I came in for an oil change in June and the whole place smelled like smoke inside. The price for an oil change is also more expensive than other places. The next oil change I needed, I went somewhere else and was told my skid plate was missing, my transmission was now leaking and a glove box clip was missing. I called jiffy lube and they said the skid plate was magically gone and they don't have any glove box clips. My car ended up at the dealership due to the transmission issue and I needed a whole new transmission because this under carriage cover was missing and debris hit it and caused damage. I complained to corporate and was told this is an individual franchise. Bill at Jiffy Lube said they would pay me the $670 for the new skid plate and installation. And he magically found 2 glove box clips. Sorry to whoever he took them from. I came in and filled out paperwork and a week later I'm still getting the runaround about when I'm getting reimbursed. I've called multiple times and so has the dealership. All they say is it's out of their hands and the payment was approved a week ago. Meanwhile, my car is sitting at the dealership and I'm still in a loaner until Jiffy Lube gives me my money to pay for it. I have asked for calls back multiple times with no luck. So I reached out to the district manager Eddie Board on linked in and sent him a message. He left me on read. That sealed the deal. This place is sketchy and upper level management is too. I am now escalating this. Avoid this place at all costs. read more

They attempted to scam me. On the phone they said $86 for the blend oil change. Prices are clearly advertised as you wait. I had a $26 coupon $8 fee that was not mentioned ***My major complaint though is they tried to charge me $126..... when without the coupon is supposed to be $86 so if you guys monitor this, please tell me where the price difference is. Scammy as hell. it appears like they're just adding on bogus fees? Get outta here. Nice try. The guy did not explain what the price discrepancy was. I'm assuming because I was very friendly, they tried to pull a fast one. I read other reviews about how they're not actually switching tires when they rotate... you need to provide an honest service especially when I'm being upfront and friendly with you. It doesn't mean I'm weak. I'm not a dumbass but go ahead and live like that. You're ripping off honest good people and karma does exist so enjoy when it comes around to bite you in the ass. Sometimes when you try to rip off people being very friendly, they could be the most vicious so keep that in mind next time you try to scam people. read more

Took my vehicle in for a safety inspection, all was going well until I was told by what appeared to be the person or woman in charge , that my vehicle barely passed inspection because my brakes were bad . I was shocked and said that's impossible back brakes replaced 13K miles ago and the front 20k. She said noting the tech said maybe I did not see correctly . Really !!! When I went to pay I had to wait until the manager woman finished a conversation with a worker or friend behind the counter looking at a computer . I told her I was not happy with what occurred she said noting ! Totally ignored me . 2 things here ,one they tried to rob me for a brake job Or total incompetence. I delivered tires here through DoorDash and they did not leave a tip at all which is really infuriating considering how much UPS charges for same/next day delivery. I don't make good money with benefits like they do at UPS, I get paid 12$ an hour and have to pay for my insurance. I live on tips and this was really disrespectful to me, I've gotten better tips from the hood and this is supposed to be a "respectable business". I will never come here or recommend anyone come here. read more

I came to get an oil change for my mother's car and I was mistaken about a price going into the transaction. Before they started my oil change, I confirmed how much it would be, I realized it was much more than I thought so I said i would wait until I confirm with my mother. I stood there while (I assumed) they were bringing my car back out but instead, they drained all of the oil and then told me it was undoable. So I had no choice but to sit there while they did the expensive oil change anyways! I tried to go back and discuss it with the woman at the desk and she did very little to reimburse in any way Very disappointed in how this was handled. read more

Went in for a state inspection. The staff was friendly. Luckily I went in on an early Saturday morning so I didn't have to wait. The inspection didn't take too long, feels like I was only there for about 10 minutes, maybe less. read more

Crazy expensive. They charge starting price of $45+ just for a simple oil change and a tire rotation isn't even included! The guy was trying to charge me $70 for an oil change but I found some discounts online. They'll get done what you ask and they are friendly but definitely not worth the price. read more

Horrible ass experience!!!!! went to get an oil change and was told to go back to the other jiffy lube to get a certain part replaced because they put it on too tight.. but i was still charged full price for service that wasn't all the way completed!!!! So i go to the other store like they said only to be told that the original location should have never charged me for a service they didn't complete!!!!! and that they can't do it either that i have to go to an actual car dealership to get the part replaced . I haven't traditionally been a big fan of Jiffy Lube as a whole, but this location in Raleigh has always been good to me. Fast service and a super friendly staff. This location isn't often too busy, so getting in and out is a snap. I've taken my car here for years for my annual inspection and have always had a positive experience. There is another Jiffy Lube nearby across the street. I don't know why there are two locations in such close proximity. I can't speak to the other one, because I always go to this location only. I had a wonderful experience at Jiffy Lube. I was hesitant - hadn't been to this type of place before (I'm more of a mom-and-pop customer) but they exceeded my expectations. In 25 minutes I was in and out the door with my oil changed, car vacuumed, coupon applied and a smile on my face. Absolutely phenomenal service. Not pushy at all, in and out for an oil change in 15 minutes. Tire pressure was checked & adjusted (for free) & the inside mats were cleaned. Amazing customer service. Couldn't ask for more! read more

i will never be going to get something as simple as an oil change from any jiffy lube especially this location. i have taken my car to this location twice. the first time, they forgot to put the cap on the oil valve and i caught it before i left and i just let it go and didn't really think anything of it because they were busy. the second time, i also got an oil change and got the cabin filter changed. they put the filter in wrong and didn't put the oil cap on completely. read more

I'm not sure what the issue is today, but this is the second company I've been to today to get an oil change and haven't been able to do so. I love bill when I hear it. Your store closes at 5pm and there are two ahead of me and you say it will be about a 30 minute wait. I say ok no problem I'll wait. Then I tell you I just need the oil changed. My windshield wiper fluid is full and I just got brand new tires so please don't touch them. I'm directed to the dock to pull in. As I'm headed that way I'm told by a brotha that oh the only way we can do your oil change is if you have your own filter. We don't have your filter and we haven't had a truck in two weeks because of Covid. Really? So. The first gentleman had no idea? I've been working in customer service a long time. 15 years at least. I took my car here for an oil change the other day, and it's probably the only time nobody's tried to scam me by telling me my air filters are dirty. Everyone working there was very polite and friendly, and the whole thing was done in less than 30 minutes. Is there a way to give 0 stars? I left my car there for 2 hours on July 12th for a basic oil change. Upon returning to my house I discovered that TWO pairs of sunglasses (~$400 in property) had been removed from my car. Visited the location, no one wanted to handle the situation. Call from corporate, "sorry sir we can't do anything." As a result I paid $50 for a basic oil change and I'm out 2 pairs of sunglasses. Service with a smile, huh? read more

FAST SERVICE! I went in for a inspection only. There was no waiting when I pulled up. They came out to my car and walked me inside. They only came once to "sell" me something for $5.99 (which is to be expected, but most places try to sell you a ton more!) I was out of there by 10 mins and they held the door as I left.
