This year, I knew the check engine light was on and knew it was a MAF issue since I have a code reader. They didn't bother trying to clean it the "affordable" way, they just replaced it. Okay, I guess since it did get fixed Apparently, it still wouldn't pass emissions. I was told it was running rich due to debris causing an injector to remain open longer than it should. No idea which one was the culprit so all had to be replaced. I guess there are people out there who will believe that bullshit. I knew it was bullshit. I was told they sampled the fuel in the tank and it had debris. Duh. Find a fuel tank in a 2013 truck that doesn't have crap in the tank. That's what filters are for!! $500+ to drop and clean the tank and then I'm told the tank has baffles so likely wasn't fully cleaned. How convenient, eh?? I just needed to get it inspected so it was drivable. I recently had surgery on my shoulder so I wasn't able to work on it myself. I knew the tank cleaning was bullshit but figured maybe it would get it over the goal line. The final straw was being told I needed 8 new fuel injectors for a total of $1700. I was told the injectors were $193 each. I can get OEM injectors from Rock Auto for $66 each. I can get aftermarket refurbs for $37 each. Needless to say, I did NOT have the injectors replaced since the truck ran great and there was no indication whatsoever of a fuel problem. I took the truck to Champs in Creedmoor who I trust implicitly and it passed inspection as is. Apparently, Champs didn't find a $1700 injector problem. I will NEVER bring a vehicle to this shop again! I don't know if the front desk guys get commissions for repairs but it would explain a lot base on the amount of money I've spent there. I'm only sorry that I had to give them 1 star. My preference would be 0 stars. I'm not some dipshit who has never turned a wrench. I've worked on my own vehicles for 40 years. My surgery made this one impossible. I now know who I can and can't trust.

Not a good experience here. Stopped in to get a tail light replaced, there was already a wait and…read morethe waiting room now has only 5 chairs. Finally, my car gets pulled in and see my hood up. I asked one of the techs, "You aren't changing my oil, right?" He looked at me like I was nuts and said no, just tail light replaced. Hmmm ok. Next thing I know, I hear him tell another tech, "It's just a tail light on bay 3!" Ummmmm In the meantime, the franchise owner (I think?) comes in and he's speaking to another Jiffy Lube on the phone and he was very brusque. He hangs up, then the tech walks in and is patiently waiting, the owner says "Do you need to get in here?" He didn't speak to the tech very nicely, it was just not professional, especially with a waiting room full of customers. The man was driving a black Cadillac, if that's the owner, not sure. Finally leave and I get about 1/4 mile down the road and my car tells me my hood is open. I pull over and sure enough, they had opened my hood for no reason! A tail light has NOTHING to do with needing to open the hood. I'm so glad that I was paying attention because I really think they were planning on changing the oil without my permission. I should have just gone to the dealer, these quickie places are just no good and have piss poor customer service and pretty sketchy techs. Skip Jiffy!

The manager stated he was too busy to speak with my husband by phone so the rep who answered told us that they could replace all 4 tires or put the spare tire on the car. My husband asked them to put air back in the tire and stated that we would pick it up. When we arrived, the tire was still flat and clearly had not been moved since we dropped it off. They handed my husband his keys and said nothing else. We won't be returning due to their dishonesty and terrible customer service skills.

At 3:30pm, I called again and was told, "about 40 more minutes -- we'll call you in 20 minutes to update you on the bulb, then we'll do the oil change." By 4:30pm, still no update. I went in person and found my car sitting with the hood up -- untouched, with no one even near it. When I asked the desk about it, I was told, "we're about to start on it, can you give us 40 minutes?" In shock, I asked if they had even started yet. He shook his head no. So not only was my car untouched after nearly six hours, but I was also misled multiple times on the phone into believing they were starting or already working on it. I asked for my keys back and left. And, just like another recent reviewer mentioned -- there was no apology whatsoever. Do NOT go here if you expect timely service. I understand shops can get backed up, but being strung along for six hours for something as basic as an oil change and bulb replacement is completely unacceptable.
