to factors like quality, good measure/portion and value. Far too often I read reviews that are disparaging in nature and irresponsible with respect the aforementioned variables. In all fairness, If you've taken time to read reviews of consumers, often poor reviews are left for no legitimate reason. For instance, one so called "elite reviewer" disparaged a poor mom and pop with the following; "oh, they didn't have Pepsi products so, "ding" I give this place one star." Over charge for everything and give you shitty products I went for a coolant change I feel like the took my bad coolant out then put it back in The coolant is black and dirty with a consistently of water and not coolant Cheap used coolant put into my car for $100 I could flush and change my coolant for the price of 1 container of coolant like $20 But $80 for labor of them Using a hose to drain the bad coolant then pumping it back in Horrible !!! First time to this Jiffy Lube location. The place was packed when I arrived. There were two lanes open and I was the second in line in one of them. The staff was friendly and helpful. It took about an hour in total to have the change done. The location is the only downside. Meridian is a very busy street and it took awhile to get out of the lot. I found a coupon on the Jiffy Lube website for $13 off. My full size truck was about $45 for the oil change. read more

Before going to this location I read the reviews on all the Jiffy Lubes' in my area. The reviews on this location were not very good but I decided in the parking lot to give them a chance. Plus it was the closest to home. I shared my concern with Anthony and he reassured me that I would be happy with the service. Turns out they all did a very quick job of changing the oil, topping off the fluids, and cleaning up my windows. They were really pleasant and professional, and I recommend this location. I came in to get my oil changed and everything was going pretty good. Until what I'm assuming is the manager came out (lighter gray uniform then everyone else) and was barking commands and running around like a chicken with his head cut off. I had a question to ask, but once he came up and asked what oil I wanted he ignored me and walked away. Seems like this place is nothing but a "give me your cash and leave" which is fine if that's how you want to run a business. The team was nice and working good (until he came out) and prices weren't too bad I just can't imagine what's it's like working here if the managers are talking to their crew like that. read more

The older man who greeted me wasn't very cheerful. I'm not sure what his name was but when he talked to me he seemed like he just didn't want to be there, not how a service employee should act. When he was going over the details of my car like the air filter and the transmission services, he kept telling me I NEEDED to do things. I wasn't offered a single thing. I was just being told what needed to be done, but I knew that wasn't the case. Overall just shitty service from this one guy. The guy that rang me up was very polite. He did go through the spiel about what services my car was ready for but I didn't feel pressured at all and felt like I came out with a great deal. The main thing was the attitude of everyone there; very happy and cordial. I was asked several times how I was, if it was too cold in the waiting area, if I wanted them to pour me a cup of coffee, etc. and was even walked back to my car after it was completed with my door opened for me.
